Appointing a Digital Executor to deal with your digital/online assets
Please note that the following testimonials are collected, supplied and maintained by Osborne Howell.
Osborne Howell handled my Father's Probate quickly and cost-effectively. They udnerstood that the family were grieving and are aware of how hard it can be to be an Executor (which was me). They guided me through the legal process and explained the legal consequences of being an Executor with sensitivity.
Osborne Howell was recommended to me by a friend whne I split from my Husband of 10 years. I was devestated and an emotional wreck. Lydia explained the legal options to me and I walked out of the first consultation understanding what was going to happen next. All the staff were understanding, respectful and approachable. Osborne Howell provided "the light at the end of the tunnel". Lydia negotiated a fantastic outcome for me and my two children and I am now free to plan for my future-and that of my children. Lydia is a no-nonsense, direct and experience family law lawyer and I would recommend her.
I am the owner of several commercial premises in Sydney, however I live in Western Australia. I had a major issue with a commercial tenant and I had tried to get them out by myself several times. Within 3 days of contatcing Osborne Howell, they managed to have my problem tenant out of the premises. Nick even went to the commerical premises to ensure the locks were changed and the premises were in good condition. I wish had gone to Osborne Howell sooner, as the months I spent going it alone were time consuming, frustrating and felt like i was hitting my ehad against a brick wall. Highly recommended!
