Shoulder injuries can lead to a bad swimming technique or even to stop swimming all together. This could be very frustrating. However, this is treatable and preventable. Every exercise I’ll show can be done with some sort of an elastic band, with very light dumbbells, even a water bottle or without any resistance at all.
For each exercise do 10 to 15 slow repetitions. Remember that they not meant to overexert the muscles, their purpose is to create balance in the shoulder muscles and the surrounding area.

So the point of this channel is to spread the intrinsic joy that all humans share when we learn something new, doesn't matter how insignificant it might appear. I believe improvement makes us feel more alive and thus, if done right, make a better world.

Knowing how to swim smooth freestyle is essential for lap swimmers, triathletes, open water swimmers, waterpolo players, crossfit athletes and basically anyone wanting to swim as a workout.
The first thing to note is the position of the body. The more horizontal your body is, the easier it will be to swim though the water without a lot of resistance. The main issue people have is that their legs sink. To compensate they start kicking faster, then they get tired and their legs sink.
The next thing to master is to reduce excess drag. Advanced swimmers actually use very little energy to go forward while swimming smooth freestyle. This is because they have reduced the drag of their bodies as much as possible. One big part of it is the legs. Try to avoid bending your knees too much. For smooth freestyle doing a few narrow kicks, maybe one or two per stroke, should be enough to keep your legs a float. Finally point your ankles in plantar flexion, this will reduce your drag a substantial amount and will help you swim smoothly.
If you want to take your smooth freestyle to the next level, work on your core. It will give you stabilization for a better horizontal position. Work also one your flexibility. This will give you a better range of motion and reduce drag.

Aggressive inline skating
Aggressive inline is a form of inline skating executed on specially designed inline skates with focus on grinding and spins. Participants refer to the activity as rollerblading, "blading," "skating," or "rolling."
Aggressive skating can take place on found street obstacles or at skateparks. Street skating primarily consists of performing grinds on ledges and rails, as well as jumping tall heights known as "gaps." Park skating recreates these obstacles with the additions of bowls and ramps on which "vert" skating can be performed.
Since 1994, the sport has been chronicled in various skating films and "edits."

Dark matter
Dark matter is a hypothetical substance that is believed by most astronomers to account for around five-sixths of the matter in the universe. Although it has not been directly observed, its existence and properties are inferred from its various gravitational effects: on the motions of visible matter; via gravitational lensing; its influence on the universe's large-scale structure, and its effects in the cosmic microwave background. Road to ...
Road to ... refers to a series of seven comedy films starring Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, and Dorothy Lamour. They are also often referred to as the "Road" pictures or the "Road" series. The movies were a combination of adventure, comedy, romance, and music. The minimal plot often took a back seat to gags, many of them supposedly ad-libbed by Crosby and Hope during filming.
Films in the series
Each film is not simply a comedic film, but a satire of some of the popular film genres of the day, including jungle, Arabian nights, Alaskan adventure, and high seas. The final film not only comes much later, but involves a newer genre; Hong Kong spoofs the spy films of the sixties.
In 1977, an eighth Road to ... movie was planned, titled Road to the Fountain of Youth; however, Crosby died that year of a heart attack.
In 1947, Astor Pictures released a compilation film of several of Crosby's Educational Pictures short subjects called The Road to Hollywood to evoke the series.

Shoulder injuries can lead to a bad swimming technique or even to stop swimming all together. This could be very frustrating. However, this is treatable and preventable. Every exercise I’ll show can be done with some sort of an elastic band, with very light dumbbells, even a water bottle or without any resistance at all. For each exercise do 10 to 15 slow repetitions. Knowing how to swim smooth freestyle is essential for lap swimmers, triathletes, open water swimmers, waterpolo players, crossfit athletes and basically anyone wanting to swim as a workout. The first thing to note is the position of the body. The more horizontal your body is, the easier it will be to swim though the water without a lot of resistance. The main issue people have is that their legs sink. To compensate they start kicking faster, then they get tired and their legs sink. The next thing to master is to reduce excess drag. Advanced swimmers actually use very little energy to go forward while swimming smooth freestyle. This is because they have reduced the drag of their bodies as much as possible. One big part of it is the legs. Try to avoid bending your knees too much. For smooth freestyle doing a few narrow kicks, maybe one or two per stroke, should be enough to keep your legs a float. Finally point your ankles in plantar flexion, this will reduce your drag a substantial amount and will help you swim smoothly. If you want to take your smooth freestyle to the next level, work on your core. It will give you stabilization for a better horizontal position. Work also one your flexibility. Shoulder injuries can lead to a bad swimming technique or even to stop swimming all together. This could be very frustrating. However, this is treatable and preventable. Every exercise I’ll show can be done with some sort of an elastic band, with very light dumbbells, even a water bottle or without any resistance at all.
For each exercise do 10 to 15 slow repetitions. Remember that they not meant to overexert the muscles, their purpose is to create balance in the shoulder muscles and the surrounding area.
1- External rotation
2- Butterflies a,b,c
3- Driving
4- Rowing
5- External rotation 2
6- Front pull

Knowing how to swim smooth freestyle is essential for lap swimmers, triathletes, open water swimmers, waterpolo players, crossfit athletes and basically anyone wanting to swim as a workout.
The first thing to note is the position of the body. The more horizontal your body is, the easier it will be to swim though the water without a lot of resistance. The main issue people have is that their legs sink. To compensate they start kicking faster, then they get tired and their legs sink.
The next thing to master is to reduce excess drag. Advanced swimmers actually use very little energy to go forward while swimming smooth freestyle. This is because they have reduced the drag of their bodies as much as possible. One big part of it is the legs. Try to avoid bending your knees too much. For smooth freestyle doing a few narrow kicks, maybe one or two per stroke, should be enough to keep your legs a float. Finally point your ankles in plantar flexion, this will reduce your drag a substantial amount and will help you swim smoothly.
If you want to take your smooth freestyle to the next level, work on your core. It will give you stabilization for a better horizontal position. Work also one your flexibility. This will give you a better range of motion and reduce drag.

Einer der wichtigsten Grundlagen des "Aggressive Inline" ist sich frei im Skatepoark bewegen zu können und genau das lernen wir hier in diesem Video-Tutorial.
Zuerst werde ich euch einen kleinen Überblick über die gängigsten Skateobjekte in einem Skatepark geben und danach werden wir uns gemeinsam anschauen, wie wir uns mit all diesen Objekten vertraut machen, damit wir uns diese Objekte sicher zu nutzen machen können.
