MUSIM haji tahun ini belum berhenti lepas dari jalan penuh cobaan. Belum tuntas investigasi insiden jatuhnya crane di Masjidil Aqsa, terbakarnya hotel, rubuhnya tenda jamaah, kini datang lagi berita memilukan dari Makkah. Setidaknya 220 orang dilaporkan tewas saat menjalani ritual haji di Mina, Kamis (24/9). Dilansir dari Aljazeera, tragedi ini terjadi karena jamaah sudah sangat berdesak-desakan di cuaca panas. Karena hal itu, banyak jemaah yang tak kuat dan jatuh, terinjak-injak dan meninggal. Pihak pertahanan sipil Arab Saudi menyebutkan, jumlah korban tewas sangat mungkin bertambah.
