    I agree with previous comment that it is very fiddly. A simpler method for the case is to get approx 15 g of mixture (ie a teaspoon) in a ball, put into the tin, and use your thumb to press the dough out and up the sides. I don't think it is worth doing the pastry top for something this small. I just make sure there is a piece of red cherry on the top.

    Fiddly to put into such small cupcake trays, as the dough is crumbly, so I had to keep wrapping it up and putting it in the fridge. So that took awhile. I also just put a star of pastry on the top instead of sealing a lid, a little bit past my effort levels by the time I got to that point! Mine also got a little too brown, so I'd suggest dropping the temp a little and checking them 5 minutes early! Oh yes - the taste. They are not only absolutely gorgeous but taste great too! Nice little bites.
