A film by Leroy Lim, Nikko Koh and Dhinesh Ravichandran from LASALLE College of the Arts, mentored by Wee Li Lin, as part of 20/20 The Temasek Short Film Project series.
I Believe is a story of an unlikely friendship between an autistic youth and a popular role-model. The relationship between the two teaches us a precious lesson on love and acceptance. The inspiration from this film is taken from the work of Temasek Cares – Autism Support Programme@ITE, which helps autistic students adjust to their environments by developing their social and communicative skills, and providing support to their teachers and peers.

Temasek Freestylers presents "Feel Again"
A dance concept video by the students of Temasek Secondary School Dance Club. This piece is about reliving your precious moments in life over and over again and i hope that this dance family and school to the students will always be a big part of them as they grow up. Often we look back at our tears and it makes us laugh, but we never knew that looking back on the laughs would make us cry.
Being their dance instructor for the past 5 years have been major food for my soul and a major big part of my passion and what started out as a simple thought of "ok gaiz lets do a dance video" became 2 months of preparation for this school club project. This club is magical and i think to us all, it isn't just a school CCA, its so much more than that and it has been an honour building up this school dance club together with the kids. lets keep moving forward :) I thank the heavens for students with so much fire and gigantic willing hearts :)
Thank you Richard Prayoga (@RpProductions) for coming onboard this project! we could not have done this without you! thank you for your hard work! we appreciate you so much! as well as Teacher's in charge (Mdm Quek, Mdm Nora, Mrs Ruth and Mr Wong) for your undying dedication and support towards the students and club. "The Ultimate Team Dance Challenge where Every Dancer Counts"
SUPER 24 EMPHASIZES TEAMWORK AND INGENUITY – QUALITIES THAT ARE ESSENTIAL TO WORKING WITHIN THE NOVEL CONSTRAINTS THIS COMPETITION BRINGS.
Teams are to consist of exactly 24 members, dancing within an 8 by 8 metre square, performing a strictly 90-second routine. To add to these challenges, Super 24 diverges from normal dance competition practice of “front view” judging, and introduces 4-sided judging, where no area will be left uncovered, no action unnoticed. In this competition, “every dancer counts”.
The team that best exemplifies adaptability, creativity and team unity – displaying an ability to turn the presented constraints into advantages by tapping on the important resource of all their team mates – a spirit best epitomised by our country Singapore – will win the championship and be known as ‘Super 24’.

Temasek
Temasek ('Sea Town' in Old Javanese, pronounced Tumasik) was the earliest recorded name of a settlement on the site of modern Singapore. It is written as 淡马锡 in Chinese (pronounced Danmaxi in Mandarin). From the 14th century, the island has also been known as Singapura, which is derived from Sanskrit and means "Lion City". Legend has it that the name was given by Sang Nila Utama when he visited the island in 1299 and saw an unknown creature, which looked like a lion.
While the early history of Singapore is obscured by myth and legend, some conclusions can be drawn from archaeological evidence and from written references by travellers. Archaeology points to an urbanised settlement on the site by the 14th century. Allusions by travellers gave some evidence that there may have been a city or town present as early as the 2nd century. At its height, the city boasted a large earthen city wall and moat; many of the buildings were built with stone and brick foundations. Remains of old pottery, coins, jewellery and other artifacts have been found, with many of these artifacts believed to be imported from various parts of China, India, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia. These are sometimes seen as evidence of the city's status as a regional trade centre. An aquatic route, part of the larger Silk route, passed through Temasek.

Often we look back at our tears and it makes us laugh, but we never knew that looking back on the laughs would make us cry.
Being their dance instructor for the past 5 years have been major food for my soul and a major big part of my passion and what started out as a simple thought of "ok gaiz lets do a dance video" became 2 months of preparation for this school club project. This club is magical and i think to us all, it isn't just a school CCA, its so much more than that and it has been an honour building up this school dance club together with the kids. lets keep moving forward :) I thank the heavens for students with so much fire and gigantic willing hearts :)

SUPER 24 EMPHASIZES TEAMWORK AND INGENUITY – QUALITIES THAT ARE ESSENTIAL TO WORKING WITHIN THE NOVEL CONSTRAINTS THIS COMPETITION BRINGS.
Teams are to consist of exactly 24 members, dancing within an 8 by 8 metre square, performing a strictly 90-second routine. To add to these challenges, Super 24 diverges from normal dance competition practice of “front view” judging, and introduces 4-sided judging, where no area will be left uncovered, no action unnoticed. In this competition, “every dancer counts”.
The team that best exemplifies adaptability, creativity and team unity – displaying an ability to turn the presented constraints into advantages by tapping on the important resource of all their team mates – a spirit best epitomised by our country Singapore – will win the championship and be known as ‘Super 24’.
