Edge of a Broken Heart

"Edge of a Broken Heart" is a song by American rock band Bon Jovi. It was one of the songs written during the making of the album, Slippery When Wet, but was not featured on the final version of the album. It appeared on the soundtrack to the 1987 film, Disorderlies. Because it was not released as a commercially available single, it did not chart on the Billboard Hot 100, but it did peak at #38 on the Hot 100 Airplay chart. The song was later included on the band's 100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong 2004 box set and was released as an iTunes single. The song was also released on the special double-CD edition of Cross Road.

Irène Major

Irène Major (born 22 October 1979) is a British-Cameroonian entertainment personality.

Personal life

Irène was born in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Growing up, she lived in various locations in Cameroon as part of a military family (her father was in the army).

Irene Major is married to Canadian-born oil and gas tycoon Sam Malin and they are parents to five children. They are currently based in the UK, although they previously were based in Paris. She holds the Scottish feudal courtesy title of Lady Hailes.

Career

In Cameroon, Irène was a regular feature of the catwalk (she was Miss Lions Cameroon 1995), an occasional radio presenter and had parts in various films. From Cameroon, she moved first to Paris, France and then to the United Kingdom.

Internationally, Irène has worked as a model and in film, TV shows, music videos and commercials, with roles credited and uncredited. She has appeared in Die Another Day, Ali G Indahouse, World of Our Own – Westlife, Black Betty by Tom Jones, as the presenter of Ess'mode par Irene Major, a guest judge on The One, and as an on-screen hostess on the V Graham Norton show. In 2015, she appeared in Million Pound Properties and Britain's Flashiest Families.

Alias (season 1)

The first season of Alias premiered September 30, 2001 on ABC and concluded May 12, 2002 and was released on DVD in region 1 on September 2, 2003. Guest stars in season one include Sir Roger Moore, Terry O'Quinn, Quentin Tarantino, and Gina Torres.

Apart from Truth Be Told, the episodes of Alias are often unconventionally structured in that the title credits are usually shown well into the plot, almost as an afterthought. Also, usually a plot finishes at mid-episode and a new plot begins, so that every episode finishes with a cliffhanger. The impression thus created is that an episode will conclude the previous one and plant the seeds of the next one.
