La Universidad CAECE organizó la conferencia: “Implementación de protocolos antimobbing en la organización”, en la cual expuso el Profesor Iñaki Piñuel, uno de los primeros especialistas europeos reconocidos en acoso psicológico en el trabajo. Psicólogo, ensayista, investigador y profesor titular de Recursos Humanos en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Alcalá (Madrid).
La apertura del evento estuvo a cargo de la Profesora Licenciada Ariana García, docente de la Universidad CAECE. La actividad también incluyó la realización del taller-seminario: “Estrategias de prevención e intervención ante el acoso psicológico laboral en la organización”.
La actividad fue organizada por el Equipo del Departamento de Psicología y Ciencias Pedagógicas: Mg. Laura Thorner - Directora Departamento; Lic. Elida Roisen - Directora Lic. en Psicopedagogía, Dra. Acoso Laboral: Cómo Afrondar El Acoso En El Trabajo.
El moobing laboral es el acoso en el centro de trabajo, el hostigamiento de los compañeros de trabajo es otro signo.
La persona acosada tiene el poder para poner fin efectivamente la situación rápidamente
El acoso laboral puede adoptar muchas formas diferentes. Puede estar relacionado con el sexo, la raza, la religión, preferencias políticas o antipatía personal entre los empleados. No importa por qué se produce el acoso. El problema es que se produce en absoluto. El acoso laboral es ilegal y los empleadores tienen la obligación de proteger a los empleados que lo experimentan. Sin embargo, la persona acosada a menudo puede detener el problema antes de que empeore. Hacer el intento de detener el comportamiento inmediatamente se reúne con el mejor éxito.
Lo peor que alguien que está siendo acosado puede hacer es ignorar el problema. La persona que realiza el acoso se debe poner sobre aviso de que su comportamiento es inaceptable. Esto se puede lograr sin una confrontación. Pida hablar con el acosador en un lugar privado. Indique claramente cuál es el problema. Por ejemplo, si el acoso ha sido sobre el origen étnico de una persona, el empleado podría decir: "Sé que estás bromeando cuando le dices chistes sobre polacos, pero me parece que hiere mis sentimientos, y les pido que deje de . Usted le dice a estos chistes a diario, y es acoso. Me lo valoramos como un miembro del equipo y quiero permanecer en buenos términos ". Esto indica claramente cuál es el problema de una manera no agresiva. También le dice a la persona cuál es el resultado esperado es.

Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar (1043 – July 10, 1099), known as El Cid Campeador (Spanish pronunciation: [el ˈθið kampeaˈðor], "The lord-master of military arts"), was a Castilian nobleman, military leader, and diplomat. Exiled from the court of the Spanish Emperor Alfonso VI of León and Castile, El Cid went on to command a Moorish force consisting of Muladis, Berbers, Arabs and Malians, under Yusuf al-Mu'taman ibn Hud, Moorish king of the northeast Al-Andalus city of Zaragoza, and his successor, Al-Mustein II.
After the Christian defeat at the Battle of Sagrajas in 1086, El Cid was recalled to service by Alfonso VI, and commanded a combined Christian and Moorish army, which he used to create his own fiefdom in the Moorish Mediterranean coastal city of Valencia.
Rodrigo Díaz was educated in the royal court of Castile and became the alférez, the chief general, of Alfonso VI, and his most valuable asset in the fight against the Moors.
The name El Cid (Spanish: [el ˈθid]) comes from the article el (which means "the" in both Spanish and Arabic), and the dialectal Arabic word سيد sîdi or sayyid, which means "Lord" or "The Master". The title Campeador means "champion" or "challenger" in Spanish. Because of his exceeding prowess in arms, he was the natural challenger in single combats. In Spanish warfare, it was common for leaders of armies to pit two Champions against each other (similar to the story of David and Goliath) to determine the outcome of the conflict. This way neither side would lose a great number of men. The Cid was the champion of King Alfonso VI of Castile. He had gained the title of "Campeador" when he won victory on behalf of Alfonso against the forces of Granada.

7 - Las tecnicas de acoso laboral o mobbing
En el mobbing, para conseguir que la víctima quede desestabilizada y desee marcharse del trabajo, se utilizan una serie de técnicas, que si bien aisladamente, algunas de ellas, no son contundentes, la reiteracion y la prolongacion en el tiempo, hacen que cualquier persona quede profundamente afectada psicologicamente, llegando, incluso, al suicidio. -

La Universidad CAECE organizó la conferencia: “Implementación de protocolos antimobbing en la organización”, en la cual expuso el Profesor Iñaki Piñuel, uno de los primeros especialistas europeos reconocidos en acoso psicológico en el trabajo. Psicólogo, ensayista, investigador y profesor titular de Recursos Humanos en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Alcalá (Madrid).
La apertura del evento estuvo a cargo de la Profesora Licenciada Ariana García, docente de la Universidad CAECE. La actividad también incluyó la realización del taller-seminario: “Estrategias de prevención e intervención ante el acoso psicológico laboral en la organización”.
La actividad fue organizada por el Equipo del Departamento de Psicología y Ciencias Pedagógicas: Mg. Laura Thorner - Directora Departamento; Lic. Elida Roisen - Directora Lic. en Psicopedagogía, Dra. El moobing laboral es el acoso en el centro de trabajo, el hostigamiento de los compañeros de trabajo es otro signo.
La persona acosada tiene el poder para poner fin efectivamente la situación rápidamente
El acoso laboral puede adoptar muchas formas diferentes. Puede estar relacionado con el sexo, la raza, la religión, preferencias políticas o antipatía personal entre los empleados. No importa por qué se produce el acoso. El problema es que se produce en absoluto. El acoso laboral es ilegal y los empleadores tienen la obligación de proteger a los empleados que lo experimentan. Sin embargo, la persona acosada a menudo puede detener el problema antes de que empeore. Hacer el intento de detener el comportamiento inmediatamente se reúne con el mejor éxito.
Lo peor que alguien que está siendo acosado puede hacer es ignorar el problema. La persona que realiza el acoso se debe poner sobre aviso de que su comportamiento es inaceptable. Esto se puede lograr sin una confrontación. Pida hablar con el acosador en un lugar privado. Indique claramente cuál es el problema. Por ejemplo, si el acoso ha sido sobre el origen étnico de una persona, el empleado podría decir: "Sé que estás bromeando cuando le dices chistes sobre polacos, pero me parece que hiere mis sentimientos, y les pido que deje de . Usted le dice a estos chistes a diario, y es acoso. Me lo valoramos como un miembro del equipo y quiero permanecer en buenos términos ". Esto indica claramente cuál es el problema de una manera no agresiva. También le dice a la persona cuál es el resultado esperado es.
Muchas veces el acoso se detiene en este punto. Las personas que acosan son matones. Al igual que el matón en el patio, que dar marcha atrás cuando se enfrenta. Si el acosador responde a la solicitud de ira, es importante que el empleado permanece en calma. Basta con indicar la solicitud de nuevo y se aleje. Corresponde ahora al matón de decidir lo que van a hacer. Documente esta conversación para consultas posteriores. Aclara que la comisión de Trabajo del Senado pondrá en tabla la iniciativa para cumplir con su segundo trámite constitucional y que ya existe pleno acuerdo entre los senadores de gobierno y oposición para incorporar esta figura jurídica en el Código Laboral y se sancione en el mismo nivel en que se castiga el acoso sexual. 08. Llevo 16 años en la compañía, el Reglamento Interno de Trabajo estipula que el horario es de lunes a viernes de 7 a 12 y de 2 a 6 pm. La gerente me dice que le debo las 3 horas del sábado y me quiere despedir con justa causa por eso. ¿Es cierto o la puedo denunciar como acoso laboral?

La Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal a través de la Dirección de Prevención Social, sigue llevando pláticas, programas y talleres a diferentes instituciones con diversos temas, en esta ocasión llevaron la risoterapia a los empleados de la maquiladora Smurfit Kappa.
El modelo integral de intervención para la policía de proximidad es uno de los programas encabezados por la Dirección de Prevención Social y realizada por elementos de la propia corporación del grupo de la Policía Comunitaria y el departamento de Trabajo Social, que consiste en llevar talleres a las instituciones que lo soliciten sin costo alguno, en esta ocasión provocaron sonrisas a trabajadores de la maquiladora Smurfit Kappa, a quienes se les impartió el taller de risoterapia por parte de una psicóloga y varios elementos preventivos quienes se integraron a los asistentes para juntos desarrollar esta actividad, en la cual les hacen ver a los empleados el lado divertido y positivo de la vida así como ayudarles a salir un poco de lo cotidiano y la rutina, con ejercicios muy divertidos, en los cuales se mostraron muy participativos y agradecidos por la terapia motivacional que les fue impartida por la SSPM.
Cabe hacer mención que esta actividad marca el cierre de las pláticas en esta empresa, donde a lo largo de 4 miércoles se visitó con temas tales como; Mobbing o acoso laboral, Resiliencia, Violencia en el Noviazgo, Derecho de los Niños y Violencia Familiar, además se les da a conocer los teléfonos comunitarios de los diferentes distritos policiales para promover la denuncia ciudadana.

The two building as you can see in this video is among the tallest building which have just built lately in Phnom Penh city. The attraction of the building can be seen on the plane as well before landing at Phnom Penh International Airport.

Cafés and workshops reflect daily life and most of the city's souks are divided into specialized areas with items such as leather goods, blankets and carpets for sale and with a little haggling, it's possible to purchase quality handicrafts at a very modest price!
The Kasbah des Udayas was built by Yaqub al-Mansur in the 12th century. It is located at Rabat's most elevated point and is like a village within the city. The eight metre high wall once protected the Kasbah and its inhabitants. The fortress is inhabited to the present day.
Barred windows create an Andalusian ambience. The Kasbah is one of the most popular though most expensive addresses in Rabat.
Throughout the centuries, the Moroccan coast was dominated by pirates but the might of European colonialists put an end to their dubious activities.
The mausoleum of Mohammed V was built in 1967 and the tomb complex contains a mosque, a mausoleum and a small memorial that contains images of the king.
At the end of the 12th century, Yaqub al-Mansur constructed the largest mosque in the Maghreb. At a height of 60 metres, its minaret was taller than any other in North Africa. Four hundred columns support the prayer room and it has 14 gates.

The purpose of making this tower is to gather all people at Tudikhel ( a huge ground in norther face of Dharahara) for announcements. It is made by first prime minister of Nepal, Bhimsen Thapa, that is why it is often called Bhimsen tower, but it is 2nd tallest tower made by Bhimsen Thapa.The original Bhimsen Tower was built in 1824 and was 11 stories high, two stories taller than the present day Dharahara. Dharahara was built for Queen Lalit Tripura Sundari, who was the niece of Bhimsen Thapa. She wanted a tower of her own next to Bhimsen's original tower.
There are 213 steps in the tower and at the top of the Dharahara there is a shiva temple.
The tower is made in Mughal style while walls of surroundings are made in European style while having Hindu temple at top, bringing all religion together.

Hello I'm Charles and we are at Louis Purple in New York. I am here to give you some tips if you are a gentleman on the taller side, and how to look, how to wear suits in the proper way.
Keep the amount of cuff you are showing to a minimum amount. Otherwise, you will have for effect to lengthen the look of your arms, and they might look disproportionate. So, it's really important that you don't show too much cuff on your shirt.
When it comes to the first button, you probably want to go with a two-button rather than a three-button jacket. It would have the effect to balance your silhouette. Three-button jackets will lengthen your torso and it might make it look disproportionate, so that's why you might want to keep it to a two-button jacket.
The length of the jacket, you probably don't want to cut the jacket too, too short. I know it's very modern way of wearing suits to cut it extremely short like you can see on Tom for example. But, if you are really a tall person keep your jacket at a pretty conservative length so you make sure your legs don't look too disproportional with your torso.
Another little trick that I can give you when wearing pants is to wear cuffed pants because they have the effect of breaking the line of your legs and to kind of put a stop to them.
Avoid wearing long pointy shoes cause it will have the effect of enhancing your silhouette again. So, you may want to go with a rounder shoe that will make you look more balanced.
So these are the tips I can give you when you are on the taller side.

1. Earn Money 0:40
- Sell your stuff in a garage sale or etsy shop
- Drive people (put ads on your car, or any platform ex. websites, videos, etc. for that matter)
- Walk dogs, mow lawns, rake leaves, shovel snow
- Babysit children or look after pets
- Tutor/teach kids
- Take photos at a wedding or sell pictures on websites like shutterstock, bigstock, getty, etc.
- Play instruments or sing at events like weddings, parties, clubs, etc. or even on the street
- Take surveys, watch videos, test websites online
DID YOU KNOW people can earn money online $10 a day by typing, or playing games?
2. Grow Tall 1:46
- Works best when you're still going through puberty
- Mostly predetermined by genes, but don't be discouraged!
- Jump a lot because it stretches your muscles
- Do yoga, stretch, and have good posture
- Avoid growth stunting factors like coffee, smoking, extreme calorie and fat intake
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep
- Eat healthy foods like fish, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and milk
3. Lose Weight 2:52
- Lose more calories than you're gaining
- Work out/exercise to burn the calories you gained
- Do not starve yourself
- Don't dramatically cut down your meals, get the right amount of nutrition
- Eat from all 5 food groups: protein, fruit, vegetables, dairy & grain

Today, the merchants have gone international deluxe, and science-fiction skyscrapers stand alongside the mosques and wind-towers of Old Dubai.
Don your sunglasses and latest designer gear - Dubai is rich, lavish and absolutely fabulous.
Dubai's signature landmark is the Burj Al-Arab, the famous sail-shaped 7* hotel facing the Arabian Gulf. This magnificent hotel is truly the spot for James Bond movies and superstars.
