Matt Dallas

Matthew Joseph "Matt" Dallas (born October 21, 1982) is an American actor, best known for playing the title character on the ABC Family series Kyle XY.

Early life

Dallas was born in Phoenix, Arizona, and attended Arizona School for the Arts. He has two younger brothers and one younger sister. He became interested in acting at the age of 12, when his grandmother took him to a production of the play The Ugly Duckling.

Career

Dallas has starred in several films, as well as the title character in the ABC Family television series Kyle XY for three seasons. The series ended on March 16, 2009 after it was canceled by ABC. Dallas also appeared in Camp Slaughter (2005), Living The Dream (2006), and Babysitter Wanted (2008). He has been a guest on the TV show Entourage.

In 2004, Dallas starred in Fan_3's music video for "Geek Love". In 2005, Dallas starred with Mischa Barton in James Blunt's music video for "Goodbye My Lover" and in 2008 he starred in Katy Perry's music video for "Thinking of You".

Marguerite MacIntyre

Marguerite MacIntyre (born May 11, 1965) is an American actress. She performed in her first play at 16 and has appeared in regional theatre productions ranging from Fahrenheit 451 at the Falcon Theatre to South Pacific at Goodspeed. She has also appeared in Broadway or Off-Broadway productions of Jane Eyre, City of Angels, No Way to Treat a Lady, Annie Warbucks, Weird Romance, and Mata Hari. She starred on The Vampire Diaries as Sheriff Forbes until season six

Bruce Thomas (actor)

Bruce Thomas (born May 17, 1961) is an American actor known for portraying the character of Batman in a series of commercials for General Motors' OnStar service that aired from 2000 to 2002.

Career

He was featured in Legally Blonde, as well as its sequel Legally Blonde 2, as the "UPS guy". He was featured in the 2008 film Babysitter Wanted. He co-starred on the ABC Family original series Kyle XY as Stephen Trager from 2006–2009. He starred as JP Gratton in the episode "The He in the She" in the series Bones on October 8, 2008.

Thomas has also been featured in the sitcom Wings as well as on Weeds. He most recently provided the voices of Atrocitus in Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, Ezra Loomis in Gears of War: Judgement, Desaad in Justice League: War, and James Gordon in Son of Batman.

He provided motion capture for Spartan John-117, the protagonist of the video game Halo 4 (2012).

It has been erroneously reported in the past that Thomas played Batman for the pilot and premiere of The WB's "Birds of Prey" TV Series. Thomas personally dispelled this fact during a podcast interview.

Kyle XY

Kyle XY is an American science fiction television series produced by ABC Family. The central character is a teenage boy (Matt Dallas) who awakens naked in a forest outside Seattle, Washington, with no more knowledge or abilities than a newborn and no belly button. He is taken in by a family and given the name Kyle. The series follows Kyle as he tries to solve the puzzles of who he is and why he has no memory before that day. Although set in present-day Seattle, the series was filmed in the Vancouver, British Columbia, area.

The show premiered June 26, 2006, on the ABC Family cable channel. Episodes were also broadcast on the ABC network the first season, but only for part of the second season, after which it could only be seen on ABC Family.

After the 10-episode debut season on ABC Family during summer 2006, news reported a total of 23 new episodes were ordered for the second season, which started on June 11, 2007, with rebroadcasts on ABC beginning on June 15, 2007. The second season’s 13th episode, "Leap of Faith", aired on Monday, September 3, 2007; the remaining 10 began airing on January 12, 2008.
