I'd say to download and then watch in fast motion if you draw this once you'll know how it realtes to hemeglobin and the bile salts especially (those are the four repeating rings that fold around to make the giant rings of hemeglobin or chlorophylls, etc. and it won't get any bigger than these for most chemistry topics and then the little molecules will be a breeze!) and you'll know what not many others pay attention to the detail...
