I use the Aldi chocolate with hazelnuts already in there.. they are whole and are amazing! I also use the Turkish delight instead of the jubes.. I'm constantly told it's the best rock road people have ever eaten!

I made this as an after-dinner Valentine's treat. He loved it! Very easy and preparation simple too. Recommend!

After reading other comments, I used diced Turkish Delight bars instead of jubes and it was amazing! I ran out of hazelnuts, so used pistachios instead - a mix of roasted almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios was to die for. Love the mixture of milk and dark chocolate rather than only dark found in other recipes. I used the Aldi 'Choceur' brand of chocolate. I think this high-quality chocolate made all the difference. My mother said it was definitely the best rocky road she had ever tasted! So easy to make and very impressive!

Great gluten free option. I also added macdamias and toasted the nuts all together.

Yum! made this for christmas and it was a hit! I used individual christmas patty pans instead of a slice tray and they were delicious! I put in a cup of coconut instead and a little less marshmellows with turkish delight and I cant stop eating them! A good base recipe to start with and you can change the ingredients to suit your tastes.

Replaced almonds with pistachios and jubes with turkish delight. Sooo good, it won't last long with my family haha. Make sure you use scissors to halve the marshmallows it's way quicker :) yum!

Best rocky road recipe ever! I use mini marshmallows, chopped nuts and add maltesers as well. Always a favourite at cake stalls - the challenge is to take it all to sell and not leave half in the fridge at home...
