Tucker Max (born September 27, 1975) is an American author and public speaker. He chronicles his drunken and sexual encounters in the form of short stories on his website TuckerMax.com, which has received millions of visitors since Max launched it as the result of a bet in 2002.

Max's book I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell became a New York Times #1 bestseller and has made the Best Seller List each year from 2006 to 2011. It has sold over one million copies worldwide, including 400,000 copies in 2009 alone. He is also the founder of the now defunct Rudius Media, an Internet-based publishing outlet and management firm. His book was subsequently made into a feature film of the same title. In 2010, he followed up with Assholes Finish First, and in 2012 with Hilarity Ensues and Sloppy Seconds: The Tucker Max Leftovers.

Max was a 2009 Time 100 finalist, though he did not make the magazine list.

Max's father, Dennis Max, is a restaurant owner in South Florida. Max grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and attended Lafayette High School before transferring and graduating from New Jersey's Blair Academy in 1995. Three years later he completed a B.A. in Law, Letters and Society at the University of Chicago, graduating with honors in 1998. Max attended Duke Law School on an academic scholarship, where he received a J.D. in 2001. He was a summer associate at Fenwick & West.

Baby Animals are a 1990s hard rock band from Australia.

The Baby Animals were formed in Sydney in 1989 by singer Suze DeMarchi, drummer Frank Celenza, guitarist Dave Leslie, and bassist Eddie Parise. De Marchi had previously recorded threes singles with EMI in the United Kingdom, and before that had played with Perth bands Photoplay, The Kind, and DD and the Rockmen.

November 1989 saw the band’s first gig at the Kardomah Café in Sydney, under the name 'Woody's Heroes', and the start of constant touring through the city’s pubs and clubs. The name 'Baby Animals' came about after seeing an advertisement for a local TV show, Wheel of Fortune, hosted by 'Baby John Burgess'. Another version suggests the name came from a calendar in a mall. In at least one interview, however, DeMarchi mentioned they changed the origins of the name in different interviews as it got boring answering the same questions.^{[citation needed]}

The Baby Animals' early success was driven by The Angels including one of the band’s demos "Break My Heart" on the B-side of their single "Dogs Are Talking", along with tracks from two other rock and roll bands - Rob Tognoni's Desert Cats & The Hurricanes. A national tour showcasing all four bands shortly followed.
