Today we are going to take a look at an HP G60-507DX laptop computer that I bought at a garage sale for $2.50. I bought this as a parts laptop and I did not expect it to work because it was priced so low and it appeared that someone had parted it out. To my surprise though, it ran Ubuntu 16.04 without issue and actually ended up being a very snappy machine!
System specs: Intel Celeron 900 2.2Ghz, 2GB DDR-2 Ram, Missing HDD, 15" 1366X768 display, Intel 4500M graphics, Altec Lansing sound, 14.88" (L) x 9.9" (D) x 1.38" (min H)/1.72" (max H)

The Dynosty powered 350z drift machine is rocking a TWIN TURBO LSx engine under the hood (or lack thereof) with a T56 manual transmission behind it. Cleetus spotted this drift machine in the pits at Street Car Takeover Bowling Green and had to ask the owner for the chance to drive the thing! Today we are going to take a look at an HP G60-507DX laptop computer that I bought at a garage sale for $2.50. I bought this as a parts laptop and I did not expect it to work because it was priced so low and it appeared that someone had parted it out. To my surprise though, it ran Ubuntu 16.04 without issue and actually ended up being a very snappy machine!

Today we are going to take a look at a HP Compaq DC7600 Convertible MiniTower that I picked up at a garage sale for $5. In this video we will take a look at the system both inside and out, I will install Xubuntu 16.04 and look at system performance, and then I will clean the system up and maintenance it in order to get it ready to be sold. In the end picking up this system was totally worth it since I got a 160GB HDD and a sound blaster CT4780 out of it. In this video we will be taking a look at the Compaq DC7800p desktop computer, HP L7706 LCD monitor, and all of the other peripherals I picked up with this PC which cost me a total of 5 USD. I will open the computer up and take a look inside and then boot the computer into a live Linux distro (Xubuntu 14.04).
System specs include: Core 2 Duo V pro processor at 2.33GHZ, 1gb of DDR2 ram running at 667MHZ, 80GB Segate Barracuda hard drive rotating at 7200RPM, lightscribe DVD/CD drive, and integrated graphics.
