You can still play it if you bought it and get it now before it’s gone. I do get what you mean for physical but they don’t manufacture physical forever and at some point physical becomes extremely difficult to obtain or you have to pay $1000 for a game. So what do people do? They ironically go digital with emulation.

I think if things are digital only it needs to be a mandatory thing for companies to give a public statement a month out before delisting.

I’ve personally started shifting to digital for Day 1 launches and then if the physical is $20 on sale, I’ll pick it up.

I suspect things will be more like Steam where you will always have access to your digital library and less like something like the Wii U, 360, and PS3 where you have to have the damn console to access the library.

Yeah, that is going to be an issue with all Cave-developed games. Now that they just license their titles to different companies, we will start seeing their games getting delisted and probably re-listed at a later date by a different publisher.
