Kul-e Farah
Kul-e Farah (or "Kul-e Fara") is the site of six Elamite rock reliefs that are located in a gorge on the plain's east side. Kul-e Farah is located near the city of Izeh in Khuzestan, southwest Iran. The reliefs were first visited in European research by Austen Henry Layard in 1841. Layard copied the 24-line cuneiform inscription on relief I, and five of the short epigraphs on some of the figures.
It has been suggested that this is a kind of open sanctuary for religious ceremonies involving the sacrifice of animals. Three are on rock faces, while the other three are on large boulders. They depict scenes of sacrifice, processions and a banquet, and three show groups of musicians. The inscription on relief I mentions Hanni, the son of Tahhi, and is therefore dated to Hanni's time (7th century BCE?). But the reliefs may belong to several periods, with reliefs III, IV, and VI dated to the end of the 2nd or the beginning of the 1st millennium BCE.

Slavery in the Ottoman Empire
Slavery in the Ottoman (Turkish) Empire was a legal and important part of the Ottoman Empire's economy and society until the slavery of Caucasians was banned in the early 19th century, although slaves from other groups were allowed. In Constantinople (present-day Istanbul), the administrative and political center of the Empire, about a fifth of the population consisted of slaves in 1609. Even after several measures to ban slavery in the late 19th century, the practice continued largely unabated into the early 20th century. As late as 1908, female slaves were still sold in the Ottoman Empire.Sexual slavery was a central part of the Ottoman slave system throughout the history of the institution.
A member of the Ottoman slave class, called a kul in Turkish, could achieve high status. Harem guards and janissaries are some of the better known positions a slave could hold, but slaves were actually often at the forefront of Ottoman politics. The majority of officials in the Ottoman government were bought slaves, raised free, and integral to the success of the Ottoman Empire from the 14th century into the 19th. Many officials themselves owned a large number of slaves, although the Sultan himself owned by far the largest amount. By raising and specially training slaves as officials in palace schools such as Enderun, the Ottomans created administrators with intricate knowledge of government and fanatic loyalty.

Main characters
Darwyn al-Sayeed
Darwyn al-Sayeed (played by Michael Ealy), known as Darwyn al-Hakim by the terrorist cells, is the protagonist of Sleeper Cell. As an African-American Muslim FBI agent, Darwyn was assigned to infiltrate an Islamist terrorist sleeper cell. His father, Benjamin al-Sayeed is a Nation of Islam member and his mother was formerly a Methodist, but she converted to Islam to marry Darwyn's father. However, their different ways of practicing Islam led to their breakup. It was also stated that Darwyn was in the United States Army Rangers. In addition to English, he speaks fluent Spanish and Arabic.
Faris al-Farik
Saad bin Safwan (played by Oded Fehr) is the charismatic leader of the terrorist cell. Though his real name is Saad, he is more well known as Faris al-Farik (the "deadly knight"), one of his aliases. He is a former member of the Saudi Arabian National Guard. From 1987 to 1989, he fought the Soviet Army during the Soviet war in Afghanistan. He later returned to Riyadh after he was wounded, and later fought in the Gulf War, on Kuwait's side, along the American forces. After the war, he trained Mohamed Aidid's men in Somalia during the Somali Civil War. Following this, he fought alongside the Bosnian mujahideen in Bosnia (where he met and saved his right-hand man, Ilija Korjenić), and then fought alongside the Taliban in Afghanistan after he met Osama bin Laden, and later run Afghan training camp for Al-Qaeda. In America, he worked in a security company as a Jewish man named Yossi Amran.

Daha önce de pek çok kere oğlunun aileden uzaklaşmasını önlemek için her şeyi yapabileceğini gösteren Hülya’nın işi, bu sefer eskisi kadar kolay olmayacaktır. Ancak işi kolay olmayan sadece Hülya değildir. İzmir uçağındaki karşılaşma, aileden yaralı kahramanlarımızın kendi ailelerini kurmak için çıkacakları zorlu yolun sadece başlangıcı olacaktır…

সুরা-ফালাক
সুরা-আন-নাস এর গুরুত্ব তিন কুল কখন কয়বার পড়বেন,তিন কুল সূরার ফজিলত,
ডা. মিজানুর রহমান আযহারি হুজুর সাহেব।
بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু।
👉সূরাঃ আল-ইখলাস [112:1]
قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
কুল হুওয়াল্লা-হু আহাদ
বলুন, তিনি আল্লাহ, এক,
Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
সূরাঃ আল-ইখলাস [112:2]
ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ
আল্লা-হুসসামাদ।
আল্লাহ অমুখাপেক্ষী,
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
সূরাঃ আল-ইখলাস [112:3]
لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ
লাম ইয়ালিদ ওয়ালাম ইঊলাদ।
তিনি কাউকে জন্ম দেননি এবং কেউ তাকে জন্ম দেয়নি
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
সূরাঃ আল-ইখলাস [112:4]
وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ
ওয়া লাম ইয়াকুল্লাহূকুফুওয়ান আহাদ।
এবং তার সমতুল্য কেউ নেই।
And there is none like unto Him.
بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু।
👉সূরাঃ আল-ফালাক [113:1]
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ
কুল আ‘ঊযুবিরাব্বিল ফালাক
বলুন, আমি আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করছি প্রভাতের পালনকর্তার,
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn
সূরাঃ আল-ফালাক [113:2]
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
মিন শাররি মা-খালাক।
তিনি যা সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তার অনিষ্ট থেকে,
From the mischief of created things;
সূরাঃ আল-ফালাক [113:3]
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
ওয়া মিন শাররি গা-ছিকিন ইযা-ওয়াকাব।
অন্ধকার রাত্রির অনিষ্ট থেকে, যখন তা সমাগত হয়,
From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads;
সূরাঃ আল-ফালাক [113:4]
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ
ওয়া মিন শাররিন নাফফা-ছা-তি ফিল ‘উকাদ।
গ্রন্থিতে ফুঁৎকার দিয়ে জাদুকারিনীদের অনিষ্ট থেকে
From the mischief of those who practise secret arts;
সূরাঃ আল-ফালাক [113:5]
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
ওয়া মিন শাররি হা-ছিদিন ইযা-হাছাদ।
এবং হিংসুকের অনিষ্ট থেকে যখন সে হিংসা করে।
And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy.
بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু।
👉সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:1]
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ
কুল আ‘ঊযুবিরাব্বিন্না-ছ,
বলুন, আমি আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করিতেছি মানুষের পালনকর্তার,
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind,
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:2]
مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ
মালিকিন্না-ছ,
মানুষের অধিপতির,
The King (or Ruler) of Mankind,
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:3]
إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ
ইলা-হিন্না-ছ।
মানুষের মা’বুদের
The god (or judge) of Mankind,-
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:4]
مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ
মিন শাররিল ওয়াছ ওয়া-ছিল খান্না-ছ।
তার অনিষ্ট থেকে, যে কুমন্ত্রণা দেয় ও আত্নগোপন করে,
From the mischief of the Whisperer (of Evil), who withdraws (after his whisper),-
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:5]
ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ
আল্লাযী ইউওয়াছবিছুফী সুদূরিন্নাছ-।
যে কুমন্ত্রণা দেয় মানুষের অন্তরে
(The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind,-
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:6]
مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ
মিনাল জিন্নাতি ওয়ান্না-ছ।
জ্বিনের মধ্য থেকে অথবা মানুষের মধ্য থেকে।
Among Jinns and among men.

কুল হুওয়াল্লা-হু আহাদ
বলুন, তিনি আল্লাহ, এক,

Although the Ottoman Empire followed Islamic beliefs which prohibited slavery, the rulers at that time created harsh circumstances for the slaves, more shocking than one might think.
White slavery in the Ottoman Empire was completely different from slavery in other empires. Unlike American slavery, it was practiced under strict rules and regulations of Islamic law. Slaves were considered property in the Ottoman Empire, and according to the Islamic holy book Quran, slaves should be treated gently with no distinction based on color or creed. The slaves were treated much more gently than other brutal masters, and most of the time, the master would even free their slaves to acquire tranquility of the soul.

শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু।
👉সূরাঃ আল-ইখলাস [112:1]
قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
কুল হুওয়াল্লা-হু আহাদ
বলুন, তিনি আল্লাহ, এক,
Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
সূরাঃ আল-ইখলাস [112:2]
ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ
আল্লা-হুসসামাদ।
আল্লাহ অমুখাপেক্ষী,
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
সূরাঃ আল-ইখলাস [112:3]
لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ
লাম ইয়ালিদ ওয়ালাম ইঊলাদ।
তিনি কাউকে জন্ম দেননি এবং কেউ তাকে জন্ম দেয়নি
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
সূরাঃ আল-ইখলাস [112:4]
وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ
ওয়া লাম ইয়াকুল্লাহূকুফুওয়ান আহাদ।
এবং তার সমতুল্য কেউ নেই।
And there is none like unto Him.

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
মিন শাররি মা-খালাক।
তিনি যা সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তার অনিষ্ট থেকে,
From the mischief of created things;
সূরাঃ আল-ফালাক [113:3]
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
ওয়া মিন শাররি গা-ছিকিন ইযা-ওয়াকাব।
অন্ধকার রাত্রির অনিষ্ট থেকে, যখন তা সমাগত হয়,
From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads;
সূরাঃ আল-ফালাক [113:4]
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ
ওয়া মিন শাররিন নাফফা-ছা-তি ফিল ‘উকাদ।
গ্রন্থিতে ফুঁৎকার দিয়ে জাদুকারিনীদের অনিষ্ট থেকে
From the mischief of those who practise secret arts;
সূরাঃ আল-ফালাক [113:5]
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
ওয়া মিন শাররি হা-ছিদিন ইযা-হাছাদ।
এবং হিংসুকের অনিষ্ট থেকে যখন সে হিংসা করে।
And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy.
بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু।
👉সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:1]
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ
কুল আ‘ঊযুবিরাব্বিন্না-ছ,
বলুন, আমি আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করিতেছি মানুষের পালনকর্তার,
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind,
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:2]
مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ
মালিকিন্না-ছ,
মানুষের অধিপতির,
The King (or Ruler) of Mankind,
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:3]
إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ
ইলা-হিন্না-ছ।
মানুষের মা’বুদের
The god (or judge) of Mankind,-
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:4]
مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ
মিন শাররিল ওয়াছ ওয়া-ছিল খান্না-ছ।
তার অনিষ্ট থেকে, যে কুমন্ত্রণা দেয় ও আত্নগোপন করে,
From the mischief of the Whisperer (of Evil), who withdraws (after his whisper),-
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:5]
ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ
আল্লাযী ইউওয়াছবিছুফী সুদূরিন্নাছ-।
যে কুমন্ত্রণা দেয় মানুষের অন্তরে
(The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind,-
সূরাঃ আন-নাস [114:6]
مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ
মিনাল জিন্নাতি ওয়ান্না-ছ।
জ্বিনের মধ্য থেকে অথবা মানুষের মধ্য থেকে।

Kul-e Farah
Kul-e Farah (or "Kul-e Fara") is the site of six Elamite rock reliefs that are located in a gorge on the plain's east side. Kul-e Farah is located near the city of Izeh in Khuzestan, southwest Iran. The reliefs were first visited in European research by Austen Henry Layard in 1841. Layard copied the 24-line cuneiform inscription on relief I, and five of the short epigraphs on some of the figures.
It has been suggested that this is a kind of open sanctuary for religious ceremonies involving the sacrifice of animals. Three are on rock faces, while the other three are on large boulders. They depict scenes of sacrifice, processions and a banquet, and three show groups of musicians. The inscription on relief I mentions Hanni, the son of Tahhi, and is therefore dated to Hanni's time (7th century BCE?). But the reliefs may belong to several periods, with reliefs III, IV, and VI dated to the end of the 2nd or the beginning of the 1st millennium BCE.

Slave labor was a huge aspect of Ottoman life, and the republic depended heavily on free work from human beings who had no rights, no possessions, and were left at the whims of their masters to be worked to death, starved, tortured, and sometimes even killed for the sake of enjoyment. Could this be why the Ottoman empire was one of the most feared ancient empires of all time?

The Ottoman Empire spanned over 623 years and was renowned for its sultanate reigns and magnificent ancient architecture. However, one aspect that stood out was the concept of slavery that the Ottomans applied. Unlike other slaves in history, the Ottoman Empire slaves were white and subject to objectification, brutal tactics, and much worse. Although the Ottoman Empire followed Islamic beliefs which prohibited slavery, the rulers at that time created harsh circumstances for the slaves, more shocking than one might think.
White slavery in the Ottoman Empire was completely different from slavery in other empires. Unlike American slavery, it was practiced under strict rules and regulations of Islamic law. Slaves were considered property in the Ottoman Empire, and according to the Islamic holy book Quran, slaves should be treated gently with no distinction based on color or creed. The slaves were treated much more gently than other brutal masters, and most of the time, the master would even free their slaves to acquire tranquility of the soul.
