Aerobic Exercise ေလ့က်င့္ခန္း 1.) Now that we've been studying English phrases and American culture, our brains are well exercised and functioning. But now, we need to work on our minds and bodies. ေၾကးမံုု တိုု ့ က အျမဲတမ္ စာက်က္ေနးေတာ္ ၊ က်င့္ေနေတာ္ ၊ ေၾကးမံုု တိုု ့ ဦးေနာက္ ေတြ က ေကာင္း ေနပါျပီ ဒါေပမယ္ ေၾကးမံုု တိုု ့ စိက္ နဲ ကိုုယ္ခႏၵာ ကိုု ေလ့က်င့္ ရာ မယ္။ 2.) I relieve stress through exercising and working out. ( Yoga poses, listening to music ) ေၾကးမံုု က ဆိန္ညြက္ ရင္ ေလးၾကင္ခံလုုပ္တယ္။ 3.) Work means going to the office and doing work. But working out( Work Out ) means exercise and doing some physical activity. Work က အလုုပ္ ။ ဒါေပမယ္ work out အဓိပၺာယ္ဆိုုခ်က္ က ေတာ ေလ့က်င့္ခန္း Physical activity. Physical activity ဆိုု တာ ကိုုလက္လွုုပ္ ရွားမွုုုုုု ။ 4.) You should take a little time out of your day to get your body running. တစ္ ေန ့ တစ္ေန ့ အခ်ိန္ နဲ နဲ ရုုပ်ိေတာ ေလ့က်င့္ခန္း လုုပ္ ပါ။ ကိုုလက္လုုပ္ ရွးမွုု လုုပ္ ရာ မယ္။ 5.) After I finish work, I go for a run. I go jogging. Sometimes, I have a race with my friends. ေၾကးမံုု ဆိုု ရင္ ရံုုအားခ်ိန္ ျပိသြာရင္, အာကစာ လုုပ္ တယ္။ တစ္ခတစ္ေလ ေၾကးမံုု သူခယ္ခ်င္ေတြနဲ အေျပးပ်င္ တယ္။ race 6.) I'm sore, tired and sweaty. This must mean, my body is transforming. ေၾကးမံုု က ေမားေနးပ်ိီ ။ ကိုုလုုံ က လည္ နာေနတယ္။ ေခၽြေတြလည္ ထြက္ ေနးပ်ီ ။ ဒါဆိုုရင္ ေၾကးမံုု ရဲ ကိုုလုုံ က ေျပာင္းလဲေနပ်ိထင္တယ္။ 7.) Your body is your temple. I only have this one body and I live in this body. Your body is your home so you should take care of it and respect it. Treat it right. Be healthy. ကိုုယ္ခႏၵာ ကိုု က ဘုုရားေက်ာင္း လိုု မ်ိဳးထာ ရာ မယ္။ ေၾကးမံုု က ဒီကိုုယ္လံုု တစ္ခုူ ပယ္ ရွိတယ္ေလး ။ ဒီကိုုလံုု မွာပယ္ ေၾကးမံုု ေနးတာ ။ ဒါဆိုုေတာ ေၾကးမံုု ရဲ ခႏၵာကိုု ေသေသခ်ာ ေကာင္ေကာင္ ထာ ရာမယ္။ ေလးလဲေလးစားရာမယ္။ 8.) Your body and your health are more important than owning that new car or that new big house. Remember health is wealth. ကိုုလံုု နဲ က်န္းမာေရး က ေလာက မွာ အေရးၾကီဆံုု ပယ္။ ကာ အသစ္ နဲ အိမ္ အၾကိိီၾကီး ထက္ ပိုု အေရးၾကိးတယ္ေလ။ မွတ္မိထာ ပါ ၊ က်န္းမာေရး က ခ်မ္းသာၾကြဝမူ။
