The Kurdish people, or Kurds (Kurdish: کورد Kurd), are an Iranic people native to the Middle East, mostly inhabiting a region known as Kurdistan, which includes adjacent parts of Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Turkey. They speak the Kurdish language, which is a member of the Iranian branch of Indo-European languages. The Kurds number about 30 million, the majority living in the Middle East, with significant Kurdish diaspora communities in the cities of western Turkey, in Armenia, Georgia, Israel, Azerbaijan, Russia, Lebanon and, in recent decades, some European countries and the United States. The Kurds are an indigenous ethnic minority in countries where the Kurdistan region is located, although they have enjoyed partial autonomy in Iraqi Kurdistan since 1991. An irredentist movement pushes for the creation of a Kurdish nation state.
The exact origins of the name, "Kurd", are unclear. Reynolds believes that the term Kurd is most likely related to the ancient term Qardu. The common root of Kurd and Qardu is first mentioned in a Sumerian tablet from the third millennium B.C. as the "land of Kar-da." Qardu is etymologically related to the Assyrian term Urartu corresponding to Ararat. According to Asatrian, the most reasonable explanation of this ethnonym is its possible connections with the Cyrtii (Cyrtaei)

Christopher Eric Hitchens (13 April 1949 – 15 December 2011) was an English American author and journalist whose career spanned more than four decades. Hitchens, often referred to colloquially as "Hitch", was a columnist and literary critic for New Statesman, The Atlantic, The Nation, The Daily Mirror, The Times Literary Supplement and Vanity Fair. He was an author of twelve books and five collections of essays. As a staple of talk shows and lecture circuits, he was a prominent public intellectual, and his confrontational style of debate made him both a lauded and controversial figure.
Hitchens was known for his admiration of George Orwell, Thomas Paine and Thomas Jefferson, as well as for his excoriating critiques of various public figures including Mother Teresa, Bill Clinton, Henry Kissinger and Diana, Princess of Wales. Although he supported the Falklands War, his key split from the established political left began in 1989 after what he called the "tepid reaction" of the Western left to the Rushdie Affair. The September 11 attacks strengthened his internationalist embrace of an interventionist foreign policy, and his vociferous criticism of what he called "fascism with an Islamic face." His numerous editorials in support of the Iraq War caused some to label him a neoconservative, although Hitchens insisted he was not "a conservative of any kind", and his friend Ian McEwan describes him as representing the anti-totalitarian left.

Hazāra (Persian: هزاره) are a Persian-speaking people who mainly live in central Afghanistan and in Pakistan. They are overwhelmingly Shiite Muslims and comprise the third largest ethnic group of Afghanistan, forming about 9% (according to other sources up to 18%) of the total population. Over half a million Hazaras live in neighbouring Pakistan (mostly in Quetta) and a similar number in Iran.
Babur, the founder of the Mughal reign in India, used the name Hazara in his records during the early 16th century for the first time. He, for the most part, referred to the populace of the mountainous region located west of Kabul, as far as Ghor and Ghazni. The word Hazara most likely derives from the Persian word for Thousand (Persian: هزار - hazār). It may be the translation of the Mongol word ming (or minggan), a military unit of 1000 soldiers at the time Gengis Khan. In the passage of time the term Hazar could have substituted the Mongol word and now stands for the group of people.
The origins of the Hazaras have not been fully reconstructed. At least partial Mongol descent is difficult to rule out, because the Hazaras' physical attributes and parts of their culture and language resemble those of Mongolians. Thus, it is widely accepted that Hazaras have Mongolian ancestry, especially after genetic testing showed Hazaras carried the highest frequency of the Y chromosome attributed to Genghis Khan anywhere. Some Hazara tribes are named after famous Mongol generals, for example the Tulai Khan Hazara who are named after Tolui, the youngest son of Genghis Khan. Theories of Mongol or partially Mongol descent are plausible, given that the Il-Khanate Mongol rulers, beginning with Oljeitu, embraced Shia Islam. Today, the majority of the Hazaras adhere to Shi'ism, whereas Afghanistan's other major ethnic groups are mostly Sunni. However, the Sunni and Ismaili Hazara population, while existent, have not been extensively researched by scholars.

The Kurds are an ethnic Iranian group who have historically inhabited the mountainous areas to the south of Caucasus (Northern Zagros and Eastern Taurus mountain ranges), a geographical area collectively referred to as Kurdistan. Most Kurds speak an Indo-European language belonging to the Northwestern Iranian branch. There are various hypotheses as to predecessor populations of the Kurds, such as the Carduchoi of Classical Antiquity. PKK is a Kurdish militant organization from 1984 to 2013 fought an armed struggle against the Turkish state for cultural and political rights and self-determination for the Kurds in Turkey, Kurdish people comprise between 20% and 25% of the population and have been subjected to official repression for decades. The group was founded in 1978 in the village of Fis (near Lice) by a group of Kurdish students led by Abdullah Öcalan. The PKK's ideology was originally a fusion of revolutionary socialism and Kurdish nationalism, seeking the foundation of an independent, Marxist–Leninist state in the region known as Kurdistan. Since his capture and imprisonment in 1999, the leader of the PKK, Abdullah Öcalan, has abandoned Marxism-Leninism, leading the party to adopt his new political platform of "Democratic Confederalism" (influenced strongly by the libertarian socialist philosophy of communalism).
The name 'PKK' is usually used interchangeably for the name of its armed wing, the People's Defence Force (HPG), which was formerly called the Kurdistan National Liberty Army (ARGK).

During the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, Treaty of Sevres outlined the creation of a Kurdish Nation in present day Turkey, Syria, and Iraq. ( Due to Kemal Ataturk's military revival and formation of modern Turkey, Treaty of Lausanne supersedes Sevres and failed to mention Kurdistan. While today's Kurdish parties formed post-WWII, the Kurdish struggle for Independence began long before. Kurdistan Region has historically hosted wars between the Iranian Empires and Roman Empires, and the Ottoman Empire. The Kurds are an ethnic Iranian group who have historically inhabited the mountainous areas to the south of Caucasus (Northern Zagros and Eastern Taurus mountain ranges), a geographical area collectively referred to as Kurdistan. Most Kurds speak an Indo-European language belonging to the Northwestern Iranian branch.
There are various hypotheses as to predecessor populations of the Kurds, such as the Carduchoi of Classical Antiquity. The earliest known Kurdish dynasties under Islamic rule (10th to 12th centuries) are the Hasanwayhids, the Marwanids, the Shaddadids, followed by the Ayyubid dynasty founded by Saladin. The Battle of Chaldiran of 1514 is an important turning point in Kurdish history, marking the alliance of Kurds with the Ottomans. The Sharafnameh of 1597 is the first account of Kurdish history. Kurdish history in the 20th century is marked by a rising sense of Kurdish nationhood focused on the goal of an independent Kurdistan as scheduled by the Treaty of Sèvres in 1920. Partial autonomy was reached by Kurdistan Uyezd (1923–1926) and by Iraqi Kurdistan (since 1991), while notably in Turkish Kurdistan, an armed conflict between the PKK and Turkish Armed Forces was ongoing from 1984 to 1999, and the region continues to be unstable with renewed violence flaring up in the 2000s.

A History of the Kurdish People
Are the histories of White People (Aryan People)?
Part one of this book covers the ancient history of white people of Middle East and western Asia between from 50,000 BCE to 6184 BCE, when the name of white people became the Aryan people under the Prophet Zoroaster’s religious teachings. Then it describes the war the Aryan people of the Middle East has been fighting on various fronts since 3000 BCE to stop the black African peoples’ invasion. However this has not prevented them from populating vast region from today’s Europe to India.
Post pre-historic humanity to the Prophet Abraham was a seminal era for the early white people because the three Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) had negative effect on Aryan Kurdish people histories. As the descendants of the white people of Mesopotamia and the western part of Asia the Aryan Kurds laid the foundations for the past 5000 years of the history of the entire white people in that part of the world.

In this interview I analyzed right to self-defence of Kurdish people against Iranian government in defending their basic human rights in accordance with international law. Also I analyzed the policy of various political parties regarding Iran. In this program I analyzed the consequences of locating some Kurdish political parties in Kurdistan Regional Government in their policy towards Iranian government. I said because some Kurdish political parties reside in KRG they were weakened and their policy towards Iran softened. Also the KRG severely restrict their activities.
Also, and the important thing is that in this interview, I spoke in support of armed struggle of PJAK against brutality of Iran government and positive consequences of this armed struggle for asserting our rights. Also, in this interview, I analyzed the propaganda by Iranian government against PJAK to discredit this party among Kurdish people. it is important to mention that during my interview the tension and armed conflict between PJAK and Iranian government was in its highest degree.

Kurdish singer Helly Luv ready to 'Risk it All' for independence
Kurdish pop singer Helly Luv says she will not be put off by death threats from Iraqi Islamist militants since release of her first music video but, drawing on its title, insists she will "Risk It All" to help a push for an independent Kurdistan.
Iraqi-born Luv, 25, has seen her video rack up more than 2.5 million views on YouTube since its release in February; but she has faced criticism for what some see as provocative imagery in the clip accompanying the modern mix of dance, hip-hop and traditional Middle Eastern music.
Luv said the video, which includes exploding petrol bombs, backing dancers with AK-47 rifles, and the singer dancing in a mid-thigh silver dress atop a citadel, represents the Kurdish spirit and struggle for an independent state.
"There were death threats from many Islamic groups... it was a really hard time for me," Luv said in an interview in Arbil, the autonomous Kurdistan region's capital. "(But) my whole message is that, Kurdish people, we need to risk everything for our dreams and fight for our country."
Iraqi Kurdistan's population of roughly 5 million people has enjoyed a degree of independence from Baghdad since the end of the first Gulf War in the early 1990s.
But the Kurds are now closer than ever to leaving Iraq altogether, with Massoud Barzani, leader of their autonomous region, calling on his parliament to ready a referendum on independence after the latest violence in the country.
Critics argue that Kurdish leaders' actions could lead to broader chaos in Iraq and beyond its borders, promoting rebellions in Kurdish areas of neighbouring states.Luv's mother was a Kurdish 'peshmerga' fighter before the family emigrated during the Iran-Iraq War.
"You can see in Kurdistan right now that people don’t want war, we have been through so much already," Luv said. "We have fought so much to get this freedom, so we're not going to let nobody take it away."
Her management team declined to say whether any of the death threats she had received came from the Islamic State, the group previously known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), saying they did not want to give any of the groups or individuals publicity.
The Islamic State's lightning takeover of the northern city of Mosul and advance towards Baghdad stirred the latest crisis in Iraq, and saw the autonomous Kurdish Regional Government expand its borders and take over oil areas as Iraqi military forces retreated.
Luv recently visited Kurdish peshmerga forces that have been involved in skirmishes with the Islamic State.
Photos on her Facebook page show her wearing an old-style peshmerga uniform, red and black scarf and aviator sunglasses, standing before ranks of black-uniformed Kurdish troops.

That means the unification of Muslims. Turkey is a typical example of the unification of the Muslims. Laz people, Kurdish people, Circassion people, everyone is united; an Islamic Union has been formed in Turkey. We want to spread this unity all over the world. If you ever try to establish a separate Kurdish state, you would eliminate the Islamic Union. Then they will eliminate you by law. No way. This is illogical but if you establish a Kurdish state in Iraq and Syria under the leadership of Barzani, he is a rational man. We can support you. Borders are also not a problem, it can be wider. Then you federalize by joining to Turkey. You will no longer have trouble such as defending yourself. Iraq or Syria cannot threaten you anymore nor any other country. Our Kurdish brothers will live a life in which there is great trade, great wealth and great blessings. But in Turkey obviously we will not allow such a thing, of course, because we are the only hope for Islamic Union. If you do such a thing, you will break this hope. If you ever try to break this hope, you will harm the people.

ADNAN OKTAR: Will you establish a communist state, will you recruit everyone into the army, will you establish a Stalinist and Communist proletarian dictatorship? Journalist Khazar Fatemi talks to female fighters in Iraq who are battling the Islamic State under the auspices of the PKK, or Kurdistan Workers' Party. At the time of the interview, the women Fatemi spoke with were fighting to protect Kurdish positions and Yazidi refugees.Thanks to the PKK's leftist ideology, its female fighters have high levels of freedom and autonomy compared to what women experience across the rest of the Middle East, including in nations the U.S. considers strategic partners, like Saudi Arabia. One-third of the fighters who have been defending the Syrian Kurdish town of Kobani on behalf of the PYD, a Syrian Kurdish group linked with the PKK, are women. On social media and elsewhere, stories have circulated about Kobani that focus on the role of female Kurds who have gone to extreme lengths, like the fighter who has reportedly killed 100 Islamic State militants and her comrade who blew herself up to set the Islamic State back.
In her report, Fatemi, a Kurd herself, hears from these women about their motivations, their view of the fight against the Islamic State and their hopes for the presently stateless Kurdish people.

The incident, which has been officially defined as an act of genocide against the Kurdish people in Iraq, was and still remains the largest chemical weapons attack directed against a civilian-populated area in history.

Better Friends Than Mountains is a documentary about the tragic history of the Kurdish people, the mounting geopolitical conflict in the Middle East, and the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
There are approximately 31 million Kurds spread across 13 countries in and around 'the cradle of civilization.' They constitute the world's largest stateless people and remain one of the most unreached and unengaged people groups on earth. This scorned and marginalized people may very well be the ripest harvest field in the Muslim world.
At this critical juncture in history, as the battle for the destiny of the Middle East rages on, it is imperative that the Church in the nations understands what is happening in the region and how the Lord would have us offer ourselves as living sacrifices on the altar of His will in the days ahead.
We believe that the Kurdish people should have better friends than mountains.

Since the start of the Syrian war, nearly 13.6 million people have been displaced, crossing bridges and passing through checkpoints at great peril to escape the violence. Mosul is one of the towns to recently fall under IS control. "IS controls everyone's daily routine. Everything you hear about them is true", says a man who fled the town. He has made it to Erbil, recently recaptured by Kurd forces, who are waging a bloody war with Islamic State to protect their land. Gunfights, car bombs and aerial attacks are a daily reality for the soldiers and the displaced who occupy this zone, mere kilometres from the waving flags of the Islamic State.

Mahabad is a predominantly Kurdish town in the north west corner of Iran.
She threw herself from the hotel’s balcony on the fourth floor, for fear of being captured by the Iranian officer.

Reece Harding joined the YPG Kurdish forces nearly 2 months ago and martyred on the 27th of June 2015. Our hero Australian brother, Reece Harding was in solidarity with the Kurdish people in Rojava. He martyred for humanity on the 27th of June 2015 . he died because he rejected the brutality and killing that ISIS are committing against Humanity ,especially Kurdish people , kurdish Yazidis, Assyrians, Armenians, Christians, women, children and other living things that don’t like their black flag.
Reece Harding joined the YPG Kurdish forces nearly 2 months ago and martyred on the 27th of June 2015. His quick death is a message to the NATO and United Nation’s silence about ISIS’ crime, also it is a message for those country supporting ISIS’ criminal activity and they are still a member of NATO.
Our Australian brother Reece Harding joined the YPG Kurdish forces to break out the whole world’s silence on ISIS. Because he knew the silence about ISIS is participation in the ISIS criminal activity.

Described as a "beloved brother who came from far away to do what had to be done," 23-year-old Reece Harding reportedly died on June 27 when he stepped on a land mine during night operations with the YPG (People's Protection Units) in north-eastern Syria,
