Business Development Manager (IL)

Cloudinary is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new revenues through a multi-channel approach. You’ll be working with our existing global channel partners and be identifying and developing new channel relationships.

The successful candidate will have significant experience generating new enterprise business through channels as well as growing the channel base itself.

Responsibilities

  • Manage long-term relationships with channels and partners.
  • Aggressively identify, recruit and onboard new partners and VARs around the globe.
  • Develop deep understanding of Cloudinary’s platform, service and offering to support channel partners in sales and integration efforts. Work closely with VARs to maximize their sales.
  • Effectively position Cloudinary as the thought leader for image and video management across the Technology/VAR channels leveraging internal & external resources.
  • Use Salesforce to track, develop and report your work with channel partners and renewals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in one or more of the following areas: business development, business strategy, Alliance management, Cloud technology, Saas Sales.
  • Proven track record in identifying, building and managing complex business partnerships that involve revenue generation and product integration
  • Exceptional track record of leveraging the channel to build and close deals by working across all levels of the organization, from developer to the C-level.
  • Demonstrable history of closing partner sales deals directly and via the channel at or above $1MM ARR.
  • Strong technological background and knowledge of Cloud Computing, CDNs, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models.
  • High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, self-motivation, strategic thinking with strong analytic skills and technology background
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Must.
  • Additional languages - Advantage.
  • M.B.A. degree is a plus

Product Marketing Manager (US)

Cloudinary is looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the outbound marketing activities for all Cloudinary products. As the leader in cloud-based image and video management for both web and mobile applications, Cloudinary is the natural choice for companies wanting to upload, store, manipulate, optimize and deliver images and video.
The PMM will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the Product Management team, helping to refine development priorities and product positioning. Responsibilities:

  • Build Market Awareness – Implement and manage on-going market awareness programs to ensure consistent cadence of outbound and inbound marketing activities.

  • Collateral Generation – Manage product messaging in all sales collateral, customer success collateral, marketing assets, lead gen activities, website, etc. to ensure consistency and relevancy. Keep current on customer’s product feedback and needs, including customer’s buying behavior, challenges and motivations to help develop additional messages/collateral.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (computer science, engineering, math, science, MIS, etc)

  • Research, develop and produce comprehensive Demand Generation plans for short and long-term profitable revenue growth
  • Execute and refine demand and lead generation activities, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement
  • Manage the funnel strategy, monitoring, selecting and driving the appropriate channels to meet goals
  • Manage funnel metrics, Cost of Acquisition and ROI analysis, working with cross functional teams to manage and report weekly, monthly and quarterly results
