Overwatch’s Zenyatta - lore wise, a humble monk about to become a hero? Explore his lore and story, voicelines and interactions with fellow heroes and the world around him in this video!
Overwatch origins and lore wise, Zenyatta’s on an ongoing road to heal the wounds in society caused by the first Omnic Crisis. After experiencing his own spiritual awakening and becoming an omnic monk, he’s been no stranger to challenging the beliefs of others both as a member of the Shambali, and on his wanderings of the world. Known for his ability to help people overcome their personal struggles (Genji is one such example), Zenyatta’s influence and talents may be required now more than ever. With human-omnic co-existance being a tinderbox as a Second omnic crisis erupts, what part will Zenyatta have to play in the troubling times ahead?
What does Zenyatta believe, how does he feel about anti-Omnic prejudice, and how hes she react to the various Omnics and omniphobes in the Overwatch roster of characters? What movies may Zenyatta have watched (or not!), and who is his favourite actor? Do submarines swim?

Genji's had a tough life as of late. Being left for dead by your brother after a near-deadly row, then having to dismantle your family's empire and legacy as the price for your life being saved...he probably misses his fancy-free days as the youngest son of the Shimada clan!
His in-game voice lines and interactions show off a whole lot more to his character outside of his website biography, and that's what we're exploring in this video!
How are things between Genji and his brother, Hanzo, now? Who was responsible for saving his life, and perhaps some of the cyberisation process he's undergone? Who may have got the line "Green Cyborg Ninja Dude" into the game? Does a cyborg get any satisfaction from eating ramen?
We discover all these things and more!

Overwatch origins and lore wise, McCree’s currently roaming as a vigilante lawbringer, armed with nothing but his wits and his Peacekeeper revolver. Whether interrupting ramen shop robberies or foiling terrorist attacks on trains, the Overwatch world of the present day certainly could use his services. Will any threat be significant enough that he ceases his lone ranging to work together with a team again? We’ll have to wait and see!
What's the bad blood between McCree and Gabriel Reyes, now the Reaper, possibly all about? Would McCree happily kill Reaper if he saw him again? What films does McCree like or reference, and what '80s rock group might be he be a bit of a fan of? :)

What if we were to combine the renewable resource of bloodlust, with quick cheap red creatures that have an added benefit of being enchanted?
The first ability that comes to mind is Heroic. There are two Red one drops that are very impressive heros, Satyr Hoplite and Akroan Crusader. What I like the most about the two, is how they attack the game at different angles. Hoplite grows with the more spells you boost him with, while the Crusader tries to create a swarm of soldiers. This means our deck has ways around both sweeper and single target removal.
The second ability that has an added benefit to casting infectious bloodlust is Prowess. Currently, one of the best red one drops in the history of the game exists in standard, Monastery Swiftspear. With the release of Origins, we also have access to another powerhouse with prowess, the Abbot of Keral Keep. What makes Abbot more interesting is that it is most of the time going to cast you a spell off of the top of your library. Everything in our deck is going to be 2 mana or less, with the majority of the spells being only 1 mana. With infectious bloodlust off of the top, a late game 4 mana Abbot becomes a 5/3 haste with the Prowess trigger. Can't afford the Abbot of Keral Keep? Mage-Ring Bully is a fine replacement as a 2/2 for 2 with prowess, although I do admit this a much weaker card than the abbot.
Rounding out our 20 creatures is Lightning Berserker. Although this slot as been switched up many times trying to find the best fit for our last creature slot, I found it more reliable than Firedrinker Satyr or Zurgo Bellstriker. The 1 red dash ability is not to be underestimated. A dashed berserker is often key to sneaking in that last bit of damage.

Overwatch
In modern warfare, overwatch is a force protection tactic: the state of one small unit or military vehicle supporting another unit, while they are executing fire and movement tactics. An overwatching, or supporting unit has taken a position where it can observe the terrain ahead, especially likely enemy positions. This allows it to provide effective covering fire for advancing friendly units. The term overwatch originates in U.S. military doctrine (derived from the common expression watch over).
An ideal overwatch position provides cover for the unit, and unobstructed lines of fire. It may be on a height of ground or at the top of a ridge, where a vehicle may be able to adopt a hull-down position. If the overwatching unit is in a position to fire over advancing friendly units, great care must be taken not to let fire fall short. The friendly units should be within tracer burnout (the range at which tracer rounds are visible).

Being left for dead by your brother after a near-deadly row, then having to dismantle your family's empire and legacy as the price for your life being saved...he probably misses his fancy-free days as the youngest son of the Shimada clan! His in-game voice lines and interactions show off a whole lot more to his character outside of his website biography, and that's what we're exploring in this video! How are things between Genji and his brother, Hanzo, now? Who was responsible for saving his life, and perhaps some of the cyberisation process he's undergone? The first ability that comes to mind is Heroic. There are two Red one drops that are very impressive heros, Satyr Hoplite and Akroan Crusader. What I like the most about the two, is how they attack the game at different angles. Hoplite grows with the more spells you boost him with, while the Crusader tries to create a swarm of soldiers. This means our deck has ways around both sweeper and single target removal. The second ability that has an added benefit to casting infectious bloodlust is Prowess. Currently, one of the best red one drops in the history of the game exists in standard, Monastery Swiftspear. With the release of Origins, we also have access to another powerhouse with prowess, the Abbot of Keral Keep. What makes Abbot more interesting is that it is most of the time going to cast you a spell off of the top of your library. Everything in our deck is going to be 2 mana or less, with the majority of the spells being only 1 mana. With infectious bloodlust off of the top, a late game 4 mana Abbot becomes a 5/3 haste with the Prowess trigger. Can't afford the Abbot of Keral Keep? Mage-Ring Bully is a fine replacement as a 2/2 for 2 with prowess, although I do admit this a much weaker card than the abbot. Rounding out our 20 creatures is Lightning Berserker. Although this slot as been switched up many times trying to find the best fit for our last creature slot, I found it more reliable than Firedrinker Satyr or Zurgo Bellstriker. The 1 red dash ability is not to be underestimated. A dashed berserker is often key to sneaking in that last bit of damage. Genji's had a tough life as of late. Being left for dead by your brother after a near-deadly row, then having to dismantle your family's empire and legacy as the price for your life being saved...he probably misses his fancy-free days as the youngest son of the Shimada clan!
His in-game voice lines and interactions show off a whole lot more to his character outside of his website biography, and that's what we're exploring in this video!
How are things between Genji and his brother, Hanzo, now? Who was responsible for saving his life, and perhaps some of the cyberisation process he's undergone? Who may have got the line "Green Cyborg Ninja Dude" into the game? Does a cyborg get any satisfaction from eating ramen?
We discover all these things and more!

Overwatch origins and lore wise, McCree’s currently roaming as a vigilante lawbringer, armed with nothing but his wits and his Peacekeeper revolver. Whether interrupting ramen shop robberies or foiling terrorist attacks on trains, the Overwatch world of the present day certainly could use his services. Will any threat be significant enough that he ceases his lone ranging to work together with a team again? We’ll have to wait and see!
What's the bad blood between McCree and Gabriel Reyes, now the Reaper, possibly all about? Would McCree happily kill Reaper if he saw him again? What films does McCree like or reference, and what '80s rock group might be he be a bit of a fan of? :)

Was it Reyes and Blackwatch who caused the shocking incidents that were reported to be Overwatch's responsibility, or was this a smoke screen or some kind of framing? Will Overwatch ever become "legal" again, and what of the other heroic figures we've seen, like D.va, Lucio and Zarya? Might they come together in a new international peacekeeping force somehow with our existing heroes?

What if we were to combine the renewable resource of bloodlust, with quick cheap red creatures that have an added benefit of being enchanted?
The first ability that comes to mind is Heroic. There are two Red one drops that are very impressive heros, Satyr Hoplite and Akroan Crusader. What I like the most about the two, is how they attack the game at different angles. Hoplite grows with the more spells you boost him with, while the Crusader tries to create a swarm of soldiers. This means our deck has ways around both sweeper and single target removal.
The second ability that has an added benefit to casting infectious bloodlust is Prowess. Currently, one of the best red one drops in the history of the game exists in standard, Monastery Swiftspear. With the release of Origins, we also have access to another powerhouse with prowess, the Abbot of Keral Keep. What makes Abbot more interesting is that it is most of the time going to cast you a spell off of the top of your library. Everything in our deck is going to be 2 mana or less, with the majority of the spells being only 1 mana. With infectious bloodlust off of the top, a late game 4 mana Abbot becomes a 5/3 haste with the Prowess trigger. Can't afford the Abbot of Keral Keep? Mage-Ring Bully is a fine replacement as a 2/2 for 2 with prowess, although I do admit this a much weaker card than the abbot.
Rounding out our 20 creatures is Lightning Berserker. Although this slot as been switched up many times trying to find the best fit for our last creature slot, I found it more reliable than Firedrinker Satyr or Zurgo Bellstriker. The 1 red dash ability is not to be underestimated. A dashed berserker is often key to sneaking in that last bit of damage.

Overwatch origins and lore wise, Mercy has always stood up for what she believes in. Previously a key figure in Overwatch, where she made many medical breakthroughs and scientific advances until the organisation’s downfall, Dr Angela Ziegler is currently helping people in war and crisis zones around the world. As a Second Omnic Crisis appears to take hold over the planet, will Mercy pilot her Valkyrie swift-response Suit to aid vigilante ex-Overwatch operatives?
How does Mercy feel about Ana's use of her biotic technology, which was made into a weapon, just like she feared? How does she approach Genji, assist with Winston's Genetic Therapy, and confront her ex-Overwatch colleagues and friends, and the rest of Overwatch roster of characters in voice lines and interactions? What do all Angela's german lines mean, anyway?

Overwatch’s Zenyatta - lore wise, a humble monk about to become a hero? Explore his lore and story, voicelines and interactions with fellow heroes and the world around him in this video!
Overwatch origins and lore wise, Zenyatta’s on an ongoing road to heal the wounds in society caused by the first Omnic Crisis. After experiencing his own spiritual awakening and becoming an omnic monk, he’s been no stranger to challenging the beliefs of others both as a member of the Shambali, and on his wanderings of the world. Known for his ability to help people overcome their personal struggles (Genji is one such example), Zenyatta’s influence and talents may be required now more than ever. With human-omnic co-existance being a tinderbox as a Second omnic crisis erupts, what part will Zenyatta have to play in the troubling times ahead?
What does Zenyatta believe, how does he feel about anti-Omnic prejudice, and how hes she react to the various Omnics and omniphobes in the Overwatch roster of characters? What movies may Zenyatta have watched (or not!), and who is his favourite actor? Do submarines swim?

Genji's had a tough life as of late. Being left for dead by your brother after a near-deadly row, then having to dismantle your family's empire and legacy as the price for your life being saved...he probably misses his fancy-free days as the youngest son of the Shimada clan!
His in-game voice lines and interactions show off a whole lot more to his character outside of his website biography, and that's what we're exploring in this video!
How are things between Genji and his brother, Hanzo, now? Who was responsible for saving his life, and perhaps some of the cyberisation process he's undergone? Who may have got the line "Green Cyborg Ninja Dude" into the game? Does a cyborg get any satisfaction from eating ramen?

What if we were to combine the renewable resource of bloodlust, with quick cheap red creatures that have an added benefit of being enchanted?
The first ability that comes to mind is Heroic. There are two Red one drops that are very impressive heros, Satyr Hoplite and Akroan Crusader. What I like the most about the two, is how they attack the game at different angles. Hoplite grows with the more spells you boost him with, while the Crusader tries to create a swarm of soldiers. This means our deck has ways around both sweeper and single target removal.
The second ability that has an added benefit to casting infectious bloodlust is Prowess. Currently, one of the best red one drops in the history of the game exists in standard, Monastery Swiftspear. With the release of Origins, we also have access to another powerhouse with prowess, the Abbot of Keral Keep. What makes Abbot more interesting is that it is most of the time going to cast you a spell off of the top of your library. Everything in our deck is going to be 2 mana or less, with the majority of the spells being only 1 mana. With infectious bloodlust off of the top, a late game 4 mana Abbot becomes a 5/3 haste with the Prowess trigger. Can't afford the Abbot of Keral Keep? Mage-Ring Bully is a fine replacement as a 2/2 for 2 with prowess, although I do admit this a much weaker card than the abbot.

Although this slot as been switched up many times trying to find the best fit for our last creature slot, I found it more reliable than Firedrinker Satyr or Zurgo Bellstriker. What if we were to combine the renewable resource of bloodlust, with quick cheap red creatures that have an added benefit of being enchanted?
The first ability that comes to mind is Heroic. There are two Red one drops that are very impressive heros, Satyr Hoplite and Akroan Crusader. What I like the most about the two, is how they attack the game at different angles. Hoplite grows with the more spells you boost him with, while the Crusader tries to create a swarm of soldiers. This means our deck has ways around both sweeper and single target removal.
