I was charged with possessing a synthetic drug (synthetic cannabis) and I could not afford to receive a conviction due my employment conditions and the issue that my entry into certain countries may not be granted if i had a drug conviction. Due to Osborne Howell's advice in preparing for my plea of guilty and their submissions, I received a section 10 bond for 12 months without conviction. I am so happy that I a conviction was not recorded! I am very happy that I made the decision for Osborne Howell to represent me and I would recommend them to anyone charged with a criminal matter, especially a drug charge.

I went to Osborne Howell for my family law/property settlement. I was very happy with the outcome and would recommend the solicitors and the firm to anyone going through a divorce or property settlement. They explain things in plain english clearly, are professional yet friendly and are skilled in negotiating. I tried going it alone and not having a solicitor involved,but it proved too time consuming, overwhelming and costly! Once I engaged Osborne Howell the process was fairly quick and cost effective. Very happy!

Many of us have per-conceived opinions of what lawyers are like and most of the time they arent very positive. I was also under this misconception until my recent experience with Osbourne Howell Solicitors in Ryde, NSW. The level of service that Mrs. Lydia Shelly provided me well exceeded my expectations! Honest and morally upright people can find themselves in legal trouble due to unfortunate circumstances and to stand before a magistrate in a court of law is likely to be a very intimidating experience, even for the most valiant of characters. Mrs. Lydia Shelly went well beyond her professional obligations and provided me with a degree of personal support and comfort which made the entire process so much easier. The experiences Ive had with Osbourne Howell completely changed my perspective on lawyers, they arent bloodsucking vampires after all, at least not at this firm. From the depths of my heart I need to express my warmest gratitude for standing beside me during those difficult times. Thank you

My Mother had prepared her Will many years ago with the Principal solicitor and she wished to have her Estate finalised with Osborne Howell after she passed away. When that time came, the staff were very sympathetic and explained the process of obtaining probate clearly to me. They were upfront with their fees and paid for many of the initial expenses such as the court's filing fee. I would recommend them and would use them for any future legal needs I may have.
