Support Wax Audio!

Wax Audio is a strictly non-profit enterprise. Simply put, there’s no money in the mashup business.

It would be illegal for me to sell mashups of copyrighted works, hence none are available for sale on this site (nor should they be anywhere else).

In addition to this, the work I have produced of which I am the legal copyright owner (The 9 Countries album) is made available on this site as a free download.

But Wax Audio still cost money to run. There’s hosting & domain fees, equipment expenses and more hours of toil than you could imagine. In order to ensure that it continues to carry on into the future, I’m giving you the opportunity to help me meet my expenses and help keep Wax Audio alive, kicking and producing mashups, videos and other projects for you to enjoy long into the future.

  1. Just bought one of the shirts from Zazzle in the UK. Good to see more new material being posted. Does this mean a new ‘album’ is on the way?

  2. Make sure t-shirts are available in girls size, please!! Will come back soon to support your awesome job. Don’t stop! :D

  3. Love your work! Your creativity is amazing. How you hear the associations and connections between songs that you do is beyond me (South Of Heaven & Grapevine?! OMG!). I’d love to buy a shirt when they’re available.

  4. love your work – hopit get more general airplay as this endless election campaign drags on..
Love a t shirt for a fat bloke when you have time!
    :)

  5. After enjoying your first two Mashopolos albums I just downloaded and listened to the third. As a huge fan of Chaplin’s “The Great Dictator” your opening caught my attention and the closing track actually brought a tear to my eye. I love your work and can’t wait to buy the 9 Countries when you make it available on CD.

  6. All hail the WAX!!! For me it started with the mighty Devil’s Highway and the sublime works keep on getting waxxed. Herbie/Me-ta-llica, funkin’ metal mad…

    Get the ts sorted pliz…

  7. Love your work. Am a Wax audio convert thanks to my son. T-shirts, stubby holders mouse mats etc. Great ideas. I know someone who might be able to help you with this. PicturePerfectProducts. Check them out on the web. Ask for Terry Rea if yo9u contact them and let them know Louise put you on to them. I have no ties to this company and make no benefit from telling you about them. I just know they have been a great help to me and might be able to set you up to make your own stuff.

    Cheers

  8. Alternative to printing shirts-make a stencil that people can download, print out, and make their own. And stickers/decals would be fairly rad. Turntable platter covers?! Seriously, we love you, give us swag so we can spread the word and keep you going!

  9. I’m also dropping a line in support of rolling out shirts. In the meantime, until they’re rolled out, I’ll just have to donate the old fashioned way.

  10. Wonderful to see something new from Wax Audio!

Keep up the good fight, the world needs more of your music.

Another vote for t-shirts…just make sure please that you have a full range of sizes. Big and small, large and tall…your fans have as much variety as your songs.

  11. You are awesome and so is your work! I can’t really express in words, how much I love these mashups. And l love how they inspire me to listen to the original songs in a very new way.

To put my admiration in a very simple way:
You make me smile, thank you! :)

  12. Listened to the new album, wow what can I say.I got goosebumps during the intro, fantastic work.Golden Teardrops – Massive Attack/The Beatles is stunning,as is Blue Jump. You’ve outdone yourself! I share a lot of your stuff on Facebook, and my local rock radio station in Manchester has played your work recently (I gave them a link to your site).I will definitely be getting a t-shirt when they’re ready to go.
