Are you running a “strategic” global mobility program? What does it mean to be strategic with respect to global mobility, and does it matter? Given the recent attention to this topic in mobility circles, we want to describe what we at AIRINC see as the essential characteristics of a strategic global mobility program. And yes, we think it matters. In this brief video, Steve Brink, AIRINC President and Chief Executive Officer, defines a strategic program as one that aligns with and contributes to the unique business strategies and goals of the company.
