Stacy: "Compassion’s all about how we treat others and recognizing the impacts that we have both on employees in the company and our customers outside the company." Don: "Compassion comes in many different forms, but being grounded in compassion and understanding the why it needs to be used, means you’ll always be focused on the right problem." Marissa: "Being understanding is really important because I know if I was in someone else’s situation I would want the same from them." Oswald: "My favorite value is compassion because it allows you to really understand what the customers want before you start building on delivering.” Mark: "To me its like, when I reach somebody and they agree to talk to me, they’re inviting me into their living room. So, that compassion aspect allows me to really relate to them and I feel honored that they make me a part of their life.” Stacy: "If we have compassion we will work well together and we will think about external clients every day in everything we do."
