Plot
Amar lives in a small village with his widowed mom. When his mom gets ill, he brings her to a hospital in Bombay, and this is where he meets with Dr. Pooja and both fall in love with each other. When the hospital informs Amar that his mom needs a surgical procedure which costs over one Lakh Rupees, Amar takes to crime with the help of Kasturi and Pyaremohan, and in this way he gets his mom treated. When the time comes for Amar to marry Pooja, both run into a major obstacle - none other than the modern Robin Hoodsque brother of Pooja, Ajay, who had to spend time in jail after being apprehended by Amar. Ajay will never permit Amar and Pooja to get married - especially after he finds out that Amar is also involved in crime. Nevertheless, Amar and Pooja elope, get married, and spend their honey-moon out of Bombay. This is where Pooja will get sexually assaulted and killed - and the prime suspect for the police is Amar - but first Ajay needs to settle an old score with Amar before killing him. The question remains was it Amar who killed Pooja, and will Ajay get to carry out his gruesome task?

Plot
Lalchand (Kader Khan) is arrested by Inspector Verma (Vinod Mehra) and vows to avenge this. He does so by abducting his only son, and later informing Verma that he has killed his son, in the process of apprehending Lalchand, Havaldar Bhagwan Singh (Dharmendra) is killed by saving Verma's life. Verma and his wife Shanti (Anjana Mumtaz) bring up Bhagwan's son, Ajay, as their own. Years later Ajay (Sunny Deol) has grown up to be a police inspector as well, Verma is now the Commissioner. Together they band together to stop Lalchand, who is now a crimelord of international standards, from carrying on terrorist activity in the country; and also try and locate Verma's son, who they find out is still alive, but leads a life of crime.

Plot
Mala is the daughter of Kishanlal who works as a servant with a wealthy family. One day Mala meets with the owner of this family, who is so impressed with Mala that he asks for her hand in marriage for his fourth son, Gopal, which Kishanlal humbly accepts. As a result Mala gets married to Gopal, and moves in to their palatial home. While Mala is extremely helpful and sweet-natured, the rest of the daughter-in-laws, three of them, are quite the opposite. When bad times befall this family, the owner passes away; Gopal and Mala move out, leaving Gopal's mother at the mercy of her indifferent sons, Girdhar, Murli, Manohar, and their abusive wives who refuse to assist in any household work, virtually forcing their aged mother-in-law to all menial work, not looking after her needs, even when she becomes ill, and ultimately throwing her out of the house. Gopal gains popularity as a musician, while his brothers mortgage their family home with a moneylender. They decide to live off Gopal, and tell him that their mother has gone for a tirath-yatra (holy journey). With that out of the way, the brothers go back to their lifestyle, not really caring that their mother may be destitute, ill, and on the verge of dying.

Plot
This story revolves around three sisters. The first is Kalpana, who is a widow, has a grown son by the name of Kasturi, and lives with her unmarried brother, Suraj; the second is Sarita Khanna who lives with her advocate brother, Deepak; and the third is Pooja who lives with her businessman brother, Sagar. Although the three families are not known to each other, their lives do inter-wine when Suraj gets married to Pooja, and Sagar marries Sarita. While the three families, who are now thrown together, live harmoniously, there is a level of bitterness with Deepak, who had hoped to marry Pooja. And one of the three sisters now plans to wreak havoc on the three families. The question is who is the that is fated to be destructive and break up these families. Widower Sultan Singh lives a poor lifestyle in a village in central India along with his son, Karma and daughter, Devi. The region of about 50 villages is being terrorized by a bandit named Ranga and there are only 50 Policemen, who are unable to apprehend him. After Sultan's death Karma decides to teach the villagers to defend themselves but is typecast as a rebel, arrested by the Police, and held in a cell. Ranga abducts a young lad, names him Ranga, and trains him to be a bandit. After Ranga passes away, the younger Ranga, mesmerized by the evil Ginnibai, takes over. Ranga abducts Devi, forces her to marry him to sire children who he will train to become Rangas of the future, as well as look after several abducted young children who he also plans to train and turn them also into future Rangas - and there is no mortal on Earth who can stop him.

Advocate Narayan Das lives a comfortable lifestyle in rural India with his wife, Annapurna, who insists on feeding everyone who is hungry; and a lovely daughter, Shobha. Since Shobha is of marriageable age, he has arranged to get her married to Advocate Anand and shows his photograph to her, and she shyly approves. The young man shows up, and to the family's delight, not only is he well versed in Law but also in dairy farming. Both Anand and Shobha fall in love with each other, and want to get married. They already have the blessings of Annapurna and Narayandas. Then one day while at a picnic, Anand excuses himself from Shobha's company as he wants to meet a friend. Shobha secretly follows him and is shocked to see him in the arms of another woman, Indu, who is the only daughter of wealthy Chairman Neelkanth. Watch what happens when Shobha confronts Anand with her knowledge and asks him why he has been two-timing her.

Orphaned at a very young age, Raju and Radha are very close to each other. Radha takes care of the house, sells milk, paints dolls, etc. while Raju works in a mill. When the mill workers' union goes on strike, both of them start their own business of manufacturing and marketing toys. Soon they become rich. Raju would like Radha to get married to Advocate Ramesh Chandra so that he can marry his sister, Malti, but Radha has fallen in love with Anand, a man who had rescued her once, and would like to marry him. Raju gives his consent for both to get married, and they, together with Anand's sister, Nandini and her son, Kasturi, move into their palatial house. When Radha finds out that Raju lives Malti, she arranges his marriage with her and she too moves in with them. Soon misunderstandings start between Nandini, Malti and Radha, and as a result Raju and Malti leave the house. Then Raju gets a shock when he receives a letter from Radha's lawyer demanding half of the estate. By the looks of things it does appear that there is no more love lost between brother and sister, and their estate may be contested in a court of law - leaving nothing but bitterness and hatred on both sides.

Prem Shankar lives a wealthy life-style circa after the British Rule in India, with his businessman father, Girija, and housewife mother, Kamini. He is now of marriageable age, and his parents would like him to marry Seth Heerachand's daughter, but Prem wants to marry someone of his own choice, without any pressure from his parents. He befriends a young woman named Kasturi, who falls in love with him. Prem also meets with a gypsy woman named Dulari, and falls head over heels in love with her. When his father finds out, he is enraged, forbids Prem to ever see Dulari again, and warns him that he can only marry a woman from a good and wealthy family background. It is now up to Prem to decide to follow his father's instructions or do as his heart tells him.
