Conference Embargo Policy
In the case of AIDS 2014, as with most scientific/medical conferences, all conference abstracts are released to delegates under a strict embargo policy.

Affiliated Independent Events
Other meetings, symposia, forums or events organized for conference delegates outside the conference venue by other organizations are referred to as Affiliated Independent Events. They are held during times that do not conflict with the conference programme.

ICASO, in partnership with the Interagency Coalition for AIDS and Development (ICAD), launched "
StepWise: The Community Guide to AIDS 2014", an online hub for information related to AIDS 2014.

AIDS 2014 TV
In partnershp with the broadcasting company WebsEdge, the conference provided an on-site AIDS 2014 TV channel featuring programme highlights and interviews.
News Reports by NAM NAM offered news stories on major scientific presentations and hosted online discussion forums for HIV implementers. NAM also published a free daily news bulletin in English and translated into French, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian.

Clinical Care Options' (CCO) is the official online provider
of scientific analysis for delegates and journalists including expert audio highlights, capsule summaries of important clinical data, downloadable slidesets, and more.
Photos and Videos Online Photo Library Free, high resolution photos for use by the media and others (with appropriate credit) are available on our
online gallery.
YouTube Channel
Videos featuring conference highlights, interviews with key speakers and delegates as well as recorded sessions are available on the conference YouTube Channel.
Global Village Connect This year the AIDS 2014 Global Village literally went GLOBAL! This online initiative offered an innovative opportunity for people from all around the world to connect with conference activities. Using interactive online technology, it enabled our global audience to participate in key events held in the Global Village at AIDS 2014.
