The Cantare Choir of the Greater Richmond Children’s Choir, directed by Hope Armstrong Erb and Pete Curry, is internationally recognized for its excellence and diversity. The evening’s program will include music by Praetorius, Byrd, Bach, Handel, and Humperdinck, as well as spirituals, world music, and jazz.
The Richmond metropolitan area's population is nearly 1.3 million and the civilian labor force is more than 647,000. The diverse local economy produces experienced and productive workers with the skills required for 21st century research, production, and headquarters operations. Ten colleges and universities offer degree programs in all fields, plus continuing education classes and custom programs tailored to specific company and industry needs. A magnet for labor, the metro area attracts workers from more than 40 localities statewide. This video was produced in collaboration with Richmond Region Tourism, the Retail Merchants Association and the Virginia Tourism Corporation.

Spent most of a beautiful Saturday, June 7, 2014 in the Greater Richmond Area, and had quite a few good catches. We had the Waste Management GP10D on Q416, A SunRail car on 409, and a duo of BNSF leading K081 on the Rivianna Sub. And with the Strawberry Festival in full swing, there was lots of great horn action in Ashland!! It was an awesome day all around and I hope Everyone Enjoys!!
