Delicious! Added some thinly sliced red onion as I've had it before and it enhances the flavours. Made this for a family get together it was devoured by all and there were requests for the recipe.

I agree, we normally add red onion and rocket. And use this garlic oil for a bit of extra flavour

Love this combination!!! I placed the ingredients on a bed of italian rocket to make it go a little further and it was absolutely delicious.

Really delicious, fresh and light. Toasted pumpkin seeds are crunchy and yum. Lemon oil easy to make. Everyone enjoyed this, I will make it again

I really enjoyed this salad. The pumpkin seeds are great in it. I added mint. Though next time I would cut the watermelon into cubes.

Delicious. The toasted pumpkin seeds really make this salad. I used lime with the olive oil instead of lemons because I had a lot in the fridge for some reason. Also added mint, but not enough in my opinion. Will add more next time.

I didn't use pumpkin seeds, but added some fresh mint instead. Very summery, and very tasty. My friends and family all love this one!
