We wish to beg every Abkhaz person to forgive us.
Sorry for not having hindered the war.
Forgive us for not having been able to avoid the disaster that happened.
We can understand that a war has its causes and both parties had provocateurs and encourager, who was supplying the rival brothers with weapons to make them kill each other.
Somebody has more faults; the other has less; however everybody is guilty in the war.
The war innately means the defeat ....
We wish to announce this appeal publicly:
Sorry
Let us not divide the people as "ours" and "theirs"; "enemies" or "fraternal people"; "Georgians" and "Abkhazians". We are not enemies. We have nothing to war about. We wish to apology to every Abkhaz person because of Georgians launched the war. Georgian authority never expressed the will of Georgian population.
We are sorry about those people who were called Georgians but were shooting. We are sorry about each bullet that was shot, for every word that caused the war.
We believe that the sense of past malevolence should not separate the nations, just the opposite it should bring us together.
Today, we are launching the Campaign "Sorry" and we want to make everyone think about the reasons and results of the war. Let us think about the present day; let us seek the ways towards each other's hearts. We start our campaign with apology and we wish to show to everyone that it is much easier to achieve results with tender heart than through war and violence. Gun blazing can never be approved.
We want to show to everyone how precious Abkhazian culture, Abkhazian people, Abkhazian language...are.
We want to hold out our hands.
We are applying to every Abkhaz.
We know in advance that this appeal will cause the protest from many parties. We know that, unfortunately, Abkhazian and Georgian people's friendship has many enemies. However, we can find the ways to each other's hearts; we can restore the broken bridge between our nations.
Authorities are changing continually; however, Abkhazian and Georgian people never fade away. Our children must live in peace.
Sorry for not having got in touch with you for so long time; for not having announced these words publicly until now.
Sorry for not having been able to resist the disaster that happened.
Sorry for not having done more for you, though we could.
We are praying for you.
We are praying for Abkhazian and Georgian people.
We are praying for peace.
We are praying for reconciliation.

Hello to everyone. My name is Tengiz, I created the project ‘Highland Abkhazia’. In four years of the project my team organized 32 expeditions, passed 750 km of mountain-hiking trails and spent a total of 160 days in the expeditions.
With a group of like-minded adventurers, we are launching a new Russian-Abkhaz project, unique to the entire Caucasus – ‘Highland Abkhazia. Seasons’.
Our main goal is to spread word about the unique beauty of mountains of Abkhazia and awaken the desire of the people of our country and the world to explore this beauty themselves. We hope that by discovering the magnificent world of the mountains of Abkhazia, people will feel more responsibility for this natural beauty and will wish to preserve it.
The mountains of Abkhazia is an unique world, untouched by civilization, that exists almost in a parallel reality in its glorious purity and nobility. Breathtaking mountain landscapes, deciduous and coniferous forests, alpine meadows, crystal-clear rivers, waterfalls and pristine lakes: and all of this dreamlike beauty is very close to us.
Today there are very few Abkhazian mountain-trails popular among tourists. For the majority of visitors the Mountains of Abkhazia remain a mysterious land. We want to revive the tourist mountain trails and routes popular in the Soviet period and open new and unexplored ones as well. We will introduce people to the traditions and rules of a proper behavior in the mountains. After all, the culture and traditions of Abkhaz people were largely influenced and shaped by the unique nature of the mountains of Abkhazia.
As a part of this project, out team will organize hiking, horseback riding and road expedition to almost all mountainous areas of Abkhazia throughout winter, spring, summer and autumn of 2015. We will visit stunning and breathtaking places such as the Track of Agoura, Grybza Valley, the Arabika Mountain Range and the Lake Adyuada.
I would especially draw attention to the uniqueness of the five winter expeditions, each of which will last 10 days. Our team will be delivered by helicopter to the most remote mountainous areas of Abkhazia, where the snow depths can be more than 8 meters.
You can follow our adventures in real time through our online broadcasting sessions and frequent photo reports of places visited. You will be the first ones to see the winter landscape and scenery of the mountains of Abkhazia.
We will create an unique photo and video collection and database of all the significant natural wonders of mountainous Abkhazia. All of the photos will have a detailed description of the trails and routes and we will plot all of the routes on the navigation maps. Moreover, we will prepare a series of television programs, video diaries and create a film about the project.
Become a friend of our project, follow our expeditions and enjoy the incredible beauty of the Mountains of Abkhazia! Discover this world with us!

Planning on joining in the excitement of the Sochi Olympics? Why stop there? Did you know that there is an exquisite little country located just ten kilometers from Sochi? It's Abkhazia, a small republic that recently gained its independence in 1991. Located on Russia's southern border their flag, decorated with a red cannon from the medieval kingdom supports a hand that wards off enemies as well as greeting visitors. The seven stars, a sacred number, represent the seven historical regions while the green and white stripes, again seven, are a reminder of the Abkhaz people and the tolerance of religions.

Farewell was said today in Sukhum to People's Artist of Abkhazia Villi Chakmach-ipa.
The farewell-ceremony was held in Abkhazia's State Assembly Hall of Song and Dance, where Villi Chakmach-ipa worked for nearly 20 years.
Hundreds of admirers of his talent, the leaders of the state, as well as the public came to attend the valedictory tribute to the artist.
"Villi Chakmach-ipa received a classical music education but devoted himself to the promotion of Abkhazian folk songs. He made an enormous contribution to the culture of his people," said Minister of Culture, Badr Gunba, at the memorial service.
Villi Chakmach-ipa, along with his colleagues, travelled to more than 30 countries for his work. He was the irreplaceable leader of the folk-ensemble "Chegem". With his powerful voice, he could perform 'a capella' national songs for half an hour and not depart from not the basic tone, leading the whole choir behind him.
In the repertoire of Villi Chakmach-ipa were works of Abkhazian, Russian and Western composers, as well as his own compositions.
"A man lives for as long as he is remembered. But he is remembered and will be remembered by many people, not only by his peers, but also by the younger generation, lovers of folk singing, because he lived the life of the people. The sound of his voice was moving, awakening in one's heart feelings of good and justice," noted the speakers at the memorial service.
Folk-artist Villi Chakmach-ipa was laid to rest in Sukhum.
People's Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia. Villi Chakmach-ipa was born on May 3, 1947. In 1972 he graduated from the vocal department of the Sukhum State Musical College. In the same year, he entered the Tbilisi State Conservatory named after B. Sarajishvili.
In 1977 he began working as a soloist at the State Honored Ensemble of Song and Dance soloist in Abkhazia and at the Abkhazian State Philharmonic named after RD Gumba.
During his time in the State Ensemble he traveled more than 30 countries. In 1986 he was awarded the title "Honored Artist of the ASSR."
In 2007, Villi Chakmach-ipa was awarded the title "People's Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia".
In 2000, Chakmach-ipa created the Chegem male folk choir and directed it until his death. The ensemble's repertoire encompassed works by Abkhaz, Russian and West European composers, as well as his own compositions.

Anthropological History of Abkhazians
Abkhazians are the most explored group in anthropological point of view within in Caucasus populations. There are studies in their somatology (Bunak,1946; Djanberidze, 1956; 1963; Abdushelishvili, 1964; Voronov et. al, 1987; Kvicinia, 2007; Bitadze, 2007; Bitadze et. al, 2008), craniology (Bogdanov, 1879; Abdushelishvili, 1955; 1964; Aleksejev, 1974), blood genetic markers (Voronov, 1985; Robert E. Ferrell et. al, 1985; Voronov and et. al, 1987), dermatogliphics (Ladaria, 1975, Heet, 1980; Heet, Aslanishvili, 1986), odontology (Kochiev, 1971; Kashibadze, 1988; 2006, Aksjanova, 1987), physical status (Kvicinia, 1982; Miklashevskaia et. al, 1982; Miklashevskaia, 1987).
Abkhazians talk Abkhazian-Adigian language of Iberian-Caucasian languages and the coexistence; close cultural, political and economic relations connected them with Georgia and Georgians.
According to G. Djanberidze, anthropological data show, that Abkhazians were connected with Georgian group more, than with the Adigians and considered Abkhazians as one of the Georgian groups moved to Adigian language.
According to Aleksejev "joining of Abkhazians to the family of Adirian language occurred, apparently, comparatively late and didn't have much influence on their ethnic history"
Georgian anthropologists (Abdushelishvili, 1955; Abdushelishvili, 1964; Djanberidze, 1956; 1963) consider Abkhazians as the "Black sea" (BS) variation of "kolkhian" (KD) tape, though all of them have admitted that they have their specific characteristics.
The characteristics of KD are: narrow face, high frequency of blue eyes, fair hair, horizontal or upright tip of the nose, high nasal ridge, broad profile of the high nose, low nose height, thick lips and hairy breast, relatively high stature. Abkhazians are included in BS variation because of the combination of following sighs, that differ from "Adigian" (AR) and KD tape: horizontal or a little elevated tip of nose, narrow eyes,a high percentage of upper eyelid, a low frequency of dark eyes and high frequency of blue eyes, the straight profile of tip of the nose, the nose bone profile is weak, head diameter in length-middle sized or moore, the head index is low, face length relatively narrower, scanty beard, fair hair.
These two descriptions show clearly, that there are some similar signs between them, like a profile of nose, pigmentation of eyes and distribution of body hair.
M. Abdushelishvili, (1964) after definition of KD tape, he divided it into two variations: BS and "Western Georgian" (WG). The WG variation shows relatively high head index, comparatively long face length, large width of eye, large breadth of nose, eminent nose cartilage profile comparing to KD tape. These differences lead to their alikeness to other different tapes. BS variation of KD tape is more similar to AD tape and WG variation of "Iberian" (IB) tape.
Abkhazians don't show closer links by morphological and genetic distances to north Caucasian groups. The close links are shown mostly in Georgian groups (Adjarians, Samtredians Imerelians). This fact shouldn't be understood as the result of mixing Georgians and North Caucasians. As it was stated above, there existed common population before the development of ethnic groups.
To reconstruct the development of ethnic groups scientists use many sources: archeological, anthropological, ethnographic, linguistic, and historical.
By T. Mibchuani, modern Abkhazian family names may be divided into three groups. Among them there are 80% of Georgian origins, 12-13% of north Caucasian origin and the rest have Turkish, Persian, Russian origins.
The comparison of Abkhazian family names by G.Gasviani (Gasviani, 1998; Chapter I of the present work) and T. Mibchuani (1994) show that the range of family names are almost the same.
There are about 600 family names (588) and the majority of them are Georgian.
As G. Gamakharia and B.Gogia confirm say this is the result of coexistence of Abkhasians and Georgians. In the XVII-XVIII B.C. the part of Georgian family names became Abkhasians, some got common, most of them stay Georgian (Gamakharia, Gogia, 1997 p.612).
Considering all the given factual anthropological material we can conclude that Abkhazian anthropological appearance is similar to various Georgian ethnic groups.
It means that Abkhazians' origin is in close relation with Western Georgian groups to a different extent.
Archaic tribes, living on the territory of modern Abkhazia were ethnic Georgians. This is morphologically confirmed by dermatogliphic systems. We don't argue about the ethnic belongings of Abazgians and Abshilians, but if these tribes had been great in number and different anthropologically, then it would have been reflected on morphological appearance of Abkhazians. Anthropological tape of any ethnos develops from many elements. So, the archaic Western Georgian population wasn't morphologically distinct.

SUKHUM -- The Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Caucasian War is being Marked Today in Abkhazia. On the Promenade of the Exiles (Mukhadzhirs) in Sukhum there took place a ceremony with the laying of flowers and wreaths at the monument to the Muhajirs.
The ceremony was attended by: President Alexandr Ankvab, Vice President Mikhail Logua, Speaker of Parliament Valeri Bganba, Prime Minister Leonid Lakerbaia, Head of the Presidential Administration Beslan Kubrava, MPs, members of the government, descendants of the (Mukhadzhir) émigrés with their children who have returned to their ancestral homeland from Syria, and school-children.
"It is a special day not only for the Abkhazian people but for the whole Caucasus. God grant that it be the last day of tragedy that we have to mark," said the acting Chairman of the Committee for Repatriation, Akhmat Marshan. "Today the laying of flowers is attended by a large group of our brothers from Syria with their children who have returned to their homeland. And it is important that the children who have come should know what this place is."
Female repatriant from Syria, Khelia Marshan, said that also in Syria the descendants of Mukhadzhirs mark this day. "Our ancestors never forgot where they came from; they would tell us about our historical homeland, about what a beautiful country Abkhazia is, and what nature is like here," she said. Khelia Marshan stressed that there has always been a desire to return to Abkhazia and that it was not the war in Syria which was the cause of their return. "That has long since been in our plans. And thanks to the leadership of the country and the people of Abkhazia who have received us so cordially,"- she said.
"The tragedy of the 150-year-old Exile (makhadzhirstvo) caused huge demographic damage to all the peoples of the Caucasus. In Abkhazia, due to the already small numbers of the Abkhazian people, it was doubly so,"- said member of Parliament, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International, Inter-parliamentary Relations and Relations with Compatriots, Dmitri Gunba. "Laying flowers at the monument to Mukhadzirs, we thus maintain the continuity of the generations and educate our young people, endowing them with the knowledge and memory of the tragedy."
In the XIX century, as a result of the Russo-Caucasian War, thousands of Abkhazians exiled from their historical homeland and found refuge in Turkey and various countries in the Middle East. The descendants of the Abkhazian Muhajirs live in 50 countries. The largest Abkhazian diaspora is in Turkey.

Ancient Georgian Langugae Lack of Sea Term
Ancient Georgian was terrestrial language withouth terms about sea.
Also in pesent georgian the word means sea "dzghwa" has abkhazian origin(means:calm water, lake). This word hasn't etymologic explanation in georgian.Indeed the people have no sea term in their language is stranger to seaside Kingdom of Colchis.
M.Senkovsky tell in "Doubts About Geogian History" that Georgians appeared after 12th century A.C they aren't mentioned before.Jankovsky share same ideas and some other scientists like D'Husson and Baer supported this.

Half-Abkhaz, Half-Georgian -- One Woman Fights To Preserve Ethnic Heritage
Lela Avidzba reads the poem "The Knight In The Panther's Skin" by Shota Rustaveli (in the original Georgian, Russian, and Abkhaz).

Lela Avidzba reads the poem "The Knight In The Panther's Skin" by Shota Rustaveli (in the original Georgian, Russian, and Abkhaz).
TBILISI -- Lela Avidzba is a rarity -- an Abkhaz who is fluent in the Abkhaz language.
According to most estimates, up to one-third of Abkhaz cannot speak their language, even on a basic level. Even fewer can read or write it. The dominant language in Abkhazia -- which broke from Georgian rule after a bitter war in the early 1990s, and saw its de facto independence recognized by Moscow last August -- is Russian.
Avidzba's mastery of her intricate native tongue -- with its bewildering, 64-letter alphabet and complex phonetics, is remarkable. Making it all the more remarkable is the fact that she is actually half-Georgian, and lives not in Abkhazia, but the Georgian capital, Tbilisi.
Hers was one of the thousands of families torn apart by the 1992-93 war between Georgian forces and Abkhaz nationalists looking to break free from Tbilisi's control. About 15,000 people were killed, and hundreds of thousands of ethnic Georgians were expelled from Abkhaz territory.
Avidzba, an effusive 32-year-old with light brown hair, was born to a Georgian mother and an Abkhaz father, was a teenager living in the Abkhaz capital Sukhumi when the war broke out. Her parents sent her to Tbilisi for safety, but remained in Abkhazia themselves.
Avidzba's father, Sergei, died in 2006. Her mother, Luisa, still lives in Sukhumi, but Avidzba, who is no longer welcome in her homeland, is unable to see her.
Avidzba was detained and interrogated for several days while visiting her ailing father in Sukhumi. Since her father's death, Abkhaz authorities have denied Avidzba permission to visit her relatives in the territory altogether.
-Torn Between Nations-
Avidzba says that the walls that have been erected between the Abkhaz and Georgian peoples are as artificial as those separating her family.
Lela Avidzba doesn't know when she'll see her mother again."We lived together our whole lives. Abkhaz and Georgian cultures are indivisible," Avidzba says.
"There are common traditions and mixed families. My mother is Georgian and my father was Abkhaz. This is the worst possible situation for a family to be in. Both sides are a part of me."
Easily conversant in Georgian and Abkhaz -- as well as in Russian -- Avidzba has worked tirelessly to bridge the gaps between her two nations.
She is raising her son Nikolas to speak both Georgian and Abkhaz. As a spokeswoman for the Georgian government, she is one of the most prominent Abkhaz in Tbilisi, and even hosts a talk show in the Abkhaz language on Georgian television.
-Inching Toward Reconciliation-
In 2004, together with her mother, Avidzba helped organize a visit to Georgia for Abkhaz children who lost parents in the 1992-93 war. She said the children relaxed at a spa, toured Tbilisi, and met Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.
"When the children left -- and they were little children -- they wrote letters saying, 'Georgia, we love you and want to come back,'" Avidzba says. "But unfortunately, [in Abkhazia] they hear something completely different [about Georgians]."
Avidzba says she harbors no illusions that such gestures of reconciliation can overcome the deep animosity Abkhaz feel for Georgians, but she is nevertheless determined to persevere.
"I don't know whether it was due to a lack of strength, or euphoria [over independence], but nobody was able to stand up and prevent what has happened," Avidzba says.
"Time is not on our side. A new generation is growing up [in Abkhazia] that has never seen a Georgian and doesn't know what they're really like. For them, a Georgian is simply an enemy."

DOPESHEET
It has been six years after the war broke between Georgia and Russia in August 7-12. Russia continues to strengthen control of occupied Abkhazia and South Ossetia territories by erecting barbed wires, fences and building military bases. LRT journalists report from the occupation line that has endured the so called borderization process throughout last years.
David is one of the Georgians affected by Russia's intensified aims to strengthen control of South Ossetia. David gave interview staying beyond barbed wire erected three years ago. The wire separated him from daughter living in nearby city of Gori. Neighbors provide David with the most necessary things from Georgia by throwing them through the wire, the pension money as well.
David doesn’t want to leave his house, because he is afraid to lose all the property if he crosses to Georgia.
Similar tension hovers also near the Abkhazia border. Concrete walls divide Georgian villages there. Some houses stand in Georgia while the yard suddenly appeared to lay in Abkhazia after concrete blocks where brought.
People who want to visit their relatives left in Abkhazia face danger. Since 2008 thousands have disappeared after having crossed into Abkhazia.
People who regularly cross the border river usually leaves two pairs of shoes, one in Georgia, another in Abkhazia, so that they could cross the river barefoot and not to make their shoes wet.
There are points where officers allow to enter Abkhazia with goods from Georgia, but the bribe is necessary in these cases. People living near the border are afraid to share their stories with journalists.
Georgian officials claim that Russia intensified building walls, because Georgia aimed Association treaty with EU, which was signed on 27, June.
Georgia’s hands are tied. If the country would try to stop Russia from erecting new walls, a war would brake, just as six years ago in August 7-12. Any discussion about the barbed wire or it's position would set a precedent for the recognition of the so called border. Therefore Georgian side just observes it's teritory being fenced away from non-occupied Georgia.
Russia has set new military bases in Abkazia and South Ossetia since 2008 war. Georgia guesses that there could be around 10 thousand Russia's soldiers in Abkhazia and similar amount in South Ossetia. Russia also donates funds to Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Abkhazia gathered 80% of the budget from Russia, South Ossetia gets around 90%.

A narrow track across the border
Soundbite (English), a man helping to LRT:
He is afraid that after we record an interview, Russians will create a problem for him. You see, there is the only shop here, this only place where people buy something in this area. He is using it very well here and is afraid that after an interview some problems would arise. But he gave some information, told us about the relationship, that they were brothers, but now they are split and so on.

Soundbite (Russian), a man bringing furniture towards Abkhazian border:

Dateline asks, was Georgia the hero or the villain during the recent nasty war between it and Russia?
Georgia was portrayed as the innocent victim, with Moscow cast as the evil empire-builder, but Filmmaker, Nick Lazaredes questions whether Georgia -- with the help of its Western allies -- has rewritten the history of this short but brutal conflict.
To present the other side of the story, Lazaredes goes where very few media have ventured during the conflict -- the other breakaway Georgian province, Abkhazia.
He secures an interview with Abkhazian President Sergey Bagapsh who says his people can no longer live within Georgia.
Lazaredes then hitches a ride on a Russian military chopper to the disputed Kodori Gorge inside Abkaz territory. There he's shown evidence that the Georgian army had built up a cache of weapons, supplied by the US and Israel, and were planning to attack Abkhazia.
Broadcast on Dateline, SBS-TV Australia on 24th September 2008.

Marc Churkevich, a reporter of the Polish TV was beaten up on the nearby territory of Ritsa Hotel in Sokhumi, capital of the self-proclaimed republic of Abkhazia, Georgia's one of two breakaway regions and conflict zones on May 22.
The victim of a physical assault reported that he was meeting with locals and youth to talk about Georgian-Abkhazian tense relations, Abkhazia's future and North-Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). He also planned to record an interview with Sergey Baghapsh, de facto Abkhazian president.
Churkevich said he was having a walk at about 10 PM that night when 5 people attacked him. He was hit with a heavy object on his head. The reporter is now with damaged eye. His wallet is missing.

Russian/Nat
A cease-fire between Georgia and the breakaway province of Abkhazia took effect on Tuesday, but scattered shooting was reported and the combatants were slow to withdraw from the region.
The cease-fire agreement was reached on Monday after a week of fighting left dozens of people dead in Abkhazia's Ghali region.
As the fighting appears to continue, thousands of Georgians refugees have left the Abkhazia region for safety.
The situation along the border separating Georgia from its breakaway province of Abkhazia was tense on Tuesday.
Thousands of ethnic Georgians have fled the Abkhazian-held district of Ghali, which saw fierce fighting over the past week.
Most of the recent fighting has been between the Abkhazian separatists and militiamen who support Georgia's central government.
A ceasefire was due to take effect on Tuesday at 6 a.m. (0200 GMT) but within hours the Georgian government were accused of breaking the truce.
One Abkhazian policemen was killed and seven people were wounded in a pre-dawn attack before the ceasefire formally began.
The Georgian authorities denied the accusation.
They said a Georgian village had been attacked and Georgian fighters had merely returned fire.
SOUNDBITE: (Russian)
"We had to abandon our district. Abkhazian fighters, those cannibals, are killing civilians and burning one house after another."
SUPER CAPTION: Georgian fighter
A total of 350-thousand people have been displaced by the Georgian-Abkhazian conflict over the past few years.
Many of them have ended up here in Tbilisi, where there has been difficulty accommodating the refugees.
The Ajaria Hotel has been turned into a hostel for refugees who have to put up with squalid living conditions in the cramped quarters.
Most of the refugees just want a settlement and the chance to return to their homes.
SOUNDBITE: (Russian)
"The question should be decided in such a way so that these people could return home as soon as possible. So that they could start living as human beings."
SUPER CAPTION: Guram Pachkoria, a refugee
Abkhazia, a Black Sea province in northwest Georgia, declared independence in 1992.
The separatists drove out Georgian troops and ethnic Georgian civilians in a 13-month war.
Russian peacekeepers have been stationed in parts of the region.
However, the Russian peacekeepers didn't intervene in last week's fighting and Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze accused them of siding with the separatists.

STORYLINE
Abkhazia was awaiting preliminary results on Sunday from a presidential election that pitted Russia against Georgia as each tried to shape the political course of the separatist Georgian region.
About two thirds of around 130-thousand registered voters cast their ballots on Saturday at polling stations throughout the small, subtropical province on the Black Sea coast.
It was the first vote since Moscow recognised Abkhazia's independence in the wake of Russia's war with Georgia in August 2008.
Each voter had his passport stamped to avoid fraud and multiple voting.
Their vote will test the ties that NATO re-established with Russia last week.
Political ties between the Cold War foes had been severed for more than a year after Russia recognised Abkhazia and another breakaway Georgian region, South Ossetia.
The province is home to some 40-thousand ethnic Georgians who are not eligible to vote because they don't hold Abkhazian passports.
According to the most recent reports of the Abkhazian Central Electoral Commission the turnout had been 64.29 percent thirty minutes before the polling stations were closed.
It means that the elections can be recognised as valid.
This time the Abkhazian voters were even more active than at presidential elections of 2005 when the turnout was 63 percent.
Preliminary results of the presidential elections were expected to be announced by midday on Sunday.
But Russian news agency Itar-Tass reported that Vitaly Bganba, a candidate at the elections, phoned this morning incumbent Bagapsh and congratulated him on the victory.
The Abkhazians voted for a leader whose main tasks will be to shape relations with Russia and develop a functioning economy and bureaucracy, all
while fighting claims against his legitimacy made by Georgia and much of the international community.

The real story that happened in Gagra (Abkhazia) and Russia.
Filmed in a documentary style drama ordinary amateur camera. The film was shot in real time, and the heroes of the story - they are. The film has laid down interview with Lolita and her voice-over - no text written screenwriter and live speech 9-year-old girl, struck us all its depth and imagery. Since the shooting, we did not know how it ends, and it was very interesting. But no matter how the story ends, we realized that a living example of this fragile girl from Abkhazia will enable many people who have lost faith and purpose in life - to find them again. The film awarded the special prize Taffy '' For the high humanism"
