The two are reportedly dating and, in order to report this bit of news, Pallares decided to get naked as she talked about it during a recent broadcast. Completely naked. The whole thing was obviously staged (well, either that or Pallares has the quickest production team in the game working behind—and in this case, in front of—her). But Pallares managed to turn herself into the biggest star of the story thanks to her stunt. El presidente Barack Obama emitió una nueva orden presidencial que declara a Venezuela "amenaza inusual y extraordinaria a la seguridad nacional y política exterior de Estados Unidos". En la carta que el presidente envió al presidente de la Cámara de Representantes, Obama especifica las razones por las cuales considera a Venezuela una amenaza a la seguridad nacional. “La situación en Venezuela, incluyendo la erosión de las garantías de derechos humanos por el gobierno, la persecución de opositores políticos, restricción de la libertad de prensa, el uso de la violencia y violaciones a los derechos humanos y los abusos de Venezuela en respuesta a las protestas contra el gobierno, y el arresto arbitrario y la detención de manifestantes antigubernamentales, así como la exacerbada presencia de corrupción pública significativa; constituyen una amenaza inusual y extraordinaria a la seguridad nacional y la política exterior de Estados Unidos”, señala Obama en la misiva. En una declaración divulgada por el secretario de Prensa, se advierte que la orden se implentará y ampliará contra quienes “violen los derechos humanos de ciudadanos venezolanos y que se involucren en actos de corrupción pública no serán bienvenidos” a Estados Unidos. "Estamos comprometidos por hacer avanzar el respeto por los derechos humanos, al proteger los institutos democráticos, y al proteger el sistema financiero de EE. UU. de los flujos financieros ilícitos de la corrupción pública en Venezuela", dice el gobierno en una hoja informativa que acompaña la declaración. "La orden presidencial no se enfoca en la gente o la economía de Venezuela", añade. Las sanciones implementan la Ley de defensa de derechos humanos y sociedad civil de 2014 de Venezuela, que el presidente firmó el 18 de diciembre de 2014, y además van más allá de los requisitos de esta legislación.

We cannot continue with this corrupt government, we are now allowed to do anything, there is no freedom of expression, students are mistreated," said medical student Jose Bandares, who was demonstrating in the streets of Valencia in Carabobo state.
