The Communist International, abbreviated as Comintern, also known as the Third International (1919–1943), was an international communist organization initiated in Moscow during March 1919. The International intended to fight "by all available means, including armed force, for the overthrow of the international bourgeoisie and for the creation of an international Soviet republic as a transition stage to the complete abolition of the State."
The Comintern was founded after the 1915 Zimmerwald Conference in which Vladimir Lenin had organized the "Zimmerwald Left" against those who refused to approve any statement explicitly endorsing socialist revolutionary action, and after the 1916 dissolution of the Second International.
The Comintern had seven World Congresses between 1919 and 1935. It also had thirteen "Enlarged Plenums" of its governing Executive Committee, which had much the same function as the somewhat larger and more grandiose Congresses. The Comintern was officially dissolved during 1943.

Act One - Allied Mission 11 - Operation: Panic Cycle - Location: Black Forest, Germany
"It was a close call in Japan but at least things worked out, that much can be said. Even better, the new Chronosphere works, and even better, isn’t fatal to occupants like the First War’s device. But it appears glitches need to be worked out - the destination was the SteinsTech lab in the Black Forest of Germany, home of Siegfried’s research efforts. Unfortunately, the Soviets, with fresh Chinese divisions, broke through in Bohemia, took the communications hub, and the front line is currently at the Forest’s edge. Troubling enough, except the glitch sent the scientists not to the Lab, but right inside the Comintern front line. Even worse, thanks to the communications hub in Bohemia, the PRC forces in Kyoto were able to inform the European front about exactly who these Allied forces are. Needless to say, it’s a nightmare situation.
The Lab itself is still safe, behind the Allied front and experimental Prism Towers. Due to this hiccup, the dynamic of the battle has changed significantly - the chrono force is now the primary target of the Comintern. Siegfried himself is with the force, along with an MCV, but it is going to be a difficult task to get them safely to the Lab. Much of the free world’s temporal expertise is in this small group though - losing them likely means that the war is lost. Allied forces are aware of situation and will do anything to distract, reinforce, or otherwise get them to safety - they know our fate depends on this operation. Once at the lab, establish a base and prepare to defend the Lab.
Objective 1: Escort K.I. Scientists to SteinsTech Lab.
Objective 2: Defend SteinsTech Lab and the Chronosphere.
Objective 3: Destroy Soviet forces."

Ho Chi Minh: Bio, Vietnam War, Book, Facts, Education, Ideology, Legacy (2000) Hồ Chí Minh (/ˈhoʊ ˈtʃiː ˈmɪn/;[4] Northern Vietnamese pronunciation: [ho̞˧˩ t͡ɕi˧˥ mɪŋ˧] ( listen), Southern Vietnamese pronunciation: [ho̞˧˩ t͡ɕɪj˧ mɪ̈n˧] ( listen); 19 May 1890 – 2 September 1969), born Nguyễn Sinh Côn,[5][6][7] or Nguyễn Sinh Cung, also known as Nguyễn Tất Thành and Nguyễn Ái Quốc, was a Vietnamese Communist revolutionary leader who was prime minister (1945–55) and president (1945–69) of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam). He was a key figure in the foundation of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in 1945, as well as the People's Army of Vietnam (PAVN) and the Việt Cộng (NLF or VC) during the Vietnam War. He led the Việt Minh independence movement from 1941 onward, establishing the Communist-ruled Democratic Republic of Vietnam in 1945 and defeating the French Union in 1954 at the battle of Điện Biên Phủ. He officially stepped down from power in 1965 due to health problems, but remained a highly visible figurehead and inspiration for those Vietnamese fighting for his cause—a united, communist Vietnam—until his death. After the war, Saigon, the former capital of the Republic of Vietnam, was renamed Hồ Chí Minh City; however, the name Saigon is still very widely used. In 1911, while working as the cook's helper on a ship, Nguyễn traveled to the United States. From 1912–13, he lived in New York City (Harlem) and Boston, where he worked as a baker at the Parker House Hotel. Among a series of menial jobs, he claimed to have worked for a wealthy family in Brooklyn between 1917–18, and for General Motors as a line manager. It is believed that, while in the United States, he made contact with Korean nationalists, an experience that developed his political outlook. At various points between 1913 and 1919, Nguyễn lived in West Ealing, and later in Crouch End, Hornsey. He reportedly worked as either a chef or dish washer [reports vary] at the Drayton Court Hotel in West Ealing.[11] It is claimed that Nguyễn trained as a pastry chef under Auguste Escoffier at the Carlton Hotel in the Haymarket, Westminster, but there is no evidence to support this.[10][12] However, the wall of New Zealand House, home of the New Zealand High Commission, which now stands on the site of the Carlton Hotel, displays a blue plaque, stating that Nguyễn worked there in 1913 as a waiter. Nguyễn was also employed as a pastry boy on the Newhaven–Dieppe ferry route in 1913. From 1919–23, while living in France, Nguyễn began to show an interest in politics, being influenced by his friend and Socialist Party of France comrade Marcel Cachin. Nguyễn claimed to have arrived in Paris from London in 1917, but the French police only had documents recording his arrival in June 1919.[10] He joined a group of Vietnamese nationalists in Paris whose leaders were Phan Chu Trinh and Phan Văn Trường, bearing a new name Nguyễn Ái Quốc (Nguyễn the Patriot). Following World War I, the group petitioned for recognition of the civil rights of the Vietnamese people in French Indochina to the Western powers at the Versailles peace talks, but was ignored.[15] Citing the language and the spirit of the U.S. Declaration of Independence, they expected U.S. President Woodrow Wilson to help remove the French colonial rule from Vietnam and ensure the formation of a new, nationalist government. Although they were unable to obtain consideration at Versailles, the failure further radicalized Nguyễn, while also making him a symbol of the anti-colonial movement at home in Vietnam.[16] In 1920, Nguyễn became a representative to the Congress of Tours of the Socialist Party of France, Quốc voted for the Third International and a founding member of the Parti Communiste Français (FCP). Taking a position in the Colonial Committee of the PCF, he tried to draw his comrades' attention towards people in French colonies including Indochina, but his efforts were often unsuccessful. During this period he began to write journal articles and short stories as well as running his Vietnamese nationalist group. In May 1922, Nguyễn wrote an article for a French magazine criticizing the use of English words by French sportswriters.[17] The article implored Prime Minister Raymond Poincaré to outlaw such Franglais as le manager, le round and le knock-out. While living in Paris, he reportedly had a relationship with a dressmaker named Marie Brière. In 1923, Nguyễn (Ho) left Paris for Moscow, where he was employed by the Comintern, studied at the Communist University of the Toilers of the East,[18][19] and participated in the Fifth Comintern Congress in June 1924, before arriving in Canton (present-day Guangzhou), China, in November 1924.

Act One - Yuri's Epsilon Mission 08 - Operation: Warranty Void - Location: Xizang, China
"Yuri’s Message: “Proselyte. I knew there would be sacrifices that had to be made along the way. It might seem my gambit has done nothing but add corpses on top of corpses. Now, we set the stage for yet another graveyard. The thing about the mind, is that to my understanding, no one has researched its powers as much as I. Even I have learned along the way. While I have a gift, I found out everyone could do it, if they really knew how, it's so easy too. For now though, we can be thankful they don’t understand - the PRC government only barely knows the power we gave them. The ones who know the most, the Americans, are, to put it mildly, barely alive. Even our Soviet comrades barely understand it.
These are powers that, perhaps, Reds will never understand. It is good, because we have the next phase to work on. We need, Proselyte, to set the Comintern on fire. Only when they fight amongst each other can we pass unnoticed. That Psychic Beacon in China, it is time I think, for the ROC armies to get a taste of its power. The rebels are currently in prison camps, as we’ve fed flawed information to the PRC Command, so they do not use them in battle. Cut power to the Beacon, and free the prisoners. Have them capture the Beacon, and the mayhem begins. The Union will come investigate eventually, and our job here will be done. Soon, its only a matter of when the two giants will fight.”
Objective 1: Repair the bridge in the village.
Objective 2: Protect the bridge until reinforcements cross it.
Objective 3: Take out power to free all rebels from mind control.
Objective 4: Capture the Psychic Beacon with a Rebels' Engineer."

Pact of Steel - Weird Axis Weapons Documentary
The Axis powers, also known as the Axis, were the nations that fought in the Second World War against the Allied forces. The Axis powers agreed on their opposition to the Allies, but did not coordinate their activity.
The Axis grew out of the diplomatic efforts of Germany, Italy and Japan to secure their own specific expansionist interests in the mid-1930s. The first step was the treaty signed by Germany and Italy in October 1936. Mussolini declared on November 1 that all other European countries would from then on rotate on the Rome-Berlin axis, thus creating the term "Axis". The almost simultaneous second step was the signing in November 1936 of the Anti-Comintern Pact, an anti-communist treaty between Germany and Japan. Italy joined the Pact in 1937.
