I have been using Coles on line for years - both with home delivery and now with Click n Collect. I love the convenience of ordering in the morning and picking up on my way home from work that afternoon. It can be a little bit annoying if a particular brand of item I want is substituted but that is rare. Whenever I have had a problem with an item missing, it is quickly solved with a credit or I pop back the next day and pick up the item. My local Coles staff are really friendly. I enjoy the free samples occasionally in the order.

I am unable to wonder the aisles for too long (due to my MS) and Coles online shopping allows me to do this without tiring myself unnecessarily allowing more energy for my family. Thanks Coles

1. Delivery costs too much.
2. Coles fresh produce is rarely acceptable quality. It's bad enough in-store, but delivery is worse because the people choosing it for you have no clue.
I'm very familiar with this service, I used it for many years out of necessity. I don't have to now, and never will again.

I use it from time to time. Their vegetable boxes seem to be good value and we always use all the veggies. I've had a few problems with fruit quality but their call centre employees have always been helpful.
It is possible to choose not to substitute items - there is a check box for each item in the list of ordered items. Its default is yes to substitution - but you can select to off.
I've found Wednesday slots fill up so it's best to reserve my slot several days ahead and then edit my order the day before delivery.

I ordered my Father's Day gift through Coles online to be delivered direct to him. I was really impressed with the delivery window. This exceeded my expectation.

Coles online shopping is my new best friend. Being a full-time working mum its a chore I now outsource to Coles. I get choose what products I want substituted if they don't have the brand I order. The delivery drivers are always so polite and helpful. I am seriously loving Coles Online Shopping and highly recommend it to everyone.

i have been using coles online for awhile now, i started after a knee injury now i like shopping online so much that i couldn't go back to shopping in store
the first time i used the website i did find it a bit difficult but after using it a few times it is now a breeze, it saves all of the regular items i buy under my flybuys number so i can easily find them making shopping quicker
when an item i have ordered is unavailable i can choose to get a substitution which has always been a better product than what i have ordered so i have no problem with that
if you prefer not to get substitutions you can untick the box.
my only complaint is when it comes to deli meat or butcher meat, i want to choose how much i get or have a say in what size of product i get such as being able to say pick a small roast or 2 steaks or only 100g of ham, if coles implements what woolworths have in regards to their "personal shopper notes" then this would make shopping with coles online perfect

I noticed there was a problem right before my order was about to be delivered, so I called and spoke to a customer service officer, who was UNHELPFUL to say the least.
She didn't care what so ever about my order, let alone try to help.
In the end she was that unhelpful that I told her to cancel the order!!
However just as my order was being cancelled the delivery driver arrived, so I reluctantly accepted the order.
I advised the driver of the issue, he was extremely helpful.
However there wasn't anything he could do to rectify the order, so he personally wrote a request for my order to be followed up by another cso.

In the end I was offered $25 off my next shop, however to date I have not used it.
I am that put off by the original lady who served me.

So I guess it all boils down to if you place an order and don't face any problems, then you'll be fine using this service.
However if you do encounter a problem, hopefully you'll get a helpful cso! If not... Look out!!

I have been a regular online shopper with coles for awhile now. The reasons I chose Coles is because I did do comparison with Woolworths & they failed badly.
The online ordering with Coles is simpler, especially if you create your own nastier list.
The delivery tines are advised by email within the hour of delivery.
The delivery persons are exceptional, friendly & helpful. Bring groceries in, place on the bench, wait to take bags back.
Returns or issues are no drama. Just a simple phone call.
The only real issue I personally have with Coles that could be improved is that they do not offer an organic category of products & organic products are hard to get.
