Sensational seafood: Fish kofta
Sensational seafood: Fish kofta

Summer means simple seafood winners and plenty of protein on the barbecue.

Jill Dupleix has taken a cult favourite seafood dish from Asia but mixed up the formula with prawns (the original Singaporean dish uses crab) - try it on Tuesday.

Fish gets a makeover thanks to Neil Perry's Middle Eastern kofta later in the week.

For those days when you just need steak, Perry's Italian version is sure to satisfy - especially if you're a chilli lover.

On the weekend grab some cherries and croissants and use them to make a special occasion out of breakfast.
