COMPLEX PTSD - Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Today I finally talk about something you have all been asking for! Complex PTSD. What is it and what do we do if we have it?
Now complex PTSD isn't something that is in the DSM. The Veteran's Administration and the center for PTSD lobbied to get this diagnosis put into the DMS 5 but the APA did not agree, and so we only have PTSD (mild, moderate, & severe) to work with. That doesn't meant that we

Wartorn 1861 -- 2010 is a documentary by HBO about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. While being an HBO production the documentary is bound to be full of shit, it does in many ways prove what I have been the first to say out loud. What "experts" classify as PTSD is really conscience catching up with monsters who preyed upon the weak. It's the remorse reminding the filth who murdered, raped and pilla

This new track is for those who suffer from Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and was created for the 9/11 anniversary and for those who have been greatly affected from wars such as in the middle east.
Using binaural beat frequencies that go from 0.20Hz up to 10Hz, this frequency collective is categorized for the use of Post-Traumatics in Auriculotherapy. Auriculotherapy is a health care procedure in which stimulation of the auricle of the external ear is utilized to alleviate health conditions in other parts of the body.
PTSD may develop after a person is exposed to one or more traumatic events, such as sexual assault, warfare, serious injury, or threats of imminent death. The diagnosis may be given when a group of symptoms, such as disturbing recurring flashbacks, avoidance or numbing of memories of the event, and hyperarousal, continue for more than a month after the occurrence of a traumatic event. If you know anyone that has these symptoms, please share this video.
The music track also has an isochronic tone of 2.5Hz, which is associated with pain relief and relaxation. A carrier frequency of 136.1Hz, which is associated with the Sun, has a calming meditative effect, whole being balancing and is also known as the "soul frequency".
For Isochronic Tones, you don't need headphones, unlike with binaural beats. Isochronics are ideal to listen to as a background audio companion while you sleep, relax, work, study, etc.

What are Binaurals? Binaural beats were originally discovered in 1839 by physicist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. He discovered when signals of two different frequencies are presented separately, one to each ear, your brain detects the phase variation between the frequencies and tries to reconcile that difference. In doing so, as the two frequencies mesh in and out of phase, your brain creates its own third signal — called a binaural beat — which is equal to the difference between those two frequencies.
For example, if a frequency of 100 Hz is presented to your left ear, and a frequency of 105 Hz is presented to your right ear, your brain "hears" a third frequency pulsing at 5 Hz, the exact difference between the two frequencies.
Research has proven that introducing a binaural beat will cause the brain to begin resonating in tune with that beat. By creating a binaural beat at 10 Hz — an Alpha frequency — you can trigger your brain to resonate at that same 10 Hz frequency, automatically inducing brain activity in the Alpha range. This same technique can be used to quickly and easily guide your mind into any state.
Be sure to wear headphones for a more intense binaural experience, relax and set your intention. Please do not listen to binaural beats while doing heavy physical work or driving & PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE BELOW IN THE COMMENTS SECTION

That doesn't meant that we cannot better understand the depths of PTSD and what repeated trauma can do to a person and their life.
When someone is repeatedly traumatized (ie. in war, abused for long periods of time, etc) it can make relationships afterward very difficult. They state that those who suffer from complex PTSD have more issues with:
1. emotion regulation
2.forgetting traumatic events completely
3. self-perception (feel very ashamed and guilty for struggling with this and not feeling "okay" like everyone else).
4. Distorted perceptions of their perpetrators
5. Relations with others (they may isolate or struggle to trust people)
6. Their own sense of meaning (may feel hopeless and struggle to have faith).
The treatment is pretty much the same as it is for PTSD, however there is an intense focus on interpersonal difficulties. They focus on this because those with repeated trauma have more trouble trusting, not lashing out, feeling safe, and managing their feelings of shame and guilt. By focusing on these things, we can hopefully help those with Complex PTSD better understand their situation and manage their relationships.
I hope this not only helps those of use struggling with this, but also raise awareness for the seriousness of it so it can be taught and better managed by professionals.

wn.com/Complex Ptsd Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Today I finally talk about something you have all been asking for! Complex PTSD. What is it and what do we do if we have it?
Now complex PTSD isn't something that is in the DSM. The Veteran's Administration and the center for PTSD lobbied to get this diagnosis put into the DMS 5 but the APA did not agree, and so we only have PTSD (mild, moderate, & severe) to work with.

It's the remorse reminding the filth who murdered, raped and pillaged the innocents that they may have gotten away with it legally, but there are beyond Earthly powers that saw what they did and will hold them accountable.
I have always been very vocal about how nothing speaks "divine justice" quite as loudly as a ZOG mercenary committing suicide. I have always cheered when one of the filth eventually went ahead with it and I've always been clear about knowing the real reason why they did it -- the images of children they had raped, of the elderly they had executed in cold blood while laughing in their faces, of terrified families helplessly at the mercy of the murderers who made it fun and games to kill them in such a way so as to cause maximum suffering -- all these images came back to haunt them.
Judging by whom these "psychologists" treat for PTSD, if the USA was Mexico, they would be treating drug cartel sicarios. They would be treating them and making movies about how hard it is for them to get back to society after hard life of torturing random people and cutting their heads off at will. Cause victims don't need a movie. They don't need a fancy label for conditions they'd suffered. Who cares about victims and their lives that were ruined by the assassins when it's the assassins who get all the spotlight and pampering?
Likewise, imagine the theoretical scenario that plane hijackers fly lanes into two skyscrapers, killing 3,000 people but they themselves parachuted off to safety. If it was up to the psychologists oh so vocal about veterans suffering PTSD, they would never once mention any of the 3,000 victims and would only pamper the poor hijackers for whom the experience of causing a mass massacre must have scarred for life and now they suffer these horrible nightmares and have difficulties finding their place in the society... I mean! How fucking absurd, yet this is precisely what is happening.
Pampered War Criminals
Ultimately, because the documentary only features interviews with ZOG mercenaries, it only offers a glimpse of what it's like for the war criminals to return from spreading suffering, fear and death. The documentary in no way touches the terror their victims who were attacked by these sub human monsters must have experienced. Like I said in the Guest Post about PTSD -- must be terribly awful for a child rapist and murderer to return home and not be able to freely rape and murder any more children without repercussions. So we all need to give him extra attention and say things like "Thank you for your service" cause it really must suck to have to quit killing at will just like that and not be able to do it anymore.
General Raymond Odierno, commander of the US terror forces in Iraq interviewed later in the documentary has got to be one of the biggest sacks of shit I've ever heard speaking. That abominable lowlife spoke of "what they go through in Iraq" -- pardon me you stupid fuck? What YOU go through in Iraq? You are the terror bringers. It's not about what you go through, it's about what the people you terrorize have to go through. They are the victims of your occupation and genocide. You brought it upon them and you keep it upon them. You go through nothing, though you deserve the worst.
Chris Scheuerman Sr., father of a mercenary bragged about how their whole family is a family of soldiers. Like being a family a murderers and terror spreaders is something to brag about or be proud of. He's a perfect example of a parent in denial, a parent who does not care one bit about the lives his son destroyed. All he cares about is his monster son himself. If his son was as selfish, then it's only right that he's fucking dead like he deserves to be. Pathetic piece of shit.
Piece of shit failed woman, mother of Nathan Damigo is so in denial about her abominable kid, it was puke worthy. She brought up a complete shit worm of a son. I wonder how many children he had raped, cause his eyes tell a story of endless suffering he had caused and pleasure he drew from it. He said:
I've seen humanity at its worst...
If you're able to read between the lines, it should be clear beyond all doubt to you that what he means by "humanity" are really the mercenaries, the terror spreaders, the child rapists, the mass murderers. He was one of them. He's seen the "humanity" at its worst, because he was part of it, part of doing the "worst".

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. World-renowned researcher Dr. Margot Taylor and her research team were asked by the Canadian Armed Forces to see if they could develop a method to diagnose Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. In this important talk, Dr. Taylor shares her experience in undertaking this groundbreaking discovery while sharing some key insights around the importance of asking difficult questions to challenge our current ways of thinking.
Dr. Margot Taylor is the Director for Functional Neuroimaging and Diagnostic Imaging at The Hospital for Sick Children. Her research focus has always been on the brain, with an emphasis on brain function. Her current work investigates the neural bases of cognitive development and frontal lobe functions. Her research determines the temporal and spatial properties of the development of frontal lobe functions, such as working memory, inhibition and mental flexibility, and how these cognitive skills are impacted by neurodevelopmental or traumatic events.
About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Today I talk about how we can help those in our life who suffer from PTSD. I know that it can be really hard to cope with the varying mood and potential lashing out, so here are some ways to help heal the relationship and grow together in recovery.
1. Be patient and understanding: I know that this can be very hard, but taking time for ourselves and doing some self-care can give us a bit more patience and ability to care for the person in our life who is struggling with PTSD. Recovery from this can be very hard, and working to understand their process with it, can help them feel better supported and cared for.
2. Try to be aware of their PTSD triggers: That way we can offer some extra support and even work to avoid them. Doing this can help them to keep moving forward and feel like they are struggling or having flashbacks as often.
3. Don't take the symptoms of PTSD personally: This is by far the most difficult!!! But number 2 can help us with this, because if we seek to understand, we can better know what's happening for them and express more clearly how we are feeling about it. I know it can be hard to not get angry, but by sharing how you feel and how hard it is, can actually help you both better understand the process and work together to heal.
4. Don't pressure your loved one into talking: Having PTSD can make conversations and talking about what we are going through really hard! So simply checking in, letting them know you are there, and that you care can really help.
Please share this video if you think it could help even one person who is personally affected by PTSD, because together we raise awareness and break through the stigma associated with mental health. xox

Overcoming PTSD subliminal meditation with healing Isochronic Tones. Dealing with past traumatic experiences can be very discouraging journey, especially if you do it by yourself without a special PTSD treatment.
I created this subliminal meditation to help you cope successfully with your PTSD by letting go the of the past and release it from your heart and mind, forgiving yourself and others and be in the now. Moving forward is possible, always remember that. One day at a time.
The Isochronic Tones of this subliminal recordings are both Solfeggio frequencies: 528 hz and 396hz with 7.83 hz alpha waves (Schumann Resonance) and 4 hz. theta waves.
528 hz is associated with DNA repair, transformation and miracles.
396 hz is related to liberating guilt and fear.
The subliminal positive affirmations of this session:
I am ready and motivated to create positive changes in my life
I am ok just as I am.
I am positive, strong and determined
I am a survivor
I deserve to get well and be happy
I take care of my healing journey; it’s ok to put myself first
I am moving towards the right direction one day at a time
I am at peace with my past
I joyfully release the past and choose to live in the now
I am at peace with myself and am ready to move forward
I am willing to let go of the past and move forward with my head up
Forgiving others makes me feel amazingly free.
I now liberate my past from my mind, heart and soul. I am free.
Every day, in every way, I completely let go of the past and allow myself to move upward
Forgiving others liberates my soul and enables me to live happily
I feel happy, content and at ease
I feel deeply satisfied with my life
