The siege in Waco, Texas (1993) Classic Operations - Project Albatross http://www.projectalbatross.com/classic-cia-operations/#cia5 Paul Wilcher was an atty who became involved with some clients who had CIA connections and were basically being “eliminated” by the CIA because they were no longer useful. Paul had credible info on secret flights to Iran during the hostage standoff to ensure they would be released after Reagan won the election, secret flights to Russia for agreements regarding the Iraq war and inside information on the siege in Waco. Unfortunately, he believed he could trust the newly appointed Janet Reno and he went to her with his information. He then disappeared and was found days later, placed in his home after being dead for days. After Paul’s death, many of his friends were also killed and a few kept distributing Paul’s work in an attempt to educate people about what the gov’t is actually doing. The following excerpts are from Paul Wilchers letter to Janet Reno from 1993. “The purpose of the Waco raid was to target and remove seven sleepers (MKULTRA) who refused to adhere to ASA and DIA standards. Sleepers were programed by Dr. Chomg Sun Kim of the Stone Mountain facility (GA). Waco compound members had almost completed assembly of a nerve gas toxin device massive/large enough to target and destroy all organic life in a 432 sq. mile area. A city the size of Oklahoma City was intended. Moreover, Houston Texas was designated as a principle target. Denver and Salt Lake City were also considered but the mountainous area precluded accurate dispersion measurements. The method of dispersal was to be a propeller craft with a running airspeed of no more than 60mph. Max. cross seeding was to be done 2500ft for East-West axis with 2000ft for North-South axis.” “The device was hours away from completion and the order to go in was not made by the executive branch but rather from a CIA informant who was planted inside and started “Code Blue” activations. Materials for the device was appropriated through A/F 1324-B, the nitrate component was acquired from Ft. Stevens, MA, the volatility stabilizers were brought, via truck, from Ft. Meade MD. All raw and processed materials were provided from military stores and the gravity fuse detonators were acquired from Carswell Air Force Base, Ft. Worth Texas. The materials were transported via AAA services which is a subsidiary of Snelling, St Paul, MN and there were two ATF officers from Galveston in the compound as shipments arrived.” “Technical assistance in handling and construction were flown into Dallas from Dover, Delaware. They included Mr. Beker, Charles Whitehead, Stanley Brownfeld, Ngo Den Phung, Pearl Lance and Dorothy Palmer. During the siege, seven of the embedded agents (DGF) removed themselves from the perimeter by donning blue ATF jackets and baseball caps and blending in with the ATF agents on scene. The DGF terminated 12 compound members before they left, smashing in the base of skulls/foreheads of the victims approximately 10 minutes before the incendiaries were set. The devices being made in the compound were found fused to kitchen appliances in five parts in different locations. Some of the parts had already started to release fumes which is why agents entered in full chemical suits and why the area was kept clear for at least 12 hours afterwards.” Of course, the immediate question, if this is true, is why didn’t the CIA simply send in the Monarch slave’s handlers to diffuse the situation? Also, if the gov’t had planned in advance to raid the compound, why didn’t they simply arrest Koresh weeks earlier when he went into town for supplies? Apparently, once the implanted MK ULTRA sleepers started building the device earlier than planned, someone in command decided it would be a better plan to raid the compound in the guise of weapons charges and in the process start to rile up the fringe groups that the CIA was already actively infiltrating. We still don’t know exactly why the sleepers were triggered early and why the Feds decided to use the scorched earth policy but we do have enough information to know the official version is yet another lie.
