Los Angeles Travel Video Guide
Travel video about destination Los Angeles in the United States of America.
Los Angeles is synonymous with Hollywood, and Beverly Hills is its famous suburb with neat parks and blossoming flower beds. There's also the Walk of Fame, Mann's Chinese Theatre and Rodeo Drive, the most exclusive shopping mile in the world.
Everything in Hollywood is different, including a cemetery of the famous. Even in the funeral hall, with its larger-than-life religious figures, it is as though it is all part of a fantastic film set.
Universal Studios is the largest and most active film and television studio in the world as well as a popular family day out, being one of the most successful amusement parks in the U.S.A. and its many famous film sets are instantly recognizable.
Since its opening in 1955, Disneyland has become a worldwide phenomenon. The world's original and longest surviving theme park provides an enchanting mix of shows, attractions and well known cartoon characters and the journey through Toontown on its bumpy tramway is a stimulating experience for both young and old.
At weekends, those who want to see but, above all, be seen, make for Venice Beach. The sandy beach is relaxing and its many pavements are popular with joggers and roller skaters alike. Even by Los Angeles standards, the performers on Muscle Beach are quite outrageous and while some body-builders lift thousands of kilos, others shamelessly display their supreme egos by strutting like conceited peacocks!
Built in 1908, Santa Monica Pier is reminiscent of the hazy lazy seaside resorts of the 1920s. Extending into the water some 300 metres, the pier's amusement park is constantly bursting with life, with its big wheel, swings and richly- decorated carousel.
Once the most celebrated residential area of the rich and famous, today Sunset Boulevard is a busy main traffic artery. At night, when brash neon signs shine out their colorful animated messages, this famous boulevard still possesses a unique atmosphere.
Los Angeles is the enormous multicultural city on America's West Coast in which film stars, earthquakes and joie de vivre are essential to life itself!

Boston, Massachusetts Travel Guide - Must-See Attractions
http://bookinghunter.com
Boston is the capital and largest city of the U.S. state of Massachusetts, officially the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. One of the oldest cities in the United States, Boston was founded on the Shawmut Peninsula in 1630 by Puritan colonists from England.
The most important places to visit in Boston are: Boston Common (starting point for Freedom Trail, dating back to 1634, this central public park is loved by locals as well as visitors), Massachusetts State Building (given its gold dome, the state capital can not be missed. It is the seat of the Massachusetts government), Faneuil Hall (constructed in 1742, it has been an important meeting hall. Today there's a market that offers many places to eat and shop), Beacon Hill (a famous historical neighborhood of Boston, amidst its well preserved streets, you will feel like you've gone back in time), Granary (part of the Freedom Trail, it was built in 1660. The site is the resting place for many prominent personalities and statesmen), Trinity Church (said to be one of the greatest buildings in the country, for a special treat, attend a concert during Christmas season), Harvard University (considered to be the world's greatest academic institution, you can tour its campus to soak in the wonderful ambiance), Copley Square (many important buildings with diverse architecture styles are here. This is also the site of the Boston Marathon's finish line) and many more.
If you want to save time and money, the most important Boston travel tip is to compare prices before booking a hotel room or a flight. You can do this for free on http://bookinghunter.com, a site that searches through hundreds of other travel websites in real time for the best travel deals available.

50 THINGS TO DO IN NEW YORK CITY | Top Attractions Travel Guide
Our recent week in New York City was an action-packed one. We decided to set ourselves a challenge to see and do as much as we possibly could, and that gave way to this travel video guide which highlights 50 of the top attractions. In a city like New York this means we barely scratched the surface, but hopefully this video will highlight the cornucopia of possibilities that is the Big Apple.
We try our best to cover all of the top attractions including fine arts, entertainment, festivals, dining, architecture and museums as well as focusing on lesser known off the beaten path attractions to cover all forms of tourism. If you only have time to visit only one city in the United States it ought to be NYC, USA:

43 Central Park
44 Strawberry Fields
45 Street Food

47 Madison Square Garden
48 African Burial Ground
49 Columbus Circle
50 Take the Subway Metro
Most journeys begin at Penn Station or Grand Central, and if you arrive at the later you'll be wowed by the building. The Meatpacking District was once home to markets, slaughterhouses, and packaging plants, but times have changed. Today you'll find a mixture of trendy restaurants, clubs and boutiques. The Village used to be a bohemian neighborhood that drew artists and musicians, but today you're more likely to find upper middle class families living here. Completed in 1883, Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States. Williamsburg has become popular given its lower rent prices. University students and young professionals have been flocking to this part of town.
You can walk along the riverfront for a great view of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges and the Manhattan skyline. During the summer months, Bryant Park also becomes a popular hangout spot people looking to relax and even work on their tans. The Staten Island Ferry is free of charge and this makes it really popular with visitors who want to catch a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty from a distance. Battery Park is located on the southern tip of Manhattan. Having both lived in South Korea, we were thrilled to come across Manhattan's own Little Korea. Coney Island is all about good old fashioned fun. You can ride roller coasters, stroll down the boardwalk, enjoy some beach time, and then head over the Nathan's Famous hot dogs. The Cloisters will make you feel like you've travelled over to Europe. Central Park is massive and there are so many places to visit within its boundaries. We managed to visit Belvedere Castle, the Great Lawn, Shakespeare Garden, The Ramble, The Jackie Onassis Reservoir, the Alice in Wonderland Statue, and we still left feeling like we barely scratched the surface. Strawberry Fields is a section of Central Park dedicated to the memory of John Lennon.
And that concludes a look at our very busy week in New York City. I'm still shocked we managed to cover so many attractions, but the great thing about this city is that distances aren't very long and there's always something really cool worth checking out around each corner. Have you been to New York? What are your favorite things about this city? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section below.

Houston Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
Welcome to Houston, Texas, one of the largest cities in the United States.
Once an outpost in the Old West, Houston is now a down-to-earth metropolis, boasting a tremendous shipping and energy industry, as well as plenty of culture.
Kick off your Houston tour at Discovery Green, a 12-acre park tucked beneath the city’s skyscrapers. You’ll find public art and plenty of space to picnic or go for walks. Houstoners take pride in their various parks, museums, and open spaces, like the Houston Arboretum, where you can go birdwatching, learn about green living, and hike the trails to explore local wildlife.
Speaking of exploring, your Houston sightseeing should include a trip to the USS Texas., This battleship served in two World Wars and now stands guard as a museum on the Buffalo Bayou. Head over to the Gulf for a walk on the beach while you watch the sunset, then get ready to gear up for the evening with some delicious TexMex shared with the locals. After you lose yourself in a few rounds of line dancing to burn off all those fajitas, you’ll be wondering why you didn’t come to Houston earlier.

These were the same figures as given by the Center for the Study of the American Electorate.

I mean it is time to have a new president that will not follow in the footsteps of President Bush. Like Obama, because his perspective is different from Bush's. I remember President Bush likes wars, he always supports war."

STORYLINE:
As the long race for the White House neared its end on Tuesday, many in the Philippines were watching closely as Barack Obama and John McCain battled it out to become the next US president.
Obama and McCain, separated by 25 years in age and widely differing politics, have agreed on one thing during the longest presidential campaign in US history - their promise to slam the door on the era of George W. Bush.
One woman in the capital Manila certainly agreed, saying "it is time for change."
Record numbers of Americans were expected at polling stations across the US, adding their ballots to 29 (m) million citizens who had already voted in 30 states.
Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama leads in the polls against Republican presidential candidate John McCain, and the early vote tally suggests an advantage for Obama, with official statistics showing that Democrats voted in larger numbers than Republicans in North Carolina, Colorado, Florida and Iowa.
The Democratic ticket of Barack Obama and Joe Biden face the Republicans, John McCain and Sarah Palin, in a much anticipated race that will draw a line under eight years of the Bush-Cheney administration.
The election result will be historic whoever wins, as an African-American president reaches the White House or a female Vice-President takes up office for the first time in the nation's two hundred and thirty-two year history.

President Bush reacts to Obama's victory in 2008 election
SHOTLIST
1. US President George W. Bush walks to podium
2. SOUNDBITE: (English) George W. Bush, US President:
"Good morning. Last night I had a warm conversation with president-elect Barack Obama. I congratulated him and Senator Biden on their impressive victory. I told the president-elect he could count on complete cooperation from my administration as he makes the transition to the White House. I also spoke to Senator John McCain. I congratulated him on a determined campaign that he and Governor Palin ran. The American people will always be grateful for the lifetime of service John McCain has devoted to this nation, and I know he will continue to make tremendous contributions to our country. No matter how they cast their ballots, all Americans can be proud of the history that was made yesterday. Across the country citizens voted in large numbers. They showed a watching world the vitality of American democracy and the stride we have made toward a more perfect union. They chose a president whose journey represents a triumph of the American story. A testament to hard work, optimism and faith in the enduring promise of our nation. Many of our citizens thought they would never live to see that day. This moment is especially uplifting for a generation of Americans who witnessed the struggles of civil rights with their own eyes; four decades later, see a dream fulfilled. A long campaign is ended and we move forward as a nation. Embarking on a period of change in Washington, yet there are some things that will not change. The United States government will remain vigilant in meeting its most important responsibility: protecting the American people. And the world can be certain this commitment will remain steadfast under our next commander in chief. There is important work to do in the months ahead and I will continue to conduct the people's business as long as this office remains in my trust. During this time of transition I will keep the president-elect fully informed on important decisions. When the time comes on January 20 Laura and I will return home to Texas with treasured memories of our time here, with profound gratitude for the honour of serving this amazing country. It will be a stirring sight to watch President Obama, his wife, Michelle, and their beautiful girls step through the doors of the White House. I know millions of Americans will be overcome with pride at this inspiring moment that so many have waited so long. I know Senator Obama's beloved mother and grandparents would have been thrilled to watch the child they raised ascend the steps of the Capitol and take his oath to uphold the constitution of the greatest nation on the face of the earth. Last night I extended an invitation to the president-elect and Mrs Obama to come to the White House and Laura and I are looking forward to welcoming them as soon as possible. Thank you very much."
3. Bush walks away
STORYLINE:
US President George W. Bush fully embraced the election of Democrat Barack Obama as his successor on Wednesday, paying stirring tribute to the election of the first U.S. black president-elect and hailing the campaign of change that led Obama to victory.
Bush promised Obama his "complete cooperation" during the Democrat's 76-day transition to the White House.
The president said he would keep Obama informed on all his decisions between now and January 20, and said he looked forward to the day - soon, he hopes - that Obama and his family would take him up on his offer of pre-inauguration White House visit.
The defeated leader of his own party, John McCain, won accolades not nearly so glowing with Bush hailing his lifetime of service to the US.

STORYLINE:
Some of the US expatriates in Israel cast absentee ballots on Thursday days in advance of the US presidential election on November 4th.
One survey of Americans in Israel suggested that if the country were on the US election map, it would be Republican.
The pollsters found that the absentee voters they questioned supported Republican John McCain over Democrat Barack Obama by a three-to-one margin.
The survey interviewed 817 Americans who have cast absentee ballots for next week's presidential election.
It was conducted by Vote from Israel, a non-partisan group that has encouraged US citizens to vote, in collaboration with Keevoon, a private research company.
An estimated 40,000 US citizens living in Israel are expected to vote.
A representative from Keevoon said there is no formal list of US citizens living in Israel, so it's extremely difficult to find a random sample of voters.
Nonetheless, he said his survey was a good indicator on how people are voting this year.
He said roughly a quarter of US voters in Israel cast their ballots through the Vote from Israel group.
Barak said most US citizens in Israel are observant Jews who tend to have conservative social views and hawkish attitudes toward the Middle East peace process.
Such voters are drawn to McCain, he said.
In contrast, most Jews in the United States are not religious and tend to support Democrats.

All About Hillary Clinton - 2016 US General Election Democrat Candidate
Welcome to the Investors Trading Academy event of the week. Each week our staff of educators tries to introduce you to a person of interest in the financial world. This could be a person in government or banking or an important investors or trader. Over the next coming months ITA will take a look into each US Presidential candidate. In this video we are going to take a look at forerunner and democratic hopeful Hillary Clinton. We have covered Hillary Clinton in other videos but not as Presidential candidate.
Mrs. Clinton is best known as the former first lady for 8 years while her husband was the US President. She later became one of the known and respected Secretaries of State.
Mrs. Clinton can expect little if any opposition in the Democratic primaries. In the general election, she will need to win over the so-called Obama coalition of blacks and young, college-educated white voters who supported Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. But she will also need to maintain her base of support among white working-class women while battling it out for college-educated women in the suburbs. White working-class men have drifted away from the Democratic Party, but Mrs. Clinton has appeal among those who still harbor warm feelings for Bill Clinton. Hispanics overwhelmingly supported Mrs. Clinton over Mr. Obama in the 2008 Democratic primaries, but overhauling the nation’s immigration laws has become a more divisive issue since then, and some Hispanics wonder how committed Mrs. Clinton is to it. To win crucial states like Florida and Colorado, she will need to convince them that she is on their side.
Clinton has nearly 100 percent name recognition. Republicans will need to catch up, and they face a potentially brutal primary season in which they will be pushed to the right on issues like immigration and education, which could drive independents into Mrs. Clinton’s arms in a general election. But demographics are the biggest obstacle for Republicans: Unless the nominee can win over Hispanics and make inroads with women and young voters, Mrs. Clinton starts with a significant edge thanks to population changes nationally and, particularly, in many of the likely battleground states.
Mrs. Clinton should also enjoy an enormous financial advantage in a campaign that is expected to cost her $2.5 billion, with the help of “super PAC” donations and nearly universal support within the Democratic establishment. Regardless of the outcome, Mrs. Clinton’s 2016 campaign will open a new chapter in the extraordinary life of a public figure who has captivated and polarized the country since her husband, former President Bill Clinton, declared his intention to run for president in 1991. Mrs. Clinton was the co-star of the Clinton administration, the only first lady ever elected to the United States Senate and a globe-trotting diplomat who surprised her party by serving dutifully under the president who defeated her. But in a campaign that will inevitably be about the future, Mrs. Clinton, 67, enters as a quintessential baby boomer, associated with the 1990s and with the drama of the Bill Clinton years.

USA Presidential Election Ad (1960) - John F. Kennedy visits the Sills family
Ad from the 1960 United States presidential election. The Republican Party nominated incumbent Vice President Richard Nixon, while the Democratic Party nominated John F. Kennedy, Senator from Massachusetts.
This was the first presidential election in which voters in Alaska and Hawaii were able to participate (both had become states in 1959). It is notable as being the first presidential election in which both major party candidates were born in the 20th Century. It was also the first one in which two incumbent U.S. Senators (Kennedy and Johnson) were elected as president and vice president, a phenomenon that was repeated by Barack Obama and Joe Biden in 2008. In both instances the president-elect was the younger of the two and also the junior senator from his state.

wn.com/USA Presidential Election Ad (1960) Citizens For John F. Kennedy Lyndon B. Johnson

Married to the gorgeous Michelle Obama, he is highly appreciated by the world for his marvelous job and holds a title of being the most powerful man on Earth. His journey from a simple community organizer to becoming the world's most powerful and respectable will leave you amazed.
Obama completed his graduation from the Columbia University and Harvard Law School. The leadership quality flowed in his blood since a very young age due to his experiences of being a civil rights attorney, professor of constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School and a member of the 13th District in the Illinois Senate, to name a few. 2004 marked a great success in the President's political career with him receiving immense national attention while campaigning for the United States Senate. His presidential campaign of 2007 surprised the world when he defeated Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2008 winning enough delegates in the Democratic Party primaries. This was followed by a defeat of John McCain (Republican nominee) in the general election and winning the Presidential seats on January 20, 2009.
Barack Obama's presence as the President of the United States of America brought about an array of revolution in various fields. The end of America's Great Recession along with the birth of the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization as well as the Job Creation Act of 2010 were a great relief to the citizens. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also called "Obamacare", the Don't Ask, Don't Tell Repeal Act of 2010 and the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act are the other initiatives taken in the domestic level by the President.

And in the coming weeks and months, I am looking forward to reaching out and working with leaders of both parties."
