Tracy Morgan Accused of Neglecting Family of Comedian Who Died in Car Crash

30 Rock actor and comedian Tracy Morgan was met with much love and support from members of the academy and the audience for his triumphant return to the public at the Emmys 2015 this past Sunday.

"I understand it's been a great ordeal for Tracy over the last 15 months. I just feel in some form or fashion, he should have acknowledged my brother — his mentor — because he lost his life," said James’ sister, Pamela McNair.

"I know there's a healing process, mentally and emotionally. I'm sure being in that limo and seeing certain things, it was highly traumatic for him. But just take a minute along the way to acknowledge my brother. He has children, siblings, a big family all bearing that same pain," Pamela said.

The accident was deemed the fault of the tractor trailer driver, Kevin Roper, and both Tracy and James’ families were awarded settlements for the horrific crash.

Tracy hasn’t commented on the McNair family’s claim, but did speak of James back in June on The Today Show.

"Bones heal. But the loss of my friend will never heal," Tracy said.

We hope the McNair family will find peace soon.
