Spanish Food - Barcelona Food at La Boqueria Market

There is a lot of street food on offer in Barcelona. Spanish food is amazing and La Boqueria Market (Mercat St Josef) off the main street, La Rambla 89 in Barcelona, is one of the best food markets in the world. Some of my favourite things to try gamon, olives, pan con tomato, patatas bravas. The fruit stalls throughout the market sell amazing freshly squeezed fruit juices of all sorts. Don't forget to try the designer pancakes. We had the Nutella and strawberry which was amazing. Barcelona has a lot of food to offer and we're going to try to experience as much of it as possible. Off La Rambla in the centre of Barcelona, there's an amazing food market call La Boqueria. It is busy, it is lunch time, it's crazy. Absolute chaos. There are a lot of places selling Gamon, cured ham, but also different salamis and chorizo. We've gone for chorus picante. That's good. Like salami with a chilli flavour. She's the friendliest olive seller ever. She's so sweet. If you come to Spain, you have to try olives. There's a massive variety. I like these green, tough little ones. They're really good. They're juicy, they're plump, they're fresh. Olive heaven. It's really warm. These people really know their market. There's a fruit vendor selling a variety of drinks and it's just delicious. It's just magnificent. The selection, the colours, the displays. Unbelievable. So vibrant. There is a stall here selling making these designer pancakes that look just incredible. We got a Nutella and strawberry pancake. Sounds amazing. The guy has got a great personality. So why do you hit the pancake? It kills the calories. Let's pray that works. Right? You can't go wrong with Nutella and strawberries. Uh, it's bright. It's a little square of magic. There are a couple of things you have to try if you come out to Barcelona. One of them is tomato rubbed on bread with olive oil usually. It's really great and the other one is patatas bravas, which is potatoes with mayonnaise and this type of tomato sauce. We've eaten far too much. We going to roll down La Rambla.
