What does this track do?
This music can be used for longer study or homework sessions and will help you to maintain a good level of concentration and focus, while at the same time feeling quite relaxed.
This track contains isochronic tones, which is the repetitive beats you hear behind the music. After around 5 or 6 minutes your brainwaves start to synchronize with the frequency of the tones. Then, as the tones change and cycle up and down through a specific frequency range, your brainwaves follow along in step with them. This process is known as brainwave entrainment.
The ‘beat’ frequencies used in this track range between 10 to 20 Hz, which means they beat at between 10 to 20 times per second. At the lowest end of 10Hz, this is known as the Alpha frequency range, which is a reasonably relaxed mental state. At the highest 20Hz frequency you up into the Beta range. When you are awake, alert and focused during the day, your brain’s dominant frequency will be in the Beta range.
When we are studying or doing things that are mentally taxing, we might feel very alert and focused, but we are also a little tense, perhaps because of the importance of what we are working on, or maybe because we are under a time deadline. This extra pressure can cause mental blocks and make it harder for you to ‘think on your feet’.
This isochronic tones session is designed to help overcome that problem, by increasing your levels of Alpha and Beta brainwave activity. So you get the benefit of having increased beta activity which is good for concentration, but at the same time you have enough Alpha activity to be relaxed, resulting in a state of relaxed focus, where you can think more clearly and overcome mental blocks.
Headphones are recommended
You can use this session without headphones, but to get the full benefit of the stimulation I’m about to mention you will need to be wearing headphones and on the correct way around. If your headphones aren’t clearly marked which is the left and right, this video will help you determine which is which: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTvJoYnpeRQ.
This is an advanced ‘split hemisphere’ isochronic tones session, which stimulates each ear with a different beat frequency. Your right brain is stimulated within the 10 to 14Hz range, and your left brain between 10 to 20Hz, making the left more dominant. The left brain is associated with logic, analysis, maths, language, facts and reasoning, so it can be beneficial to have the left more dominant when studying or other similar mentally taxing activities.
ADD/ADHD
ADD and similar disorders are often characterized by "slow-wave" EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region. So this track can also provide relief for ADD/ADHD symptoms by increasing the frequency of the brainwave activity in the left brain.
How should you listen to this?
You can listen to this track with your eyes open while studying, reading or doing other activities that require a higher level of concentration. You can also sit somewhere quiet and relaxing and use it as a form of mental meditation with your eyes closed.
When to listen?
It is best to use this during the daytime and early evening, but not too close to bedtime. Because this track stimulates your brain to a more alert and focused state, it’s not suitable for listening to while sleeping, as it will probably disrupt your sleep.
How Loud Should The Volume Be?
Play it at a volume level you feel comfortable with. The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that it’s uncomfortable for you. Somewhere in the middle is my recommendation.
IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
Drink some water - Make sure you are well hydrated before listening to brainwave entrainment.
It is not recommended to listen to this while driving or operating machinery, or while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or any mind altering substance, because it hasn't been tested in that environment.
Those who should also NOT listen to this video/audio include: Those who are prone to or have had seizures, epilepsy, pregnant or wear a pacemaker should NOT listen to this video/audio.

HEADPHONES REQUIRED - Note: As this session stimulates each ear with different frequencies, you will need to use headphones to experience the full effect.
Alternative background sounds available on Mp3 at the above page: Orchestral, Hybrid, World Music, Rain, Brown Noise.
What does this track do?
This session stimulates Beta, SMR and Alpha, alternating in 2 minute increments to help keep the user relaxed and engaged.
Note: SMR (sensorimotor rhythm) relates to the frequency range between 12 - 15Hz. It's associated with sensory processing and motor control. Stimulating this can result in relaxed focus and improved attention.
This session is meant to speed up the brain while keeping the left hemisphere dominant (good for attention, concentration and reducing emotional response and hyperactivity). ADD and similar disorders are often characterized by "slow-wave" EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region. As such, this session stimulates the left brain hemisphere with Beta frequencies and the right with SMR.
Can it be used to help with studying and if so, when should you listen to it?
Yes, it can be helpful to use while studying, and if you read through the many comments about this track, you'll see that many people have successfully used it for studying.
You can either listen to it while you are studying, to get your brain into a good mental state when you need it. Or if you are someone that gets a bit distracted by music while studying, listen to it just before you begin.
How Loud Should The Volume Be?
There is varying advice and opinions on the impact of volume with brainwave entrainment, with some saying the louder it is the more impact it has. From my own experience, my advice is to play it at a volume level you feel comfortable with. The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that its uncomfortable for you. Somewhere in the middle is my recommendation.
How To Use This?
Use this session in the morning or afternoon, to train your brain for better cognition, such as clearer and faster thinking. You can either sit somewhere quiet and comfortable with your eyes closed and give your brain a nice workout, or you can also listen to this while doing an activity that requires a boost in concentration, like studying.
How long should you listen for to get a good effect?
It takes around 6 minutes for your brainwaves to fall in step with the tones and become entrained. It then takes time to be guided along the frequency range used in the track. Listening to about half way through is the minimum in my opinion, but 30 minutes is the optimum and preferred length to listen for.
IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
Drink some water - Make sure you are well hydrated before listening to brainwave entrainment.
WHY? Your brain is made up of around 75% water, so it needs plenty of water to function well. When you stimulate your brain in this way, you're increasing electrical activity and blood flow in the brain and giving your brain a good workout, so it can be a good idea to drink before listening, so that your brain can fire on all cylinders.
It is not recommended to listen to this while driving or operating machinery.
WHY? Brainwave entrainment involves a process of stimulating your brainwaves and changing your mental state. While this is safe to do and use in normal situations, it can sometimes zone you out during the track, as you focus in on the sound of the tones. This could result in you being distracted temporarily, which is not a good thing while you're driving or operating machinery.
Some people also experience tingling and other sensations from the stimulation. While that might feel quite nice sitting in a comfortable chair at home, it could cause you to be distracted while driving and result in an accident.
It is not recommended to listen to this while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or any mind altering substance.
WHY? When your brain is under the influence of drugs or alcohol it's not operating to it's full capacity, and you react differently to stimulation and situations, compared to when you are sober. So as a precaution and because I don't know how you will react in that situation, I recommend you do not use it in that situation.
Who Should NOT listen to this audio?
Those who should not listen to this video/audio include: Those who are prone to or have had seizures, epilepsy, pregnant or wear a pacemaker should NOT listen to this video/audio.
WHY? There is insufficient research data in this area, so as a precaution, if you are among the categories listed above, I would recommend you consult a doctor or medical professional before listening to this video/audio.

What are Binaurals? Binaural beats were originally discovered in 1839 by physicist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. He discovered when signals of two different frequencies are presented separately, one to each ear, your brain detects the phase variation between the frequencies and tries to reconcile that difference.
In doing so, as the two frequencies mesh in and out of phase, your brain creates its own third signal — called a binaural beat — which is equal to the difference between those two frequencies.
For example, if a frequency of 100 Hz is presented to your left ear, and a frequency of 105 Hz is presented to your right ear, your brain "hears" a third frequency pulsing at 5 Hz, the exact difference between the two frequencies.
Research has proven that introducing a binaural beat will cause the brain to begin resonating in tune with that beat. By creating a binaural beat at 10 Hz — an Alpha frequency — you can trigger your brain to resonate at that same 10 Hz frequency, automatically inducing brain activity in the Alpha range. This same technique can be used to quickly and easily guide your mind into any state.
Be sure to wear headphones, relax and set your intention. Please do not listen to binaural beats while doing heavy physical work or driving

This is especially important with a longer session like this one, because your brain will be burning more energy and you may require a top up of fluids as you go.
This is a precautionary recommendation because of the lack of research in these areas with this technology.

At the highest 20Hz frequency you go up into the Beta range.

This is the 'Orchestral 2' version of my product: Cognition Enhancer Extended.
This music can be used for longer study or homework sessions and will help you to maintain a good level of concentration and focus, while at the same time feeling quite relaxed.
The intro part of the video is a little different to my previous videos. Start the video at the beginning of a study session, when you are ready to begin. When you see the eye forming and clicking into place, consider your own power of concentration and focus forming and clicking into place. Use it as a mental trigger if you will, as a way of telling yourself that now is a time of focus, a time to block out any mental distractions, and focus on the work in front of you until it is completed.
How this track works
This track contains isochronic tones, which is the repetitive beats you hear behind the classical music. After around 5 or 6 minutes your brainwaves start to synchronize with the frequency of the tones. Then, as the tones change and cycle up and down through a specific frequency range, your brainwaves follow along in step with them. This process is known as brainwave entrainment, more info here: http://www.mindamend.com/brain-hub/brainwave-entrainment-methods/how-brainwave-entrainment-works/

At the lowest end of 10Hz, this is known as the Alpha frequency range, which is a reasonably relaxed mental state. At the highest 20Hz frequency you go up into the Beta range. When you are awake, alert and focused during the day, your brain’s dominant frequency will be in the Beta range.
This combination of cycling through both the Alpha and Beta frequencies, will help you produce a mental state of relaxed focus, which is ideal for studying.

Donwload Here http://youtube.channel.pdf.warlords.xyz/?book=B00G6P705Q&ngasin;=nv2m.html

MINDSCAPES VIDEO SELECTIONS
Binaural Buzz: Binaural Beats that reproduce brain states/effects of certain narcotics or medicinal substances. Headphones are required.
Binaural Beats: Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain. Binaural beats reportedly influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and provide other health benefits such as control over pain. Headphones are required.
Atmospheres: Sound environments with a main objective to produce a calming/soothing effect for the listener.
Isochronic Tones: At its simplest level, an Isochronic Tone is just a tone that is being turned on and off rapidly. They create sharp, distinctive pulses of sound. The volume or intensity of the sound goes almost directly from 0 to 100 and back again in an evenly-spaced manner. This leaves a stronger impression on the brain, compared to binaural beats or other methods that use wave-like pulses. When Isochronic Tones are utilized as a stimulus under specific circumstances, research has shown evidence of beneficial outcomes such as anxiety reduction and increased concentration.
Chromotherapy: Chromotherapy, sometimes called color therapy, colorology or cromatherapy, is an alternative medicine method. In 1933, Indian-born scientist Dinshah P. Ghadiali claimed to have discovered the scientific principles which explain why and how the different colored rays have various therapeutic effects on organisms. He believed that colors represent chemical potencies in higher octaves of vibration, and for each organism and system of the body there is a particular color that stimulates and another that inhibits the work of that organ or system. Ghadiali also thought that by knowing the action of the different colors upon the different organs and systems of the body, one can apply the correct color that will tend to balance the action of any organ or system that has become abnormal in its functioning or condition.
Transitions: Positive mental attitude audio recordings focusing on New Thought movement authors and speakers or similar.
Transmissions: Timeless forward thinking composers and/or compositions spanning all eras and musical genres.
Solfeggio Tones: The “Solfeggio frequencies” are cyclic variation of the numbers 369, 147 and 258. It is claimed that each frequency has specific spiritual and physical healing properties. It is also claimed that they are part of a process that can assist you in creating the possibility of life without stress, illness, and sickness.

One of the top sellers in the field, Cognitive Psychology is well-written, humorous, and remains one of the most comprehensive and balanced books in the area of cognition. MacLin and MacLin, inheriting the book from the late Robert L. Solso, boldly revised and reorganized the Eighth Edition to reflect emerging trends in the field, while retaining the strengths that made it one of the most popular books in the field. The book features a sequential model of human cognition from sensation to perception, to attention, to memory, to higher-order cognition, and features new cutting-edge coverage of consciousness, cognitive neuroscience, memory and forgetting, and evolutionary psychology.

This book is the first to incorporate neuroscience seamlessly into the study of cognitive psychology. The study of cognition has progressed enormously over the past decade, but no currently available book summarizes and makes accessible the key findings and theories. This book takes a fresh look at the field, and presents it as it actually is today. By integrating findings about the brain into the usual fare for this topic, it provides the foundation for readers to study current research in the field. How the Brain Gives Rise to the Mind; Perception; Attention; Representation and Knowledge in Long-Term Memory; Encoding and Retrieval from Long-Term Memory; Working Memory; Executive Processes; Emotion and Cognition; Decision Making; Problem Solving and Reasoning; Planning and Motor Cognition; and Language. For those practicing in the field of cognitive psychology.

Dr. Stephen Reed's Ninth Edition of COGNITION: THEORY AND APPLICATIONS focuses on the theories that underlie cognitive phenomena as well as empirical data that establishes a traditional, information processing approach to cognitive psychology. This structure allows readers to discover the direct relevance of cognitive psychology to many of their daily activities. The text incorporates unparalleled scholarship in a distinctive clear voice that allows for the emphasis of both contemporary and classical research through real-life examples and experiments. Revised and updated throughout to maintain a high degree of currency and accuracy, content reflects the ever-evolving field and is made relevant to students' lives through the inclusion of popular articles from well-known magazines and newspapers. As a result of its adherence to three criteria--the material must make an important contribution to cognitive psychology, be accessible, and be both understandable and interesting--the text is an invaluable tool in learning cognitive psychology.

Cognition and Chance The Psychology of Probabilistic Reasoning
Donwload Here http://youtube.channel.pdf.warlords.xyz/?book=0805848983&nahsy;=s24qm.html
Lack of ability to think probabilistically makes one prone to a variety of irrational fears and vulnerable to scams designed to exploit probabilistic naiveté, impairs decision making under uncertainty, facilitates the misinterpretation of statistical information, and precludes critical evaluation of likelihood claims. Cognition and Chance presents an overview of the information needed to avoid such pitfalls and to assess and respond to probabilistic situations in a rational way. Dr. Nickerson investigates such questions as how good individuals are at thinking probabilistically and how consistent their reasoning under uncertainty is with principles of mathematical statistics and probability theory. He reviews evidence that has been produced in researchers' attempts to investigate these and similar types of questions. Seven conceptual chapters address such topics as probability, chance, randomness, coincidences, inverse probability, paradoxes, dilemmas, and statistics. The remaining five chapters focus on empirical studies of individuals' abilities and limitations as probabilistic thinkers. Topics include estimation and prediction, perception of covariation, choice under uncertainty, and people as intuitive probabilists.
Cognition and Chance is intended to appeal to researchers and students in the areas of probability, statistics, psychology, business, economics, decision theory, and social dilemmas.

Cognition Enhancer for Laser Focus ft. Concentration Music.
☞ THE PURPOSE OF THIS AUDIO
This brainwave entrainment audio is designed to be used to enhance your concentration and focus during study, or other tasks which require mental focus, such as recreational reading.
Dual isochronic tones are used to target both hemispheres individually, giving precedence to the left hemisphere which is more analytical in nature, excelling at logic, reasoning, language, numeracy etc. Use regularly for best results and feel free to share with your friends!
☞ BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT
Between 5 and 10 minutes you brainwaves will begin to sync with the frequencies of the isochronic tones. When these change throughout the duration of the audio, so too will your brainwaves, resulting in varying states of consciousness conductive to laser focus. This is known as the 'frequency following response'.
The frequencies sent to the left hemisphere range from 13 to 18hz (BETA) which are predominant in ordinary waking consciousness when you are focused and alert. The right hemisphere is stimulated with 8-10hz ALPHA waves, which are used to offset the dominant BETA frequencies of the opposite hemisphere. The result is a relaxed, yet alert state of consciousness, leading to long, productive study periods.
Concentration music is played in the background to mask the beats slightly. It is a 35 minute piano piece that loops for a 3 hour duration.
☞ HEADPHONES/EARPHONES
Because of the nature of this audio, headphones are recommended to take advantage of the dual-iso hemispheric stimulation, which is an advanced form of entrainment. Note that the left hemisphere is stimulated via the right ear and the right hemisphere via the left ear, so be sure your're wearing your headphones the right way round. If they're not marked, use this link to determine which is the left/right headphone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjAQylVPU3I
☞ VOLUME
You should listen at a level that is comfortable for prolonged listening.

Our understanding of the role that mood and cognition play in a person’s experience of multiple sclerosis has expanded dramatically in recent years. We now understand that both these types of “invisible symptoms” can be a direct result of the disease process, and can change over time.
We also now recognize that while changes in mood and cognitive abilities may not be readily apparent to outside observers, their impact on a person’s life can be profound, affecting physical, social, emotional, occupational and spiritual functioning.
Fortunately, mood changes are among the most treatable symptoms of MS, and the scientific community is making great strides in identifying cognitive impairment and providing new tools for helping people minimize its presence in their lives. With the appropriate strategies and tools in place, people with MS can live their best lives and participate actively in their own care.
Our program this year explores why and how people with MS experience changes in mood and cognitive functioning, and provides the latest information on how these symptoms can be addressed—from physical activity, medications and counseling to self-management strategies. In the video portion of the program, you will hear from clinicians at the forefront of MS research and
treatment discussing the latest advances and recommendations, as well as from individuals who have experienced these symptoms and have lessons to share.

This session will provide an in-depth look at human perception and cognition, and its implications for interactive and visual design. The human brain is purely treated as an information processing machine, and we will teach the audience its attributes, its advantages, its limitations, and generally how to hack it. While the content will provide a deep review of recent cognitive science research, everything presented will also be grounded in example design work taken from a range of Google applications and platforms. Specific topics will include: edge detection, gestalt laws of grouping, peripheral vision, geons and object recognition, facial recognition, color deficiencies, change blindness, flow, attention, cognitive load balancing, and the perception of time.
