Rolling Stone is a US-based magazine devoted to music, liberal politics, and popular culture that is published every two weeks. Rolling Stone was founded in San Francisco in 1967 by Jann Wenner, who is still editor and publisher, and music critic Ralph J. Gleason.
The magazine was known for its political coverage beginning in the 1970s, with the enigmatic and controversial gonzo journalist Hunter S. Thompson. Rolling Stone magazine changed its format in the 1990s to appeal to younger readers, often focusing on young television or film actors and pop music. This led to criticism that the magazine was emphasizing style over substance. In recent years, the magazine has resumed its traditional mix of content, including in-depth political stories, and has seen its circulation increase.
To get the magazine off the ground, Wenner borrowed $7,500 from his family members and from the family of his soon-to-be wife, Michell Palmer. The first issue carried a cover date of November 9, 1967.Rolling Stone magazine was initially identified with and reported on the hippie counterculture of the era. However, the magazine distanced itself from the underground newspapers of the time, such as Berkeley Barb, embracing more traditional journalistic standards and avoiding the radical politics of the underground press. In the very first edition of the magazine, Wenner wrote that Rolling Stone "is not just about the music, but about the things and attitudes that music embraces." This has become the de facto motto of the magazine.
Bob Dylan ( /ˈdɪlən/), born Robert Allen Zimmerman on May 24, 1941, is an American singer-songwriter, musician and artist. He has been an influential figure in popular music and culture for five decades. Much of his most celebrated work dates from the 1960s when he was an informal chronicler and a seemingly reluctant figurehead of social unrest. A number of Dylan's early songs, such as "Blowin' in the Wind" and "The Times They Are a-Changin'", became anthems for the US civil rights and anti-war movements. Leaving his initial base in the culture of folk music behind, Dylan's six-minute single "Like a Rolling Stone" has been described as radically altering the parameters of popular music in 1965. However, his recordings employing electric instruments attracted denunciation and criticism from others in the folk movement.
Dylan's lyrics incorporated a variety of political, social, philosophical, and literary influences. They defied existing pop music conventions and appealed hugely to the then burgeoning counterculture. Initially inspired by the songs of Woody Guthrie,Robert Johnson, and Hank Williams, as well as the music and performance styles of Buddy Holly and Little Richard, Dylan has both amplified and personalized musical genres. His recording career, spanning fifty years, has explored numerous distinct traditions in American song—from folk, blues and country to gospel, rock and roll, and rockabilly to English, Scottish, and Irish folk music, embracing even jazz and swing.

The hustle

In Different cities
Rocking for big cheese
Go hard
I dream for Big things
Bugz tied me down
Told me grind for the crown
Put the game on my back
Now I'm standing on the mound
My background

1. ROLLING STONE
(Phil Dennys/E.Brown)
Age of sixteen I was on the road
Doing things you've never seen
And I've been used
I've been confused
Trying to live the life I lead
You can't put the blame on me
I've been misunderstood
Never could get satisfied
Living how you think I should
Don't tell me what to do
And don't tell me how to spend my time
I ain't got nothing to hide
I'm free to be what I want to be
And nobody owns my mind
I've got my sunshine eyes and I've got my sunshine smile
I may be lonesome at times
I'm free to be where I want to be
And nobody owns my time
Rollin' Stone Rollin' Stone
Rollin' Stone Rollin' Stone
Packed my bags and I'm on my way
Don't know what I'm gonna find
I'll just take what comes today
Tomorrow leave it all behind
It's all right now don't you worry
If you feel that you've got to roam
A rolling stone can't lean on noone
They got to keep movin' on
Rollin' Stone Rollin' Stone
Rollin' Stone Rollin' Stone
Ooh, ooooh, RedOne
Oh, Pixie
My heart is bouncing like a hip-hop beat
Boy, this is half the drama you're causing me
But I can't decide if it's good or bad for me
For me, yea, yeah
You say the ride was looking deep in my eyes
You give me pleasure 'cause I constantly smile
But I can't decide if it's good or bad for me
For me, yea, yeah
But there's one thing
That you should know about me hey
I'm not a hit you play, a one-hit wonder Stone
I need a stand-up guy, don't want no rolling stone
I'm not a city you visit, when you're out on tour
I need a stand-up guy, don't want no rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, no rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, no rolling stone
You got all my girlfriends are all on your side
They say go keep your cool and give me the try
But I can't decide if it's good or bad for me
For me, yea, yeah
You keep on jumping in and out of my life
And every time it's such a beautiful ride
But I can't decide if it's good or bad for me
For me, yea, yeah
But there's one thing
That you should know about me hey
I'm not a hit you play, a one-hit wonder Stone
I need a stand-up guy, don't want no rolling stone
I'm not a city you visit, when you're out on tour
I need a stand-up guy, don't want no rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, no rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, no rolling stone
Nah, nah, nanah
Nah, nah, nanah
Nah, nah, nanah

Rolling stone, no rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, rolling stone
Rolling stone, no rolling stone
25 and I've come alive
21 was the time to come undone
Doesn't everyone
Very young and very ape
I'm would drink and stay up very late
And hate the sun
And I'm a hard kicks up a fuss
I'm a rolling stone
They say I'm dangerous
But I'm never alone
I know that you're like me
You want your kicks for free
You'll be a rolling stone
Got an A in attitude
Spent money on drugs to suit my mood
Guess I'm just like you
Being young is over-rated
One day I'll be old and understated
But before I'm through
I'll run naked through the streets
Be a rolling stone
Defiance in defeat, enjoy being alone
I know that you're like me
You want your kicks for free
Be a rolling stone
Oh, when we die we'll find out other ways
For getting drunk and throwing it all away
Today is tomorrow and what about yesterday
It's all in your head, so get out of your head
And now your heart kicks up a fuss
You're a rolling stone
They say you're dangerous
But you're never alone
I know that you're like me
You want your kicks for free
We'll be a rolling stone
Drugs and girls
Show me some love, my love
Last time I checked, you loved my love
Place nothing above my love
If you leave come back, like above your butt
No ifs ands or buts
You're sufficient, but I still wanna fill you up
Just when you thought enough was enough
I'm a kid in a museum and I just wanna touch every part of your body
Tie you up and get...
Naughty, hold me up in this party
Hiii power
All the ladies wanna kick it with Mr. Miyagi
Pull up, pull up, bring it back, come rewind
I wanna touch up and down your spine
A perfect 10 living on cloud 9
I like to drink all the time
Fuck all the time
Anything that can get me outta my mind
I'm a rolling stone that needs another home especially
(When loves runs high)
See the dopeman, tryna get right
Open up a bud light
Don julio
coronas, comas
Bad bitches, bad bitches, call up bad bitches
Bring your friend to be a witness
(When loves runs high)
Need a shot, you the vaccine
You pumpin through my veins ima crack fiend
You're the crack
Drive your ass all night
Meet the chauffeur
rover
Never sober my cup runneth over
Better know girl, you fuckin with a soldier
Blunts and broads
Drinkin on liquor thats hard, oh my god
Baby tryna grab my draws
They call me dozer, I knock down walls
Jose, yeah thats my homie
Hear how ya call earl in the hallway
I gotta come down just to party
I'm turnt up, maxed out
Willie Manchester
, blow your back out
Baby girl my advice, better back out
Got that dope stick, im the crack house
Listen ma, I got a role you can act out
And then like prince pant's get your ass out
I don't need a princess, I need a mistress
(Gary Harrison - Don Pfrimmer)
I don't want to tie you down
With some lines spoken in sorrow
With some hopes pinned on tomorrow
You've got your bedroll and your guitar
And there you are
Ready to be alone - Rolling Stone
I don't want the phone to ring
I can't talk when I'm crying
Your voice shakes when you're lying
Saddle the wind and ride for the sun
The way you run
You'll never have a home - Rolling Stone
But if you don't love what you've found
Just remember the world is round
And whatever rolls away
Can always roll back home some day
When you sleep beneath the sky
With your coat making your pillow
As the wind cries on the willows
And your bed holds no tenderness
Remember this
The night comes like a dog licking at your paws bruises from the night that you dont want to know The left hook and the right can be stitched where no one knows
and you just dont feel the same in the mirror my youve changed boy inside the man in the gaze of what remains no prize fighting, the name, the title and the fame
Cause im just a roling stone rolling all alone some see streets at night but I see an endless night Cause im just a rolling stone rolling all alone will I find a home, a home, tonight?
Its the fire, poor, a clash, its a rebel clash for cash A criminal offence, a standard dine and dash electric as we break, mal excitement on that take
Every second we can hell that man is not for sale Snap back in the jaw, we hear the order call a pecking order law, so human after all
Sittin on the front porch, waitin for you to come home
Visions of reuniting in my head
Only bitter-sweet memories, no holidays, no Christmas trees
Broken promises I have instead
How I used to wonder where did I go wrong, how you could've stayed away so long
That God for my mother hers was no easy song
Thank God that He showed me, how to get along
My papa was a rolling stone, abandoned us & left us lone
And how it broke my heart and home & had me losin faith
Somebody saw what I went through and understood, had been there too
So glad they introduced me to, my Father
Your story sounds a lot like mine, it's a story told a thousand times
Someone hurting leaves in dis-array
But don't you know that God made you, more valuable than they ever knew
You know you can live past their mistakes
How you sit and wonder, how could all this be, someone that you loved so much
Just turn their backs and leave
Oh You need the lover of your soul and He is able to take care of you
Find He will never leave
Your papa was a rolling stone, abandoned you and left you lone
And how it broke your heart and home and has you losing faith
I'm seein what you've going through: I understand, I've been there too
So let me introduce you to my Father
No longer, solid ground under my feet
I know what my life is worth, no longer incomplete
I just want to tell you, you are really loved
The maker of heaven, the maker of earth
Call me when you' re ready yeah
Call me when your head is right
She said the words and walked into the sunset
Like a cowboy
He was standing there like he got up
From a bad dream
And he said she wanted something
He could not give her (commitment)
He is one of the men I know
Who have chosen loneliness
And called it freedom
That' s why he always says
Chorus:
I' m a rolling stone
'Cause a rolling stone
Gathers no moss
She told him once before
She' s not getting any younger you know
And when you look at her face
The years are showing
She is one of the women I know
Who wants it all in life (commitment)
He is one of the men I know
Who' ve taken loneliness
And called it freedom
That' s why he always says
Chorus:
I' m a rolling stone
'Cause a rolling stone
Gathers no moss
Hey ey, oh oh, hey ey, oh oh
If I had a dime for every girl I thought was fine
I would be a millionaire but I really don't care
What good is it if I'm alone, if I'm alone ?
I guess I'm just a rolling stone, stone, stone
(Yeah yea, hey)
But you might be the one that I've been looking for
I guess I'm just a rolling stone, stone, stone
(Rolling stone, hey)
But you might be the one that I've been looking for
If I had a dime to come around and change my life
(Change my life)
Let's call it a one trading, start it over again
Nobody wants to be alone
(Nobody wants to be alone)
To be alone
I guess I'm just a rolling stone, stone, stone
(Yeah ey, hey)
But you might be the one that I've been looking for
I guess I'm just a rolling stone, stone, stone
(Oh no, no, no, hey)
But you might be the one that I've been looking for
You might be the one
(Hey)
That I've been waiting for, waiting on all day
You might be the one
(Hey)
That I've been waiting for
You might be the one
To slow down a rolling stone, stone, stone
(Yeah ey, hey, stone)
But you might be the one that I've been looking for
(Slow down a rolling stone)
Stone, stone, stone
(Yeah ey, hey, slow down a rolling stone, slow down a rolling stone)
But you might be the one that I've been looking for
Just a rolling stone
Stone, stone, stone
(Yeah ey)
Stone, stone, stone
Well, I wish I was a catfish,
swimmin in a oh, deep, blue sea
I would have all you good lookin women,
fishin, fishin after me
Sure 'nough, a-after me
Sure 'nough, a-after me
Oh 'nough, oh 'nough, sure 'nough
I went to my baby's house,
and I sit down oh, on her steps.
She said, "Now, come on in now, Muddy
You know, my husband just now left
Sure 'nough, he just now left
Sure 'nough, he just now left"
Sure 'nough, oh well, oh well
Well, my mother told my father,
just before hmmm, I was born,
"I got a boy child's comin,
He's gonna be, he's gonna be a rollin stone,
Sure 'nough, he's a rollin stone
Sure 'nough, he's a rollin stone"
Oh well he's a, oh well he's a, oh well he's a
Well, I feel, yes I feel,
feel that a low down time ain't long
I'm gonna catch the first thing smokin,

Back down the road I'm goin
Back down the road I'm goin
Just let me go I'm on my pwn a rolling stone and I'm
In the zone
Don't let me fall just let me know when we'll
Make it through
I got that shit that you can't bump in your car
Steady lurkin' on my enemies to settle the score
I am never backin' down until the day that I die
And i don't give a fuck about no hater
On my life
I am the best as what I do and I will always prevail
And overcome all obstacles while walkin' through hell
And if you gotta problem now's the time to speack up
Because I'm blowing up I'm never gonna stop
Just let me go I'm on my Own a rolling stone and I'm
In the zone
Don't let me fall just let me know when we'll
Make it through
No matter what the price may be for clarity
I'll make it home
Just let me go I'm on my
A rolling stone
I spit the fire and I'm killin' the track
Ambitious from how many knifes are stabbed in my back
And if you think know me then your propably wrong
I spill my heart and soul
So lock and load and keep bringin' it on
I got a anger that runs deep in my blood
And I'm always stayin' true reppin the city I'm from
And if you gotta problem now's the time to speack up
Cause I'm blowing up I'm never gonna stop
Don't get it twisted, ballistic, characteristics when i rip shit intricate
Visions of infinite wisdom empirical lyrical very cool synonyms
In layman's terms I am the best you must agree
I got that white boy swagger rappin' right down to a T
I got my hand up on the throttle holdin' up a broken bottle ready to cut you
Up and gut you
Like a fucking avocado desperado on the track in fact if I am gonr tomorrow
Then my motto is no sorrow no apologies just karma
Don't get it twisted and delete me off your friends list stayin' busy tweeting
harted at me all up in my business
I'm getting kicks outta this shit like it was my sneakers
I don't care how long she gone
Don't care how long she stays

She's a rolling stone she'll roll back home someday
She's a rolling stone she'll roll back home someday
When the train turned yonder I thought I heard it blow
When the train turned yonder I thought I heard it blow
I'm going to bring my suitcase please and let me go
I'm going to bring my suitcase please and let me go
When the train rolled off she waved her hands at me
When the train rolled off she waved her hands at me
I looked out the window as far as I could see
I looked out the window as far as I could see
Oh, the last time I see her standing on the station crying
Oh, the last time I see her standing on the station crying
She told her friend, "Yonder go that man of mine"
She told her friend, "Yonder go that man of mine"
Love make a poor man wish he's dead and gone
Love make a poor man wish he's dead and gone
Cause the woman he loves had gone and left him alone
Cause the woman he loves had gone and left him alone
Looks like I ain't seen her in six long months today
Looks like I ain't seen her in six long months today
Love makes a poor man grieve but walk away

Now your thinkin' bout it
Girl your thinkin' bout it
What we got here
How we f-ckin' got here
They recognize
They just recognize
I'm in a life without a home so this recognitions not enough
I don't care about nobody else
Cause I've been on these streets way too long
Baby I've been on this too long
It's getting faded too long
Got me on this rolling stone
So I take another hit
Kill another serotonin
With a hand full of beans
And a chest full of weed
Got me singing bout a bitch
While I'm blowing out my steam
Yea I know I got my issues
Why you think I f-ckin' flow?
And I'ma keep on smoking 'til I can't hit another note
Oooo, but until then
I got you, ooooo
Baby I got you, ooooo
Until your used to my face
And my mystery fades
I got you
So baby love me
Before they all love me
Until you won't love me
Because they all left me
I'll be different
I think I'll be different
I hope I'm not different
And I hope you'll still listen
But until then
Baby I got you
I got you
Girl I still got you
Here’s an invitation to come with me
The destination’s gonna set us free
Find the place where we both belong
When the world awakes we’ll be as good as gone
Don’t need a pill I can’t swallow
Don’t need a road meant to follow
When you’re rolling stoned
Burning up the open road
Nothing every night we go
2x One step over the edge
Our own oasis in the desert sand
We’ll celebrate a beautiful romance
When we’re together nothing good goes wrong
We can stray forever
You must move on
Don’t need a pill I can’t swallow
Don’t need a road meant to follow
When you’re rolling stoned
Burning up the open road
Nothing every night we go
2x One step over the edge
Rolling in town
4 wheel barrow
Riding all night
Rolling stoned
A little too high
But never too low
Riding all night
Rolling stoned
The world will never find us
Cuz we’ll cover our tracks
We’ll just keep on driving
And we’ll never look back
When you’re rolling stoned
Burning up the open road
Nothing every night we go
2x One step over the edge
Rolling in town
4 wheel barrow
Riding all night
Rolling stoned
A little too high
But never too low
Riding all night
