Henry Huggins: [From Trailer] But, she keeps you on your toes.::Beezus: You are so welcome to borrow her for, like, ten years.
[From Trailer]::Mrs. Meacham: [to Ramona] I hope you are enjoying third grade. You may be here for a while.
Beezus: [From Trailer] Ramona, you're your own person. You don't care about coloring inside the lines.::Ramona Quimby: It really depends on the picture.
[From Trailer]::Bob Quimby: [to Ramona] Why don't we draw the longest picture ever?
[From Trailer]::Beezus: [to Ramona] Every princess needs a little sparkle.
[From Trailer]::Howie Kemp: [to Ramona] We saw your underpants!
Bob Quimby: So, Beezus, suppose I told you that when I pulled up by the house tonight I saw your old buddy Henry staring at it like he left something important inside of it.::Dorothy Quimby: Henry Huggins? I haven't heard that name in a while. Isn't he the boy that used to eat dirt in the backyard?::Bob Quimby: Yeah.::Beezus: He doesn't do that anymore!::Bob Quimby: Ooh, if I didn't know better, I'd say somebody's got a crush.::Beezus: Can we please talk about something else?::Dorothy Quimby: Well, there is that dance coming up. Maybe he wants to ask you to it.::Bob Quimby: Well, if he's gonna ask my daughter to dance, he better have some moves. Can the old dirt-eater do this? [Mr. Quimby starts dancing very badly. Ramona and Mrs. Quimby laugh]::Beezus: [Embarrassed. Playfully throws a towel at Mr. Quimby] Oh, I hope not! Stop! Mom!
Ramona Quimby: [Watching a commercial, reciting the slogan] "Royal Peanut Butter: There's a bit of magic in every jar"!::Bob Quimby: Is that one of your favorites? That's the rack we gotta get you into, 'cause those TV kids make millions.::Ramona Quimby: Beezus, do you think I could be in a commercial like that?::Beezus: [Fixing Ramona's hair with a curling iron] Sure, you'd make a great frog.::Ramona Quimby: Hey!::Beezus: Hold still. I'm almost done.::Ramona Quimby: It's picture-perfect, right?::Beezus: Let's be realistic, Ramona. This is a curling iron, not a magic wand. [She puts the curling iron down and holds up a mirror for Ramona to see what her new hairdo looks like] But, all things considered, I'd say you've never looked better.::Ramona Quimby: I love it! Thanks, Beezus!
Beezus: Who could ever love someone named Beezus?::Ramona Quimby: Jesus?
Bob Quimby: Ramona, your sister has a report card. Doesn't that mean you should have one too?::Ramona Quimby: Uh... No.

Quotes:
Stella: The world is what you make of it, friend. If it doesn't fit, you make alterations.
Emmett: Lyin' Pete always said you'd hang. I guess tomorrow at dawn he'll be proved right.::Sheriff Langston: Ten A.M.::Emmett: Oh, right, I always thought they did it at dawn.
Sheriff Langston: What's all this then?::Carter: This nigger's breakin' up my place, Sheriff Langston.::Sheriff Langston: I don't like that word much, Carter.::Carter: We don't serve him here and you know it. I asked him to leave and he went crazy! Now he owes me money!::Sheriff Langston: Is that a fact?::Emmett: Afraid not, Sheriff. [Points at the other two men lying on the floor] These other two fellows started the ruckus.::Sheriff Langston: [Points at Emmett and Paden] Are these your friends?::[Mal shakes his head]::Mal: I wanted a drink and a bed. I guess I came to the wrong place.::Sheriff Langston: Came to the wrong town. I don't tolerate this sort of thing. It's hard on the peace, and it's hard on the furniture. Now, knowing a bit about Carter here, I'm going to let you go without paying for the damages, but go you will, and I mean now.::Mal: Is there a place in town that takes "my kind?"::Sheriff Langston: You misunderstand. I want you out of town. In fact, I want you all the way out of my jurisdiction.::Mal: That ain't right.::Sheriff Langston: I decide what's right in this jurisdiction. Now, move.::[Mal prepares to leave but turns around as he is about to pass Sheriff Langston, heads back to the bar, finishes the drink the female bartender poured for him, and then leaves]::Carter: Hey, who's gonna pay for all this, Sheriff?::Sheriff Langston: Don't press your luck, Carter.
Deputy: That them shootin'?::Sheriff Langston: No, it's coming from those rocks.::Deputy: Well, let's go. He ain't hittin' nothin'.::Sheriff Langston: You idiot, he's hit everything he's aimed at!::Deputy: Well, they ain't out of our jurisdiction 'til they reach the flattop.::[Sheriff Langston's hat is shot off his head]::Sheriff Langston: Today, my jurisdiction ends here. Pick up my hat.
Conrad: Wait a minute. Even if you do get the money, how do we know you'll come back?::Emmett: Well, if we don't you can keep my brother.
[Emmett, Paden, Mal, and Conrad track a pair of bandits who stole money from a wagon train to a hideout in a canyon filled with outlaws]::Paden: [to Emmett] You know, hangin' around with you is no picnic.::Emmett: Anybody got any ideas?

Don't get between us.::Paden: I'm a great believer in doin' nothin'.::Cobb: We understand each other then?::Paden: Don't worry about me. Taglines: When he heard his cry for help it wasn't human In the basement of a university medical school Dr . Jessup floats naked in total darkness. The most terrifying experiment in the history of science is out of control... and the subject is himself
Quotes:
Eddie Jessup: The purpose of our suffering is only more suffering.
Arthur Rosenberg: The way I feel, I don't expect to go to sleep for a year. I'm on fucking fire!
Eddie Jessup: What dignifies the Yogic practices is that the belief system itself is not truly religious. There is no Buddhist God per se. It is the Self, the individual Mind, that contains immortality and ultimate truth.::Emily Jessup: What the hell is not religious about that? You've simply replaced God with the Original Self.::Eddie Jessup: Yes, but we've localized it. Now I know where the Self is. It's in our own minds. It's a form of human energy. Our atoms are six billion years old. We've got six billion years of memory in our minds.
Eddie Jessup: Memory is energy! It doesn't disappear - it's still in there. There's a physiological pathway to our earlier consciousnesses. There has to be; and I'm telling you it's in the goddamned limbic system.::Mason Parrish: You're a whacko!::Eddie Jessup: What's whacko about it, Mason? I'm a man in search of his true self. How archetypically American can you get? We're all trying to fulfill ourselves, understand ourselves, get in touch with ourselves, face the reality of ourselves, explore ourselves, expand ourselves. Ever since we dispensed with God we've got nothing but ourselves to explain this meaningless horror of life.
Eddie Jessup: You saved me. You redeemed me from the pit. I was in it, Emily. I was *in* that ultimate moment of terror that is the beginning of life. It is nothing. Simple, hideous nothing. The final truth of all things is that there is no final Truth. Truth is what's transitory. It's human life that is real. I don't want to frighten you, Emily, but what I'm trying to tell you is that moment of terror is a real and living horror, living and growing within me now, and the only thing that keeps it from devouring me is you.::Emily Jessup: Why don't you just come back to us?::Eddie Jessup: It's too late. I don't think I can get it out of me anymore. I can't live with it. The pain is too great.
[Last line]::Eddie Jessup: I love you Emily.
[First line]::Arthur Rosenberg: The tank itself was unusual in that it was vertical, and looked like an old boiler.
Eddie Jessup: Emily's quite content to go on with this life. She insists she's in love with me - whatever that is. What she means is she prefers the senseless pain we inflict on each other to the pain we would otherwise inflict on ourselves. But I'm not afraid of that solitary pain. In fact, if I don't strip myself of all this clatter and clutter and ridiculous ritual, I shall go out of my fucking mind. Does that answer your question, Arthur?::Arthur Rosenberg: What question was that?::Eddie Jessup: You asked me why I was getting divorced.::Arthur Rosenberg: Oh, listen, it's your life. I'm sorry I even asked.
Eddie Jessup: I haven't told anyone this in ten years. I'm telling you now because I think you have a right to know what kind of a nut you might be getting mixed up with here.::Emily Jessup: Arthur was right. You are a fascinating bastard. [kisses him]
Emily Jessup: [crying] He doesn't love me. He never loved me. I was never real to him. Nothing in the human experience is real to him.

Patty Bernstein: Give me a bite of that corn dog.::Navin R. Johnson: What about germs?::Patty Bernstein: Put a rubber on it.
Navin R. Johnson: For one dollar I'll guess your weight, your height, or your sex.
Navin R. Johnson: Well I'm gonna to go then! And I don't need any of this. I don't need this stuff, and I don't need *you*. I don't need anything. Except this.::[picks up an ashtray]::Navin R. Johnson: And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this ashtray... And this paddle game. - The ashtray and the paddle game and that's all I need... And this remote control. - The ashtray, the paddle game, and the remote control, and that's all I need... I need this. - The paddle game and the chair, and the remote control, and the matches for sure. Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.::[walking outside]::Navin R. Johnson: The ashtray, the remote control, the paddle game, and this magazine, and the chair.::Navin R. Johnson: [outside now] And I don't need one other thing, except my dog.::[Shithead growls at him]::Navin R. Johnson: I don't need my dog.
Mother: Navin, I'd love you if you were the color of a baboon's ass.
[first lines]::Navin R. Johnson: Huh? I am *not* a bum. I'm a jerk. I once had wealth, power, and the love of a beautiful woman. Now I only have two things: my friends, and... uh... my thermos. Huh? My story? Okay. It was never easy for me. I was born a poor black child. I remember the days, sittin' on the porch with my family, singin' and dancin' down in Mississippi...
[a sniper keeps missing Navin and hitting cans of motor oil]::Navin R. Johnson: He hates these cans. Stay away from the cans.
[Navin recites some wisdom]::Navin R. Johnson: Lord loves a workin' man; don't trust whitey; see a doctor and get rid of it.
Navin R. Johnson: [singing] I'm picking out a Thermos for you. Not an ordinary Thermos for you. But the extra best Thermos that you can buy, with vinyl and stripes and a cup built right in.
Navin R. Johnson: The new phone book's here! The new phone book's here!::Harry Hartounian: Boy, I wish I could get that excited about nothing.::Navin R. Johnson: Nothing? Are you kidding? Page 73 - Johnson, Navin R.! I'm somebody now! Millions of people look at this book everyday! This is the kind of spontaneous publicity - your name in print - that makes people. I'm in print! Things are going to start happening to me now.::[the Sniper points to Navin's name in the phone book]::Sniper: Johnson, Navin R... sounds like a typical bastard.

James Hobart: More Than Meets the Eye
CrossFit Media video producer Torin Simpson spent five days on James Hobart's couch in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, to get a feel for what drives the second-place finisher at the North East Regional.
"I learned that there's a lot more to James Hobart than the competitor you will see at the CrossFit Games," Simpson says. "In fact, competition is perhaps the least important aspect of his life."
Family is among the most important.
"I'm very close to my mom," Hobart says. "I think we have a really awesome, strong relationship, and she's really supportive and proud of me ... and I'm absolutely proud of her, especially in regards to CrossFit

Hobart Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
http://www.expedia.com/Hobart.d6052485.Destination-Travel-Guides
When you first arrive in Hobart, you may not be aware that you’re exploring a former prison.
This onetime penal colony is located between Mount Wellington and Port Hobart, and features a number of exquisite colonial buildings in breathtaking natural surroundings. There’s a variety of things to do within the city, so chow down on seafood from a waterfront restaurant before stopping by one of the galleries built into old whale oil warehouses. Don’t forget to check out the Hobart Theatre, a must-see on any Hobart tour. This structure was built by convicts brought to Australia in the 19th century, and it still hosts live performances today.
Hobart sightseeing will no doubt include the Maritime Museum, which celebrates Hobart’s ties to the sea. Go for a sail on the Lady Nelson, a tall ship that makes regular excursions out to the harbor. You’ll work up an appetite trimming the sails and steering the ship, so why not venture to the Salamanca Market? For over 30 years, this market has featured fresh produce, local artwork, and clothing, and you’re bound to score a good bargain.
Next, go upriver to MONA, the Museum of Old and New Art. This building descends three floors down into the cliffs surrounding it, and its often dark-natured artwork is featured in vast, cavernous spaces. All that art is bound to make you thirsty, so pay a visit to some of the wineries dotting Hobart’s surrounding landscape. Sip responsibly on a glass of wine, nibble a wedge of cheese, and enjoy the rolling green hills around you. Now this is living!
What will you do on your Hobart tour?

James Hobart: More Than Meets the Eye
CrossFit Media video producer Torin Simpson spent five days on James Hobart's couch in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, to get a feel for what drives the second-place finisher at the North East Regional.
"I learned that there's a lot more to James Hobart than the competitor you will see at the CrossFit Games," Simpson says. "In fact, competition is perhaps the least important aspect of his life."
Family is among the most important.
"I'm very close to my mom," Hobart says. "I think we have a really awesome, strong relationship, and she's really supportive and proud of me ... and I'm absolutely proud of her, especially in regards to CrossFit and all the steps she's taken to take care of herself."
Hobart also holds the admired title of flowmaster for CrossFit's Seminar Staff, which is also a priority in his life.
"The biggest vantage point being a flowmaster I think gives me is being able to see and learn even more from everybody else," Hobart says.
An only child, Hobart has a friendship with four-time Games competitor Austin Malleolo that resembles a brotherhood.
"They are best friends ... they are one in the same," says Ben Bergeron, owner of CrossFit New England, where Hobart trains.
Sporting his original Level 1 Seminar T-shirt on the final day of regional competition, Hobart earned the right to go back to the CrossFit Games, but his humble perspective hasn't changed despite numerous Games appearances as an individual and on a team.
"For me, I love competing in CrossFit ... . It's a way to give back to the community that supports me so much."

With an area of just over 40 square miles, San Marino is Europe’s third smallest country, after Vatican City and Monaco.
Rising from the republic’s rolling hills, is Mount Titano, where the country’s founder, Saint Marinus, sought refuge in the 3rd Century. Over the centuries, three towers were built to ward off invaders; today these towers watch over a country overflowing with history, culture and beauty.
Just beyond the towers lies the republic’s ancient capital, San Marino City. The heart and soul of this city is Liberty Square, home to the Statue of Liberty and the

When you plan a trip to Nice, France, you’re in good company: This city has been a tourist destination since at least the 18th century. The European aristocracy often spent their winters in the pleasant climate, with a sunset walk on the shoreline being the highlight of each day.
You can walk in their footsteps—literally—with a stroll down the Promenade des Anglais, which roughly translates to Walkway of the English. On a tour of Nice, you’ll enjoy the mixture of French and Italian culture that permeates the city’s architecture, public art, and yes, the food. Bon appetit!

Tasmania Travel Video Guide, Meet a Local Travel Series
Complete Half Hour Program - Meet the locals as the Overlander travels around Tasmania
Travel Tasmania seeing it's top destinations through the eyes of the locals. Stories include:
Rob Pennicott and his artist wife Michaye live an idyllic family life on Bruny Island. Surrounded by nature and a bountiful sea, Bruny appears to be paradise, but as Rob suggests, may not be for everyone. I also discuss the sad history of Truganini, the last full blooded Tasmanian Aborigine.
In Hobart I interview Sudanese musician Ajak Kwai about her experience living in Tasmania.
Formation of the Australian Greens Political Party. I take a flight to the South West Wilderness area of Tasmania, learning about Critchley Parker Junior, an ill fated explorer who hoped to form a new Jewish State in the region. I also interview Senator Bob Brown, leader of the world's first Greens Political Party.
This action packed video is three stories packed into one. First I feature archival footage from the seminal Franklin River campaign, then I investigate the Facial Tumor Disease effecting the wild Tasmanian Devil Population, and finally I do a story on Port Arthur, an historic convict colony where I interview guide Laura Leeworthy, do their ghost tour and film a Ghost!!
Fishing for Trout in Tasmania offers anglers some of the most remote Lake Fishing in the world. I interview Janice Spencer about the Land of 3,000 Lakes. Janice was the first female angler ever accepted for an Australian competition Fly Fishing Team.
Tasmania has some of the biggest cold water surf breaks in the world. I visit Marrawah on the north west corner, a location renowned for it's year round surf. I interview 16 yr old local Zak Grey.
Cruising the winding roads of Tasmania on a Harley Davidson with Simon Richardson. Simon owns the Launceston Harley Davidson Dealership and believes Tasmania offers bikers great touring opportunities, with mountainous roads and free camping. I also visit Stanley, Tasmania's Best Town. Simon rides a 1980 Shovelhead Harley Trike.
For my last Tasmania story I visited Campbelltown's sombre convict brick display and then interviewed an Irish Woman in the Town of National Park, near the Mt Field National Park. Trish Rawlins believes Tasmania is like Ireland before it lost all it's trees.

San Marino Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
https://www.expedia.com/San-Marino.d6054756.Destination-Travel-Guides
With an area of just over 40 square miles, San Marino is Europe’s third smallest country, after Vatican City and Monaco.
Rising from the republic’s rolling hills, is Mount Titano, where the country’s founder, Saint Marinus, sought refuge in the 3rd Century. Over the centuries, three towers were built to ward off invaders; today these towers watch over a country overflowing with history, culture and beauty.
Just beyond the towers lies the republic’s ancient capital, San Marino City. The heart and soul of this city is Liberty Square, home to the Statue of Liberty and the Palazzo Pubblico. Wherever you turn you’ll see tributes to the republic’s founder, no more so than in San Marino Basilica, where the bones of the saint now rest beneath the altar.
Like the republic’s founder, many have sought refuge on this mountain, including the Italian revolutionary hero, Garibaldi. Today, San Marino is a welcoming escape for lovers of art and history, and a tax-free haven for shoppers.
The true stars of San Marino are its towers. Dating back to the 11th century, Guaita Tower, is the oldest and the largest fortress of the three. Follow the scenic pathway to the highest point of Mount Titano to the battlements of Cesta Tower, while on the farthest peak rises Montale.
What this country lacks in size, it more than makes up for with that rarest of qualities, serenity. After all, its official name is, The Most Serene Republic of San Marino.

Tokyo Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
Welcome to Tokyo, the capital of Japan and the epitome of the word “megacity.”
In this vast metropolis, ancient traditions blend with futuristic buildings, and your Tokyo sightseeing will take you to representations of each. Pay your respects at temples set in forested hillsides, then flex your credit card in one of the shopping districts, before sitting down to a five-star meal…all in one day.
Your Tokyo tour begins with the subway and train system, which will take you all over this sprawling city. Tokyo is home to some 35 million people, many of which you’ll meet as its public transit carries you throughout its many neighborhoods. Make a stop in Asakusa, a temple district nestled in leafy trees with skyscrapers towering in the background. There you’ll visit Nakamisi Dori, a street loaded with food vendors and religious charms. Get to know the city a little better in the Harajuku district, home to cutting-edge fashion, a thriving, youth-centered culture, and the famous Yoyogi Park. The park stands out in stern contrast to the rest of the neighborhood; this sprawling, 134-acre green space is where locals slow down after a frenzied week of work and play.
As night falls, make your way to Shinjuku. Many of Tokyo’s premier restaurants and pubs span Shinjuku’s streets, and you can indulge in succulent 5-star meals or sample with fast food from local vendors. Watch a movie, do some karaoke, and linger with fellow travelers and friendly locals alike.
What was your favorite part of Tokyo?

Vienna Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
http://www.expedia.com/Vienna-and-vicinity.d178316.Destination-Travel-Guides
Vienna is the capital of Austria, in Central Europe. It is an ancient fortress city that lies nestled on the eastern fringe of the Alps, on the banks of the Danube River.
One hundred years ago, this glittering city gave birth to an artistic and cultural revolution. It was a revolution that changed the future and secured forever, Vienna’s place as one of the world’s great cities.
Free thinking flourished in its cafe’s and new ideas in music, and philosophy became embedded in its cobblestones.
Today, visitors flock to Vienna, to experience a dynamic art culture, set amidst
historic streets where strauss’ waltzes still seem to echo. They come to drink coffee where some of the world’s greatest thinkers spent time and enjoy some of the world’s most magnificent artworks.
Join locals for a game of pool or a discussion on philosophy at Cafe Sperl.
Visit the Demel Bakery, the original confectioners to the Austrian Royal Family. Order a sachentorte - a traditional chocolate cake and relax with an international newspaper.
Stroll to the Vienna State Opera, considered one of the greatest opera houses in the world. Take a backstage tour, learn the story of this historic place and see the hidden machinery that creates the performance magic.
A little further along the ring is the Hofburg Imperial Palace. This impressive palace was home to the Hapsburg dynasty who ruled the area for centuries and currently serves as the official residence for the President of Austria.
Examine ancient manuscripts and see the some of the earliest globes in the Austrian National Library which is also housed here.
Take the time to enjoy the Volksgarten - or people’s garden - famous for its more than 400 species of roses and the Theseus Temple in its centre. There are 2000 parks in Vienna so there is always somewhere nearby to relax.
Layered with history, Vienna is a truly international city. Explore monumental palaces and priceless artworks, all set amidst a cafe culture that changed the world.

Nice Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
When you plan a trip to Nice, France, you’re in good company: This city has been a tourist destination since at least the 18th century. The European aristocracy often spent their winters in the pleasant climate, with a sunset walk on the shoreline being the highlight of each day.
You can walk in their footsteps—literally—with a stroll down the Promenade des Anglais, which roughly translates to Walkway of the English. On a tour of Nice, you’ll enjoy the mixture of French and Italian culture that permeates the city’s architecture, public art, and yes, the food. Bon appetit!
The residents of Nice love the outdoors, and you will, too, as you explore the Place Massena—the city’s main square, where you can enjoy a snack at a café or do some shopping in its many boutiques. Any Nice sightseeing requires exploration of one of the many open-air markets, where you can pick up fresh produce, local artwork, and French pastries that will leave you wondering why you waited so long to visit.
Cap a perfect day in Nice with a dip in the ocean and a walk along the seashore, watching the sun disappear into the sea.
What are you going to eat while in Nice?

Kyoto City Video Guide | Expedia
http://www.expedia.com/Kyoto-and-vicinity.d6131486.Destination-Travel-Guides
Kyoto lies in Western Honshu, Japan’s main island. The imperial capital for over 1,000 years, Kyoto is widely considered Japan’s most beautiful city.
Emerging from ultra-modern Kyoto Station, the city’s busy downtown area can come as a shock. Yet old Kyoto is never far away.
Just to the east is Gion, where you’ll catch glimpses of the geisha, the very embodiment of old Kyoto. Further east, amid narrow alleyways like Ishibe Koji, you’ll find traditional Kyoto-style houses and some of the city’s finest Ryokan.
Just a rickshaw ride away, are the traffic-free streets of Sannen-zaka and Ninen-zaka, where teahouses line the routes to nearby hilltop temples.
Kyoto is known as “the city of 10,000 shrines”. There are places of spacious austerity, such as the Heian Shrine, and intimate places, such as the Shorenin Temple. There are temples dominated by stone, such as the Kiyomizadera, and others, such as Tofukuji, which are crafted from ancient timbers.
Kodai Temple features a raked gravel garden, which represents the infinite ocean, while Nanzenji, sits within the shade of a 19th- century aqueduct. Nothing quite compares to Fushimi Inari-taisha, which spans an entire mountainside and features a path lined with 10,000 tori gates.
You’ll find old Kyoto in the palace grounds of Nijo Castle, and in the fleeting cherry blossom season. It resides in the ethereal light of the Bamboo Forest of Arashiyama and in the Zen-like calm of the city’s monkeys. And it can certainly be found as evening falls and the city lights up like a living lantern.

Located on the Aker River in Norway’s south east is the beautiful city of Oslo. As well as being the country’s capital and cultural heart, Oslo is also the gateway to Norway’s natural beauty.
In recent years, the rugged dock areas that launched so many adventures have been reinvented as an entertainment hub. Fashionable cafes and restaurants sit easily here amidst centuries of history.
There is a strong naval history here. Visit the Viking Ship Museum to see a stunning display of 800 year-old long-ships and learn how they learned to navigate without compasses. At the Fram Museum, learn how the crews of early polar expeditions survived in one of the coldest and most dangerous places on earth. The nearby Kon-Tiki Museum is a tribute to an epic adventure that captivated and inspired a world, exhausted by the second world war.
One of the world’s most respected awards, the annual Nobel Peace Prize also has its home here. Visit the Noble Peace Center which showcases the achievements of pioneers in world.
Another of Oslo’s premier buildings for which Oslo is known is its Opera House, just a short stroll away. Said to resemble a glacier, it’s gentle sloping roof is a popular meeting place and a great spot to enjoy a panoramic view.
Norway is home to one of the oldest monachys in the world and the Royal Palace, right in the centre of the city is their official residence. Enjoy the beautiful palace park, especially in the summer, when the sun doesn’t set until after 11.00 pm.
No matter where you wander in Oslo, this modern city with a heroic past is full of character, flavour and adventure.

Rio de Janeiro Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
http://www.expedia.com/Rio-de-Janeiro.d178301.Destination-Travel-Guides
The early morning in Rio de Janeiro brings quiet, misty coastlines and pink-purple sunrises. The Brazilian locals are up and about soon enough, piling onto the beautiful beaches and expressing themselves through artwork, dance, and the ubiquitous Rio de Janeiro partying.
A Rio de Janeiro tour must stop at Christ the Redeemer, the ubiquitous statue that watches over the city from above the Tijuca National Forest. Take the cable car to the lookout point on Sugarloaf Mountain, the city’s iconic peak, and try not to look down – it’s a long way to drop!
After a morning spent in nature, your Rio de Janeiro sightseeing should continue in the city proper.
Join the sun worshippers at Copacabana, where you can stake out a patch of beach or float out to sea with the paddleboarders. Shop for souvenirs in Ipanema, or take part in the street dances, festivals, and parades that may spontaneously break out.

Copenhagen Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
Welcome to Copenhagen, Denmark! This stunning place is also called “The City of Spires,” and after arriving here, you’ll see why.
A tour of Copenhagen reveals cobblestone streets, beautiful canals, and many 16th and 17th-century buildings crowned by the aforementioned spires. Don’t let the archaic exterior of these buildings fool you; they house very modern restaurants, theaters, and shops, and you can easily spend days sampling seafood and coffees at the various eateries.
One of Copenhagen’s most beloved attractions is Tivoli Gardens, a theme park that dates back to 1843. Watch a pantomime, ride one of the oldest roller coasters, or just enjoy a trip in a dragon boat. After a few hours at Tivoli Gardens, continue your Copenhagen sightseeing in the city proper. Copenhagen is like something out of a fairy tale, full of multicolored houses and boats that tie up at Copenhagen’s wharves.
Next, rent a bike. With almost 250 miles of bicycle lanes, getting around two wheels is a healthy, athletic way to get to know the city. Ride your bike to Nyhavn, a waterfront district that dates back to the 17th century. This is the spot to make friends at the local pubs, or to simply sit and watch the boats go back and forth over the waters of the Oresund. Nyhavn is also home to “The Little Mermaid,” a statue fashioned after the titular character in the Hans Christian Andersen tale. Make sure you bring your camera, as the mermaid is a popular place for a photo op.

Buenos Aires Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
http://www.expedia.com/Buenos-Aires.d178242.Destination-Travel-Guides
Named for good sailing winds, Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina, and home to nearly a quarter of the country’s two million residents. Come for the stunning European architecture, and stay for delicious cuts of meat, the city’s zest for soccer, and, of course, the tango.
“The Paris of South America” boasts outstanding shopping and a friendly populace. A tour of Buenos Aires should cut through La Boca Harbor, where you’ll find numerous street vendors, restaurants, and street dancers willing to give you a spin. Wander down the streets to take in colorful artwork, and make a game out of asking the locals what neighborhood you should tour next. Here’s a hint: with so much to see, everyone will give you a different answer!
Some will tell you to visit San Telmo for souvenirs, patio shopping, and crumbling historical buildings. Others will suggest Puerto Madero, a refurbished shipping port that boasts a mixture of old-world glamour and modern buildings. What everyone will suggest, however, is a stop by Plaza de Mayo. There you can take in the rosy architecture of the Casa Rosada, which was made famous by Argentine First Lady Eva Peron and the musical about her life, “Evita.” Take a tour and learn about her life, from her humble beginnings to her rise to power.
Cap off your Buenos Aires sightseeing with an evening walk through Puerto Madero, where you can get a late dinner and dance until the next day arrives.

Washington D.C. Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
http://www.expedia.com/Washington.d178318.Destination-Travel-Guides
Take in the many splendors of the nation’s capital when you arrive at Washington, D.C.
Your Washington, D.C. tour should start at the National Mall, where you’ll find monuments, memorials, and government buildings instead of tons of shopping. If you’d like to get around town easily but don’t want to rent a car, the Capital Bikeshare program will let you cruise around the city without wasting gas or getting stuck in traffic.
Check out the Watergate Hotel and Kennedy Center when you stop at Foggy Bottom, then move on to Georgetown, the oldest district in D.C. It’s filled with 18th-century buildings and, of course, the university itself. After a stop at the National Cathedral, make your way to the Smithsonian National Zoo, the perfect stop for the young and the young at heart.
If you’re feeling the need to channel your inner 007, go to the International Spy Museum, and learn about the covert operations and intelligence agencies that have shaped the world we live in. Of course, you can’t enjoy any Washington, D.C., tourism without admiring the White House, so make sure that’s on your list too.
