RESTORE THE BANK OF CANADA!
Federal Court of Canada
180 Queen St. West, Toronto, Ontario
The Bank of Canada used to be a government lending institution, creating near interest free loans that built much of Canada's infrastructure during the 50s and 60s. In 1974 at the Bank of International Settlements in Basel Switzerland, Trudeau Sr. was convinced by fellow Bilderberg attendees to dismantle this crucial function of the Bank of Canada, and since then we've lost sovereign control of our monetary policies and money supply and government debt at all levels has risen dramatically.
This court case challenges the disuse of the Bank of Canada to create money for the public good. Please come out and show that the public supports this important case.
Here is the Decision from the April 24, 2014 Appeal: http://decisions.fct-cf.gc.ca/fc-cf/d...

The Elephants Take A Walk From The Circus
LEAVING THE CIRCUS, AN INDIANS’ LEGEND, CASTRO’S CONSORT, AND AN ARCHITECT OF NOTE
Since the days of P.T. Barnum, elephants have been performing in circuses. Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey has announced they will phase out the use of elephants in their circuses after 145 years. Al Rosen was the hard-hitting third basemen for the great Cleveland Indian teams of the 1950’s and became the most successful player turned executive in baseball history. Naty Revuelta Clews was the beautiful Cuban revolutionary who had an affair with Fidel Castro and gave birth to his daughter, who ironically fled the country and became a critic of the regime. Michael Graves was one of the country’s most successful architects, who doubled as a product developer for Target and J.C. Penney.
Albert Leonard "Al" Rosen (February 29, 1924 – March 13, 2015), nicknamed "Flip" and "The Hebrew Hammer", was an American baseball third baseman and right-handed slugger in the Major Leagues for ten seasons in the 1940s and 1950s.
After serving for four years in the U.S. Navy during World War II, Rosen played his entire ten-year career (1947–1956) with the Cleveland Indians in the American League. A stand-out on both offense and defense, he drove in 100 or more runs five consecutive years, was a four-time All-Star, twice led the league in home runs and twice in RBIs, and was an MVP. Rosen was a .285 career hitter, with 192 home runs and 717 RBIs in 1,044 games. He was selected for the All-Star Game from 1952 to 1955. Rosen appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated in 1955.
Following two decades as a stockbroker upon retirement from baseball, Rosen returned to the game as a top front office executive in the late 1970s, serving the New York Yankees, Houston Astros, and Giants variously as president, CEO, and general manager. Regarded as a GM who still thought like a player, he became the only former MVP to also earn baseball's Executive of the Year award.
Michael Graves (July 9, 1934 – March 12, 2015) was an American architect. Identified as one of The New York Five, as well as Memphis Group, Graves was known first for his contemporary building designs and some prominent public commissions that became iconic examples of Postmodern architecture, such as the Portland Building and the Denver Public Library. His recognition grew through designing domestic products sold by premium Italian housewares maker Alessi, and later low-cost new designs at stores such as Target and J. C. Penney in the United States.[1] He was a representative of New Urbanism and New Classical Architecture and formerly designed postmodern buildings, and was recognized as a major influence in all three movements
n 1985, Graves designed a stainless steel teakettle featuring a red whistle shaped like a bird[3] for the Italian company Alessi, which became the company's all-time bestselling product.[citation needed]
In 2000, Graves designed the scaffolding used for the restoration of the Washington Monument in Washington DC.[1] During that assignment, which Target Corp sponsored, he met a Target executive who appreciated his product design and a relationship was formed.[3] He began designing consumer products for the mass market and Target sold his products through their stores.[11] Concerned about Target's partnerships with other designers with less-successful outcomes, he explored other relationships to bring products to consumers. When the former Target executive became CEO of J.C. Penney, his products switched over to being sold exclusively through J.C. Penney.
Jumbo (ca. Christmas 1860 – September 15, 1885) was the first international animal superstar, and the first African elephant to reach modern Europe alive.[1] He was born in East Africa, and captured there by Arabian hunters in early 1862. He was sold first to an Italian animal dealer, then to a menagerie in Germany, and then to the Jardin des Plantes in Paris. Officials of the Jardin traded him to the London Zoological Gardens for a rhinoceros. Jumbo lived in the London Zoo for about 16 years, where he delighted visitors by taking them on trips around the zoo grounds in the howdah on his back.
Jumbo was the biggest elephant in captivity. Due to this, American showman P. T. Barnum wanted Jumbo in his circus, eventually buying the elephant in 1882 for $10,000. Jumbo's sale initiated public outrage in Britain, and drew notice around the world. The British objected to the sale, and wrote letters to Queen Victoria urging that Jumbo remain in London. The courts ruled in Barnum's favor however, and the elephant was shipped to the United States. "
Jumbo debuted in the United States on Easter Sunday 1882 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. He toured with Barnum's circus for three years. In September 1885, Jumbo was killed in a railway accident in St Thomas, Ontario, Canada. His death was met with worldwide grief and sorrow.
