This is a variant of the Wizard Delrasha build: 4pc Delsere's Magnum Opus and 6pc Tal Rasha's Elements. - - - - - - - The Triumvirate Source is usually thought of as something one would use with the full Delsere's set only. The legendary effect reads: "Your Signature Spells increase the damage of Arcane Orb by 75–100% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times." - Now, it's indeed probably best suited for the Delsere's set, but that doesn't mean it can't work for other builds as well. Keep in mind that the Tal Rasha's set damage stacks does increase absolutely all kinds of damage. It should be noted that with a Delrasha build, you're most commonly competing with legendary items such as Crown of the Primus or Nilfur's boots among other artifacts - there's only one "free" item slot, so the question becomes whether or not Triumvirate can measure up to any of those. I'd say the answer to that isn't as straight forward as one might think. Let's say you're running with a decent pair of Nilfur's boots. Great +Meteor damage right there, no doubt. The absolute high end potential is probably better, but you do have to make sure you're actually hitting with the meteors on a reliable basis. Let's assume for the sake of argument that you're running a Delrasha build without Meteors as a skill on your action bar (and relying on the 2pc Tal Rasha's set bonus exclusively); You have to be able to reliably hit the monsters and you need to make sure you're in line of sight (if you're around a corner from your target for a split second, the meteors are often wasted as they just hit the wall or something). So that's one thing, another factor is that the Meteors have a slightly low impact radius - they don't reliably hit large packs of monsters. One could argue that one might use Meteors as an active skill instead and perhaps go for the Meteor Shower rune. That's fine, but the damage IS lowered to 277% weapon damage, only spread out over a larger area. It's very decent though, don't get me wrong. But it does cost 40 Arcane Power vs Arcane Orb's 30, and with the Arcane Orb Lob rune especially you're hitting all monsters in the vincinity reliably for even higher damage than the Meteor Shower. The Lob rune is particularly great because it does what it implies - you can "lob" it over walls from Waller elites and over various obstacles consequently. This IS an important factor - less positioning required. It's not always about pure damage numbers, but about what actually works in practice. Delrasha + Triumvirate most certainly does work very well for lower level speed runs and it's not half bad at higher levels either. I should say that if you need a bit more raw damage, swap Mirror Images for Magic Weapon or just juggle things around a bit. I tried that for a few runs and it was fine - but at higher level GRs I felt I needed a bit more defensive ability, so I swapped Evocation for Paralysis also. Did have some issues with Cooldowns at that point it should be noted, so you may want a Diamond in helmet + CDR from Paragon points at least for that. I'll round it off by saying that while this is "only" a GR50 and I do have higher level clears on tape, the rift was filled with Bogan Trappers, Tusked Bogans and all kinds of bad-for-you monsters. Tal Rasha's set is great, but is very vulnerable to Physical/Poison monster abilities. Slow Time helps a lot with that, especially when it deals damage in addition! - Still, you have to be very careful to avoid missiles, poison abilities and charging mobs. Made a bit of a point of the charging vulnerability especially in the video. Have fun!
