The adventures that come with filming our youtube videos never stop. We were determined to get at least 3 more fitness & yoga videos shot so we went on these crazy adventures to find the perfect spots. Our favourite part about filming our own fitness & yoga videos, and creating the rest of our youtube channel are the adventures we share that come along with it. This is our second adventure vlog video where we want to capture a little of the behind the scenes and day to day work that goes into what we love to do. Every video on The Cexercize Trinity Channel is created by myself and my fiancé Mark- I'm in the videos and he shoots and edits what you see. This whole thing was dreamed up after we bought our first camera and started learning from scratch in the summer of 2014... and then we decided to start traveling. #Wanderlust. ♥ In May we went to Samara, Costa Rica to shoot some more content, disconnect from our usually overwhelming concrete city of Toronto Canada, and reconnect to the planet while being with each other. We met some great people, ate tons of healthy & amazing vegan food, and played with lots of dogs. And horses. And pigs. And Monkeys. ♥ It's really exciting because some of you have been asking about tips on how to shoot your own fitness & yoga videos and this will show you that you just have to get out there and do it, just like we do. Soak TVP in hot water (2-3 min) 2. fry TVP in olive oil with onion 3. add crumbled tofu 4. dice tomatoes and add in with mixture 5. add cayenne and cumin Side vegan Guacamole: 1. mash avocado 2. add splash of almond milk & lime 3. mix well Great things to add to tacos: Refried beans Vegan cheese (Great brands are Daiya, Yves) diced tomatoes and lettuce Voila!
