Webinar: Last chance to get tax breaks with a 12BA investment
Catch the recording of our recent discussion on the latest 12B investment in the market—Decentral Green Energy 12B. If you're in the 45% tax bracket, this opportunity could be particularly beneficial, as Decentral can save 100% tax on contributed capital. This translates to R100 returned via tax savings for every R100 invested, supported by the National Treasury's tax incentive and a tax opinion from Webber Wentzel. Don't miss this chance to learn how to optimise your investments and maximise your tax benefits. For more information, visit https://pangeawealth.org/dont-pay-tax-invest-instead/ and https://decentral.co.za/decentral-green-energy/.

Harlequins 16-17 London Wasps | Premiership Rugby
Former Leicester Tigers flyer Varndell, 27, and Wade, 21, crossed the whitewash to put Wasps 14-0 up at the home of the defending champions.
However, Quins hit back through a Matt Hopper try and the boot of Nick Evans to head in at the break just one point behind.
Nicky Robinson kicked Wasps back in front but an Evans penalty kept Conor O'Shea's side in contention until the death - with the Kiwi fly-half missing a potential match-winning kick with just a minute to go, as Wasps eventually won 17-16.
And after gaining revenge for the 42-40 defeat on the opening day of the season, Young insists Wade and Varndell are continuing to knock on England coach Stuart Lancaster's door.
"We're really pleased with what they do for us, they are a big threat for us and they have shown time and time ag...

"We're really pleased with what they do for us, they are a big threat for us and they have shown time and time again that if they are given space and given enough ball they are going to cause any team problems," he said.
"We're blessed in England that we have a lot of wingers and I wouldn't want to do Stuart's [Lancaster] job for him. It is hard enough selecting any team but they have certainly got to be keeping the pressure on.
"We have shown some good form at home but we have struggled away and they don't get much tougher than coming to the Stoop so this win should give us a lot of belief.
"There were a couple of things which we had to patch up [at half-time] we had to get our hands on the ball. We were running and crossing peoples' channels and giving them too many openings.
"The big thing that killed us for most of the game was our discipline. We're going to have a hard look at it on Monday but you're going to be lucky to win games giving that many penalties away."
For Harlequins director of rugby O'Shea it was a case of what might have been after seeing his side drag themselves back into the contest only to fall short.
"We just made too many errors at the end of the day," he said.
"You gift them a 14-point lead at the start of the day, an intercept try and then a turnover and a score for Christian Wade and it was like Twickenham all over again.
"We built our way back into the game but just weren't able to finish it off. We got momentum at the start of the second half and looked like we were going to take the opportunities but we didn't take the opportunities.
"That's rugby, we got the rub of the green when we won 42-40 at the start of the season and that's why the league is such a marathon.
"It is an unusual dressing room to lose like that, the boys are bitterly disappointed because it is the sort of game you want to nail - especially at home - but fair play to Wasps."
