St. Louis Cardinals Highlights 2015 (Best in NL?) HD
This is a highlight video of the St. Louis Cardinals in the 2015 MLB season (early)! The Cardinals, as of May 10, 2015 (Mothers Day) boast an outstanding 22-8 record. They are the number one team in the National League standings, and are also standing at number one in the central division. The Cardinals seem to always be a dominant team that plays amazing baseball. In honor of their repeated success, this video is of some of the best home runs, hits, pitching, and defensive plays in the early part of the season.
The Cardinals offense is lead by the always great, Matt Holliday who is boasting a .354 batting average, followed by Kolten Wong (.336), and Matt Carpenter (.333). Matt Carpenter leads the team with five homeruns in the season followed by Jhonny Peralta who has four. Carpenter is also the teams R.B.I. leader with 20; Matt Holliday is behind him with 17 Runs batted in. Some of this great offense can be found in this video such as the three consecutive walk-offs against the Pittsburg Pirates, some towering home runs, and great base hits/ base running.
This highlight video includes some great pitching performances by Michael Wacha, and John Lackey. They have been phenomenal to this point with Wacha boasting an outstanding ERA (earned runs average) of 2.08. Lackey is having himself a sound season with an E.R.A. of 3.20. From the starting pitchers, Lance Lynn is the leader in strikeouts with 42.
Last season, the Cardinals finished with a record of 90-72 (first in the NL Central) and entered the post-season defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers. Their season came to an end in the NLCS, losing to the San Francisco Giants 4-1. This year, they stand at the top of the National League and are looking further to taking bigger steps compared to last year's results.
*Important Note* The Cardinals, unfortunately, lost their starting ACE pitcher, Adam Wainwright to an injury earlier in the season.
Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed the video! If you want to see YOUR team in one of my videos just comment me a suggestion and be sure to subscribe! Give this video a thumbs up because it means a lot to me and stay tuned for more! Thank You!

About MLB.com:
Commissioner Allan H. (Bud) Selig announced on January 19, 2000, that the 30 Major League club owners voted unanimously to centralize all of Baseball's internet operations into an independent technology company. Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MLBAM) was formed and charged with developing, building and managing the most comprehensive baseball experience available on the internet. In August 2002, MLB.com streamed the first-ever live, full length MLB game when the Texas Rangers and New York Yankees faced off at Yankee Stadium. Since that time, millions of baseball fans around the world have subscribed to MLB.TV, the live video streaming product that airs every game in HD to nearly 400 different devices. MLB.com also provides an array of mobile apps for fans to choose from, including At Bat, the highest-grossing iOS sports app of all-time. MLB.com features a stable of club beat reporters and award-winning national columnists, the largest contingent of baseball reporters under one roof, who deliver over 100 original articles every day. MLB.com also offers extensive historical information and footage, online ticket sales, official baseball merchandise, authenticated memorabilia and collectibles and fantasy games.

MLB 15 The Show St. Louis Cardinals Franchise #1, Wainwright Does It All!!! Wainwright does something very unexpected in season opener. My first episode of St. Louis Cardinals franchise mode which covers all my preseason moves to make this franchise the best it can be. I'm going to be very thorough in keeping viewers up to date on all aspects of this franchise series. Will document and share every move on my, hopefully, success first season and a World Series Championship! I use the Operation Sports full minor league rosters which include all real AA and AAA players for each major league team.
