She wears designer clothes with ease in feminine fits and luxe basics. One of her must haves is a top from the Isabel Marant H&M; collaboration. She says: "Isabel Marant must make up 50% of my wardrobe." She loves her pieces because they are cool and chic with a tom boy edge. Rosie says a woman can never have too many shoes and her go to's are Alaia's because they are sexy and she also loves jimmy chop. A staple that most women should buy is a black skirt, but not in any basic fabric. Rosie said "every girl needs a black leather skirt." Not only will you need a leather skirt, but pants as well. They are a staple in the model's closet because it can be so versatile by wearing a t-shirt and blazer during the day or a silky blouse in the evening. We may not be able to splurge on her favorite Givenchy tote bag, but Rosie said, "mine is dark green, and it goes with everything" So take inspiration from her purse and get one in the same color. Not only can you dress like the star, but smell like her too with Bond no. 9 in Nuits De Noho. A personal favorite of mine is something she also uses on her skin. Part of her skin care regimen is Resurface by Shani Darden. It is a regional reform and it smooths lines, gets rid of scars and acne. Rosie says "It's my secret weapon to flawless skin. Several techniques are combined here from the teachings of the ancient swamis to the latest in self directed neurological retraining, and of course hypnosis. This is aimed at helping you achieve the most blissful state of deep relaxation, a long sound restful sleep, and perhaps an out of body experience. Obe is not usually achieved on the first try but it is not impossible so I wouldn't rule it out. Welcome to sleep hypnosis for lucid dreaming. My name is Jody and I will be your guide for this experience. Please make yourself as comfortable as possible. Lying down on a bed or sofa would be ideal but if these comforts are not available to you right now, no worries, you can still practice your lucid dreaming skills sitting in a chair or sitting crossed legged on the floor. If you ordinarily meditate, your favourite meditation position will do just fine and you could use this hypnosis session as a guided meditation if you would like. If you are ready to start lucid dreaming right now or if you are practising for the next time you go to bed or take a nap either way you will be learning to train your mind and body to become used to slipping into a hypnagogic state at will so you can enjoy a healthy mind improving adventure in the world of your dreams where anything is possible.
First it is best to set our intentions for this time you have set aside to relax, enjoy, and improve your self and your sleeping experience. This session will be to practice and improve upon your ability to wake up in your dream and realise you are dreaming or remain awake while you slip into a dream. We will also do some work on control of your dream environment, your enjoyment of it, and learning to free yourself to do whatever it is you would like to do while you are asleep.
Perhaps you would like to fly or perform other acts that defy this reality. As you lie as still as you possibly can without becoming uncomfortable or distressed, and you listen to the sound of my voice, at any time you may find yourself drifting off to sleep. You may follow this feeling into sleep if you would like or you may prefer to stay awake until this recording is over. Either one is the right choice. This time you have set aside is about you and your enjoyment of your dream experience so you may choose whatever feels best for you. If you do drift off to sleep and notice yourself dreaming you may look for dream signs. These are things that commonly happen in your dreams that are not likely or possible in your normal waking reality. Look for things that are unusual and defy normal logic. Being able to fly, melting hills, houses with multiple rooms for the same purpose, are examples of dream signs. We will talk more about dreams signs later. Right now it is time to relax, breath deeply and softly, and allow yourself to sink deeper into any reality you would like to find yourself in. If you are new to lucid dreaming it is best if you take a moment to remember some things you commonly dream about and choose something that is close to or the same as one of these dreams. If you don't ordinarily remember your dreams this is a good time to set your intentions to do so. This is a good time to make a mental note to remember and consider your dreams upon awakening. This is over one hour of the newest and best techniques I could gather for lucid dream induction. Some of the methods applied here are not exactly new and have been practised by Yogis for thousands of years. I call them new because they may be new to those searching for a lucid dreaming experience on youtube. Hypnosis, guided visualisation, meditation, rotation of consciousness, and whatever else I could think of that could be fun has been included. Hello my name is Jody and welcome to this new version of sleep hypnosis for self-confidence. You may like to listen to this during a time and in a place when and where you will be unlikely to be interrupted and it is safe to go to sleep. As you make yourself as comfortable as you can where ever you are right now I will begin talking about some relaxing things and you can, whenever you would like to and whenever you are ready, close your eyes and take a nice deep breath in so you can begin to relax. During this time you have set aside for yourself to relax, make improvements to yourself, your life situation, and how you feel about yourself, the world around you and your place in it, you are at all times to keep your own comfort and relaxation as your primary goal. This means you are only to do what is relaxing and enjoyable to you. You may listen to the sound of my voice, if you like listening to the sound of my voice, or you can just allow your mind to drift and wander at any time to give your thoughts and yourself a rest, and while you rest, even if you aren't even listening or even if you fall asleep this is all perfectly okay. You can always listen some other time when you are less tired, feel more like listening, or you can trust there will always be a part of your mind awake, aware, and still processing the information even when you are asleep. If you are wondering when the hypnosis will begin you can rest easy knowing it has started already. Even in this introduction are suggestions for your subconscious mind to hear and understand to help you feel better about yourself, the world you live in, and what you are here to do. To just help you relax a little more deeply before we begin it is quite useful to focus on your breathing for a minute or two..focusing on the breathing is a quick way to bring your awareness into the here and now...and to tell your body it is time to relax..How are you breathing right now? You may take note of or notice if you are breathing quickly or slowly..deeply into your belly or is your breathing only in the upper part of your chest..is your breathing gentle and effortless or is it heavy and difficult...breathing the way you would breath if you were already deeply relaxed or deeply asleep is your way of taking control of the physical manifestation of emotion in your own body..breathing..is one bodily function that falls within both the voluntary and involuntary areas of control within your own brain...this is why we begin with breathing...taking control of your breathing for a few moments to send messages quickly from your mind to your body...in a language your body can understand..and it all begins here by being able to key in your body's relaxation response by focusing on your breathing..as you may already know..truly self-confident people are relaxed people..people who are able to relax in any situation...and this is an excellent time to practise being relaxed because this is a time and a place where you can clear your mind of all distracting thoughts and just pay attention to yourself and how you feel right now...and later on..maybe tomorrow..or any time after you have woken up or gotten up..when it is time to wake up and get up and get things done..you can from time to time check in with your breathing..when you would like to feel more relaxed...and being more relaxed, of course, also includes to relaxation of your muscles...if you run a scan of your body right now you may notice your muscles are all already deeply relaxed or if you pay close attention you could become aware of some tension still left over either in your entire body or in specific places like your neck and shoulders, or in your hands..your hands and fingers are an area of your body you may not normally notice you are tense...if you can relax them now and make sure they are completely still and have released all tension that would be wonderful and this too will also help you relax so much more deeply..after you have rested..and rested well..can remind yourself..perhaps in a social situation to notice your hands and relax them..this will also send a clear message to your brain that you are in a safe situation..as you relax more deeply..you can just breath normally and naturally..allowing the tension to seep away from your muscles..and your ......

Whiteley
Whiteley is a community in the county of Hampshire, England, near Fareham. The development straddles the boundary between two council districts: the Borough of Fareham to the south and east, and the city of Winchester to the north and west.
Location
Whiteley is located in southern Hampshire between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton and close to the market town of Fareham. The small development of 3,000 homes is situated close to Junction 9 of the M27 motorway, while rail services are provided nearby at Swanwick railway station.
History
Whiteley contains a residential community, retail and a business park. Construction of the Solent business park started in the mid-1980s and the first houses were completed in the late 1980s, although construction slowed for a few years following a crash in the British residential property market during the mid-1990s. From 1996 construction recommenced and continues today.
Historically, the site now occupied by Whiteley was farmland and coppice. The nearest historical settlements are those of Park Gate situated just south of Swanwick Hill, Little Park to the South and Swanwick to the West. Farms in the local area included Rookery, Yew Tree, Sweethills and Whiteley. The wooded areas in Whiteley were used to provide shelter to troops in the build-up of forces for transportation to northern France in preparation for D-Day during the second world war. This is evidenced by the remains of a War Department water tank on the edge of the Bere Forest to the north of the community.

If you ordinarily meditate, your favourite meditation position will do just fine and you could use this hypnosis session as a guided meditation if you would like. If you are ready to start lucid dreaming right now or if you are practising for the next time you go to bed or take a nap either way you will be learning to train your mind and body to become used to slipping into a hypnagogic state at will so you can enjoy a healthy mind improving adventure in the world of your dreams where anything is possible. First it is best to set our intentions for this time you have set aside to relax, enjoy, and improve your self and your sleeping experience. This session will be to practice and improve upon your ability to wake up in your dream and realise you are dreaming or remain awake while you slip into a dream. We will also do some work on control of your dream environment, your enjoyment of it, and learning to free yourself to do whatever it is you would like to do while you are asleep. Perhaps you would like to fly or perform other acts that defy this reality. As you lie as still as you possibly can without becoming uncomfortable or distressed, and you listen to the sound of my voice, at any time you may find yourself drifting off to sleep. You may follow this feeling into sleep if you would like or you may prefer to stay awake until this recording is over. Either one is the right choice. This time you have set aside is about you and your enjoyment of your dream experience so you may choose whatever feels best for you. If you do drift off to sleep and notice yourself dreaming you may look for dream signs. These are things that commonly happen in your dreams that are not likely or possible in your normal waking reality. Look for things that are unusual and defy normal logic. Being able to fly, melting hills, houses with multiple rooms for the same purpose, are examples of dream signs. We will talk more about dreams signs later. Right now it is time to relax, breath deeply and softly, and allow yourself to sink deeper into any reality you would like to find yourself in. If you are new to lucid dreaming it is best if you take a moment to remember some things you commonly dream about and choose something that is close to or the same as one of these dreams. If you don't ordinarily remember your dreams this is a good time to set your intentions to do so. This is a good time to make a mental note to remember and consider your dreams upon awakening. As you make yourself as comfortable as you can where ever you are right now I will begin talking about some relaxing things and you can, whenever you would like to and whenever you are ready, close your eyes and take a nice deep breath in so you can begin to relax. During this time you have set aside for yourself to relax, make improvements to yourself, your life situation, and how you feel about yourself, the world around you and your place in it, you are at all times to keep your own comfort and relaxation as your primary goal. This means you are only to do what is relaxing and enjoyable to you. You may listen to the sound of my voice, if you like listening to the sound of my voice, or you can just allow your mind to drift and wander at any time to give your thoughts and yourself a rest, and while you rest, even if you aren't even listening or even if you fall asleep this is all perfectly okay. You can always listen some other time when you are less tired, feel more like listening, or you can trust there will always be a part of your mind awake, aware, and still processing the information even when you are asleep. If you are wondering when the hypnosis will begin you can rest easy knowing it has started already. Even in this introduction are suggestions for your subconscious mind to hear and understand to help you feel better about yourself, the world you live in, and what you are here to do. To just help you relax a little more deeply before we begin it is quite useful to focus on your breathing for a minute or two..focusing on the breathing is a quick way to bring your awareness into the here and now...and to tell your body it is time to relax..How are you breathing right now? You may take note of or notice if you are breathing quickly or slowly..deeply into your belly or is your breathing only in the upper part of your chest..is your breathing gentle and effortless or is it heavy and difficult...breathing the way you would breath if you were already deeply relaxed or deeply asleep is your way of taking control of the physical manifestation of emotion in your own body..breathing..is one bodily function that falls within both the voluntary and involuntary areas of control within your own brain...this is why we begin with breathing...taking control of your breathing for a few moments to send messages quickly from your mind to your body...in a language your body can understand..and it all begins here by being able to key in your body's relaxation response by focusing on your breathing..as you may already know..truly self-confident people are relaxed people..people who are able to relax in any situation...and this is an excellent time to practise being relaxed because this is a time and a place where you can clear your mind of all distracting thoughts and just pay attention to yourself and how you feel right now...and later on..maybe tomorrow..or any time after you have woken up or gotten up..when it is time to wake up and get up and get things done..you can from time to time check in with your breathing..when you would like to feel more relaxed...and being more relaxed, of course, also includes to relaxation of your muscles...if you run a scan of your body right now you may notice your muscles are all already deeply relaxed or if you pay close attention you could become aware of some tension still left over either in your entire body or in specific places like your neck and shoulders, or in your hands..your hands and fingers are an area of your body you may not normally notice you are tense...if you can relax them now and make sure they are completely still and have released all tension that would be wonderful and this too will also help you relax so much more deeply..after you have rested..and rested well..can remind yourself..perhaps in a social situation to notice your hands and relax them..this will also send a clear message to your brain that you are in a safe situation..as you relax more deeply..you can just breath normally and naturally..allowing the tension to seep away from your muscles..and your ......

Sleep Hypnosis for Out of Body Experience (obe,oobe)
Several techniques are combined here from the teachings of the ancient swamis to the latest in self directed neurological retraining, and of course hypnosis. This is aimed at helping you achieve the most blissful state of deep relaxation, a long sound restful sleep, and perhaps an out of body experience. Obe is not usually achieved on the first try but it is not impossible so I wouldn't rule it out. A staple that most women should buy is a black skirt, but not in any basic fabric. Rosie said "every girl needs a black leather skirt." Not only will you need a leather skirt, but pants as well. This is aimed at helping you achieve the most blissful state of deep relaxation, a long sound restful sleep, and perhaps an out of body experience. Obe is not usually achieved on the first try but it is not impossible so I wouldn't rule it out. Keeping a dream journal would be helpful for it is easy to forget what happens when we are in a hypnogogic state. Good night and sweet dreams from Jody.

Welcome to sleep hypnosis for lucid dreaming. My name is Jody and I will be your guide for this experience. Please make yourself as comfortable as possible. Lying down on a bed or sofa would be ideal but if these comforts are not available to you right now, no worries, you can still practice your lucid dreaming skills sitting in a chair or sitting crossed legged on the floor. If you ordinarily meditate, your favourite meditation position will do just fine and you could use this hypnosis session as a guided meditation if you would like. If you are ready to start lucid dreaming right now or if you are practising for the next time you go to bed or take a nap either way you will be learning to train your mind and body to become used to slipping into a hypnagogic state at will so you can enjoy a healthy mind improving adventure in the world of your dreams where anything is possible.
First it is best to set our intentions for this time you have set aside to relax, enjoy, and improve your self and your sleeping experience. This session will be to practice and improve upon your ability to wake up in your dream and realise you are dreaming or remain awake while you slip into a dream. We will also do some work on control of your dream environment, your enjoyment of it, and learning to free yourself to do whatever it is you would like to do while you are asleep.
Perhaps you would like to fly or perform other acts that defy this reality. As you lie as still as you possibly can without becoming uncomfortable or distressed, and you listen to the sound of my voice, at any time you may find yourself drifting off to sleep. You may follow this feeling into sleep if you would like or you may prefer to stay awake until this recording is over. Either one is the right choice. This time you have set aside is about you and your enjoyment of your dream experience so you may choose whatever feels best for you. If you do drift off to sleep and notice yourself dreaming you may look for dream signs. These are things that commonly happen in your dreams that are not likely or possible in your normal waking reality. Look for things that are unusual and defy normal logic. Being able to fly, melting hills, houses with multiple rooms for the same purpose, are examples of dream signs. We will talk more about dreams signs later. Right now it is time to relax, breath deeply and softly, and allow yourself to sink deeper into any reality you would like to find yourself in. If you are new to lucid dreaming it is best if you take a moment to remember some things you commonly dream about and choose something that is close to or the same as one of these dreams. As you make yourself as comfortable as you can where ever you are right now I will begin talking about some relaxing things and you can, whenever you would like to and whenever you are ready, close your eyes and take a nice deep breath in so you can begin to relax. During this time you have set aside for yourself to relax, make improvements to yourself, your life situation, and how you feel about yourself, the world around you and your place in it, you are at all times to keep your own comfort and relaxation as your primary goal. This means you are only to do what is relaxing and enjoyable to you. You may listen to the sound of my voice, if you like listening to the sound of my voice, or you can just allow your mind to drift and wander at any time to give your thoughts and yourself a rest, and while you rest, even if you aren't even listening or even if you fall asleep this is all perfectly okay. You can always listen some other time when you are less tired, feel more like listening, or you can trust there will always be a part of your mind awake, aware, and still processing the information even when you are asleep. If you are wondering when the hypnosis will begin you can rest easy knowing it has started already. Even in this introduction are suggestions for your subconscious mind to hear and understand to help you feel better about yourself, the world you live in, and what you are here to do. To just help you relax a little more deeply before we begin it is quite useful to focus on your breathing for a minute or two..focusing on the breathing is a quick way to bring your awareness into the here and now...and to tell your body it is time to relax..How are you breathing right now? You may take note of or notice if you are breathing quickly or slowly..deeply into your belly or is your breathing only in the upper part of your chest..is your breathing gentle and effortless or is it heavy and difficult...breathing the way you would breath if you were already deeply relaxed or deeply asleep is your way of taking control of the physical manifestation of emotion in your own body..breathing..is one bodily function that falls within both the voluntary and involuntary areas of control within your own brain...this is why we begin with breathing...taking control of your breathing for a few moments to send messages quickly from your mind to your body...in a language your body can understand..and it all begins here by being able to key in your body's relaxation response by focusing on your breathing..as you may already know..truly self-confident people are relaxed people..people who are able to relax in any situation...and this is an excellent time to practise being relaxed because this is a time and a place where you can clear your mind of all distracting thoughts and just pay attention to yourself and how you feel right now...and later on..maybe tomorrow..or any time after you have woken up or gotten up..when it is time to wake up and get up and get things done..you can from time to time check in with your breathing..when you would like to feel more relaxed...and being more relaxed, of course, also includes to relaxation of your muscles...if you run a scan of your body right now you may notice your muscles are all already deeply relaxed or if you pay close attention you could become aware of some tension still left over either in your entire body or in specific places like your neck and shoulders, or in your hands..your hands and fingers are an area of your body you may not normally notice you are tense...if you can relax them now and make sure they are completely still and have released all tension that would be wonderful and this too will also help you relax so much more deeply..after you have rested..and rested well..can remind yourself..perhaps in a social situation to notice your hands and relax them..this will also send a clear message to your brain that you are in a safe situation..as you relax more deeply..you can just breath normally and naturally..allowing the tension to seep away from your muscles..and your ......

You may take note of or notice if you are breathing quickly or slowly..deeply into your belly or is your breathing only in the upper part of your chest..is your breathing gentle and effortless or is it heavy and difficult...breathing the way you would breath if you were already deeply relaxed or deeply asleep is your way of taking control of the physical manifestation of emotion in your own body..breathing..is one bodily function that falls within both the voluntary and involuntary areas of control within your own brain...this is why we begin with breathing...taking control of your breathing for a few moments to send messages quickly from your mind to your body...in a language your body can understand..and it all begins here by being able to key in your body's relaxation response by focusing on your breathing..as you may already know..truly self-confident people are relaxed people..people who are able to relax in any situation...and this is an excellent time to practise being relaxed because this is a time and a place where you can clear your mind of all distracting thoughts and just pay attention to yourself and how you feel right now...and later on..maybe tomorrow..or any time after you have woken up or gotten up..when it is time to wake up and get up and get things done..you can from time to time check in with your breathing..when you would like to feel more relaxed...and being more relaxed, of course, also includes to relaxation of your muscles...if you run a scan of your body right now you may notice your muscles are all already deeply relaxed or if you pay close attention you could become aware of some tension still left over either in your entire body or in specific places like your neck and shoulders, or in your hands..your hands and fingers are an area of your body you may not normally notice you are tense...if you can relax them now and make sure they are completely still and have released all tension that would be wonderful and this too will also help you relax so much more deeply..after you have rested..and rested well..can remind yourself..perhaps in a social situation to notice your hands and relax them..this will also send a clear message to your brain that you are in a safe situation..as you relax more deeply..you can just breath normally and naturally..allowing the tension to seep away from your muscles..and your ......
