    26-year-old David Ray Muna Cing, a former Talofofo resident. Cing was born and raised on Guam and relocated to Houston, Texas where he works as security for an oil company. His wife Katherine tells KUAM News in a phone interview that the couple arrived on island last week Thursday to visit with family. Monday, however, would be the last time she'd see her husband.
