You have to read the description for my scores now, sometimes they will be mentioned, depending on how mad I am at the episode. - I give this episode a 7.5/10 because (the content in the video explains why this is) S12E07 ACI: Catastrophe at O'Hare (Canadian/Original title), Falling to Pieces (Scraped title), America's Deadliest (British title), America's Deadliest Crash (Australian and Asian title) Narrator: Jonathan Aris Warning: I am very hypocritical in this. Accident: May 25th, 1979. Clear skies at Chicago's O'Hare airport soon get deadly and spread with death after a DC-10-10 operated by american airlines registered as flight 191 crashes into a tailor-park killing two on the ground along with 273 people after the aircraft entered an aerodynamic stall due to the decrease in speed including a loss of hydraulics from the left. This was due to the No.1 engine cutting it's bounds after multiple take-offs and landings with improper maintenance. Leaving Captain Walter Lux, First Officer James Dillard and Flight Engineer Alfred Udovich with around 6,600 hours on the DC-10 in total at the mercy of no indication that they were heading to their doom as of American Airline's choice of having the stick-shaker only tied to the left side of the aircraft. The result of the 112 degrees bank-angled disaster with the most deaths of an disaster on American soil apart from 9/11.
