Iran and the Bomb
Many countries have nuclear weapons, and many more want them. Only one, though, has its neighbors and the world terrified. That country is Iran. Why is everyone so concerned? Because the Islamic theocracy has repeatedly threatened to destroy Israel, sponsors global terrorism, and would leverage the deterrence effect of a nuclear weapon to advance their anti-Western and anti-American interests. The Iran Nuclear Deal

Bret Stephens, foreign affairs columnist for the Wall Street Journal explains the one thing you really need to know in order to understand why we can't let Iran get the bomb--they may actually use it.

In the next three weeks, we have a unique opportunity to make history: To forge a comprehensive agreement over Iran's nuclear energy program; and to end an unnecessary crisis that has distracted us from addressing together our common challenges, such as the horrifying events of past few weeks in Iraq.
We could have resolved the nuclear issue in 2005. But then, people didn't believe me when I said that Iranians are allergic to pressure.
The Bush administration torpedoed the deal by demanding that we abandon enrichment, altogether.
They then opted for pressure and sanctions. For 8 years.
The sanctions were crippling -- even deadly; literally.
Iranian cancer patients could not buy medicine with their own money, because banks around the world had been bullied by the US Treasury to avoid transferring Iranian funds.
But sanctions did not cripple our nuclear program.
Neither did the murder of our nuclear scientists, the sabotage of our nuclear facilities - with potentially disastrous environmental ramifications - or the repeated military threats.
In fact, they achieved exactly the opposite:
Insisting on no enrichment resulted in a 100-fold increase in our centrifuges: from less than 200 to almost 20,000;
Refusing to sell fuel for our American-built research reactor, forced us to produce our own fuel by increasing enrichment levels: from 3.5% to 20%;
Depriving Iranian cancer patients from medical radio-isotopes, compelled us to build a heavy water reactor, going from an idea then to a full-fledged plant, to be commissioned soon; and
Threats to bomb our nuclear facilities out of existence, obliged us to build Fordow, which is protected by our mountains.
Western governments cried foul, ignoring that they had brought this upon themselves.
As we approach July 20th, I feel compelled to warn again that pursuing a game of chicken in an attempt to extract last minute concessions cannot achieve anything better than what it achieved in 2005.
To those who continue to believe that sanctions brought Iran to the negotiating table, I can only say that pressure has been tried for the past 8 years, in fact for the past 35 years.
It didn't bring the Iranian people to kneel in submission.
And it will not now nor in the future.
We still have time to exit this spiral of escalation.
Try mutual respect. It works.
We are trying to reach a deal.
Not a good deal or a bad deal, but a doable and lasting deal.
And any deal, by definition, is the outcome of mutual understanding—not imposition by one side or the other.
We are willing to take concrete measures to guarantee that our nuclear program will always remain peaceful.
We still have time to put an end to the myth that Iran is seeking to build a bomb.
And we're backed by over 250 years of non-aggression to substantiate our assertion.
My government remains committed to ending this unnecessary crisis by July 20th. I hope my counterparts are, too.
My name is Javad Zarif, and this is Iran's message.

Iran Claims it can Defeat the US in 'Any Scenario'
Revolutionary Guards Commander says 'endangered' US should 'find a way to survive,' claiming Iran has led to American 'failure.'
ranian Revolutionary Guards Commander Maj. Gen. Mohammad Ali Jafari claimed Wednesday that Iran can defeat the US in "any scenario."
At a convention in Tehran, Jafari boasted "we have grown so much (more) powerful that we don't feel concerned about the enemy's unwise attitude. We can go past any enemy scenario, and this has been proved in our contemporary history," according to the semi-official Fars News Agency.
Clarifying which enemy he was referring to, Jafari said "the US should find a way to survive and continue its endangered life, but we are surprised at the enemy's insistence on costly and useless scenarios," in reference to the sanctions imposed on Iran.
A day earlier at a meeting of the Assembly of Experts that elected Ayatollah Mohammad Yazdi as its new chairman Tuesday morning, Jafari made the claim that the US had created the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist group to counter Iran's expanding influence in the region, which it is exercising through various terrorist organizations such as Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Houthis in Yemen.
A member of the assembly, Hojjatoleslam Ali Eslami, told the news agency on Wednesday that "Jafari addressed the Experts Assembly members and said Iran has gained such desirable success in dealing with regional issues that it has led to the US failure."
Eslami said the Revolutionary Guards commander had stated "today, not only in Palestine and Lebanon but also the Iraqi and Syrian people admit the Islamic Revolution's influential role and appreciate the Iranian nation in this regard, despite enemy propaganda."
Iran is currently engaged in nuclear talks with the US and world powers ahead of a March 31 deadline, with Israel warning that the deal being formulated will leave Iran with nuclear breakout capabilities and pose a danger to the entire world.

ORIGINAL TWEET This barbaric, wolflike & infanticidal regime of #Israel which spares no crime has no cure but to be annihilated. 7/23/14
#HandsOffAlAqsa : https://twitter.com/khamenei_ir/status/531057306142650369
ANN CURRY: We were able to find the tweet that he referred to from the supreme leader. It happened seven months ago, the supreme leader's-- Twitter page has, quote, "This barbaric wolf-like and infanticidal regime of Israel which spares no crime, has no cure but to be annihilated." Mr. Foreign Minister, can you understand why Jews and others would take umbrage at that kind of language?
JAVAD ZARIF: No, I won't. Because this is a regime. We're talking about Mr. Netanyahu, who has-- butchered-- innocent children in Gaza. We are not talking about annihilation of Jews. We never have, we never will. … The sense of deprivation and degradation that the Palestinians feel in our region has been the cause of a great deal of anger in the Islamic world and beyond, even in Europe.
ANN CURRY: So how does Iran want to annihilate the regime of Israel, since you're making the difference?
JAVAD ZARIF: We don't want to annihilate. We don't want to annihilate anybody.
ANN CURRY: Well, the Supreme Leader tweeted that it should be annihilated.
JAVAD ZARIF: Well, what he says: it should be annihilated. That this regime is a threat, is a threat. A regime that engages in the killing of innocent children, a regime that engages in acts of aggression. Iran has not invaded any other country. We have not threatened to use force. Just exactly the opposite of Israel. Israel threatens to use force against Iran almost on a daily basis. …
[ I will talk more about NBC's deceptions in part 2 ]
What does elimination of Israel mean in the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini?
The only means of bringing Israeli crimes to an end is the elimination of this regime. And of course the elimination of Israel does not mean the massacre of the Jewish people in this region. The Islamic Republic has proposed a practical & logical mechanism for this to international communities.
What is the proper way of eliminating Israel?
"All the original people of Palestine including Muslims, Christians and Jews wherever they are, whether inside Palestine, in refugee camps in other countries or just anywhere else, take part in a public and organized referendum. Naturally the Jewish immigrants who have been persuaded into emigration to Palestine do not have the right to take part in the referendum.
How will the proposed referendum succeed?
This is a fair and logical plan that can be properly understood by global public opinion and can enjoy the supports of the independent nations and governments. Certainly we do not expect the usurper Zionists to easily surrender to this proposal and this is where the role of governments, nations and organization of resistance is shaped and defined.

Mr.

Saman: You've been called anti-american,
Jon: Yes
Saman: and some people also say you are anti-Israel. Now with Rosewater coming out the Iranian regime says you're anti-Iranian
Jon: Yeah, or a Zionist
Saman: Which to me it seems like you’re pissing off all the right governments, and you must be doing something right. So what are you exactly?
Jon: I hope that I'm a comedian and a writer that is just trying to have some sort of moral barometer in the work to expose what we think are absurdities or ridiculousness and so, you know in the Venn diagram when they’re calling you all those names, it only adds to that feeling of absurdity, so in some ways it just amplifies the work you’re doing and what you think you’re doing.
Saman: Absurdity. So in a story about Iran how do you find the truth? I mean who decides what the truth is? and how do you find it?
Jon: Well, I don't. I mean the other thing is that I have to kind of own my inauthenticity. I'm not Iranian, so no matter what I do, for someone who lives there, this will be a simplistic and reductive version of their life, but hopefully from a western performer for a western audience it’s a more nuanced look into a country that we’ve called evil and, you know, if the dialogue between our two countries is “you’re the Axis of Evil …”, “well you’re the Great Satan”. That's a pretty reductive conversation, so anything I do, hopefully will be a slightly more complex and nuanced version of that conversation and, hopefully, I think the film accomplishes that idea of showing that it’s not so easy to dismiss it as one dimensional parties going at each other, there’s a lot of complexity there. For me, the film is just a reflection of Maziar’s book, which is again an interpretation of his experience, so within that, truth is probably relatively allusive figure in all this but I think the film is true to his reflection of his experience and I think that’s probably as close as I can get to what I wanted to achieve.
Saman: You were very sensitive about how Iranians would feel about this film, especially we've had experiences with like Not Without My Daughter and those kind of negative films. How do you want this film to be received by Iranians inside and outside of Iran knowing that obviously the Iranian government is not going to show this but there’s probably bootleg copies of it in Iran already.
Jon: And knowing that they’re not a monolith to begin with. I think I like it to be received in the same way that almost any work is received anywhere which is as a conversation starter, as a point of reference to create a dialogue and there are moments within the film that I hope ... a western audience might look at the character of Davood and say “wow, I didn't realize there’s a guy I could see myself hanging out with”, it's a much more comfortable picture of an Iran that I'm familiar with. But then maybe a more devout version of that individual in Iran might look at Alireza and say he was presented in the film as western educated, he's from London, he's not some robot spouting something fundamentalist. Davood is seen praying. He is the only one in the film that’s ever seen..

This song and video is a collaboration between Volvo and Avicii, celebrating new beginnings.
In the summer of 2014, Avicii looked back on an impressive career. He was one of the most successful artists in the world with over 10 million albums sold. His songs were topping the charts all around the globe. But 320 gigs a year and the constant pressure to deliver had taken its toll on his body and mind.
So on September 8 2014, Avicii decided to table all his touring and promotional activities and take some time off, to re-charge and find inspiration. 8 months later he’s back, stronger than ever, ready for a new beginning.

Donald Trump Iran Deal Full Speech at Tea Party Rally Sept. 9, 2015 Against the Iran Nuclear Agreement. Donald Trump Speaks at Tea Party Rally Against the Iran Nuclear Agreement. 2016 presidential candidates Donald Trump and Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) were among the speakers at a “Stop the Iran Deal Rally” hosted by the Tea Party Patriots at the U.S. Capitol.
The rally is sponsored by the Tea Party Patriots and the Zionist Organization of America.
WASHINGTON -- Donald Trump, businessman and candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, and Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, a fellow presidential contender, will rally opponents of the Iran nuclear deal on Wednesday outside the United States Capitol building.
The rally, organized by the conservative grassroots Tea Party Patriots group, will feature fellow Republican personalities Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin. All four figures believe the deal, reached with Iran in July, compromises American and Israeli security.
Promoting the event, Trump called the deal "insane." He has previously said he would "police the hell" out of the deal, while Cruz has vowed to walk it back should he win the presidency.
Trump leads all polls for the GOP nomination. Hillary Rodham Clinton, leading polls for the Democratic nomination, outlined her support for the agreement in a speech at the Brookings Institution earlier in the day.
In a speech to the Washington think tank, Clinton said that despite her support for the deal she would not shrink from military action against Iran if it tries to obtain atomic weapons and threatened to impose penalties on Tehran for even small violations.
"As president, I will take whatever actions are necessary to protect the United States and our allies. I will not hesitate to take military action if Iran attempts to obtain a nuclear weapon," she said.
Clinton expects the Islamic Republic will try "to see how far they can bend the rules" of the agreement it reached in July with the United States and other major nations including Russia and China.
"I'll hold the line against Iranian noncompliance. That means penalties even for small violations," she said.
In tough comments, Clinton said "there is absolutely no reason to trust Iran" given its history of concealing aspects of its nuclear program and destabilizing the Middle East.
America's top diplomat from 2009-2013, Clinton has a stake in the Iran deal succeeding. She helped lay the groundwork for it by building support for sanctions that the Obama administration credits with bringing Tehran to the negotiating table.
She said she was then involved in the early stages of opening a secret diplomatic channel to Iran via the sultan of Oman.
As the race for the White House intensifies, Republicans want to show that the Iran accord proves Clinton was ineffective in office and made the world less secure.
"Hillary Clinton's central role in crafting this dangerous agreement is one of the many examples of her failed record as Secretary of State," Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus said in a statement.
Congress is expected to begin voting this week on a Republican-led measure to block the deal, which is aimed at preventing Tehran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
But President Barack Obama has enough support in the Senate to prevent lawmakers from derailing it. Republicans and some Democrats believe the deal is not strict enough, and the main Republican candidates say they will scrap it should one of them win in 2016.

video collection of the best bars , street workout , Calisthenics , barstrenght and more.
Meet the gymnastics boy wonder from Iran who performs balancing splits on TVs and climbs brick walls aged just TWO
Arat Hosseini, 2, is already able to perform complicated gymnastics moves
He began practising gymnastics poses when he was just nine months old
The Iranian toddler has already amassed 18,000 followers on Instagram
Arat's father hopes his son will one day become 'unattainable' in the sport
Backwards somersaults, balancing splits and walkovers - these are moves even the most accomplished of gymnasts would be proud to pull off.
But new gymnastics boy wonder Arat Hosseini, 2, is already able to perform the complicated poses after taking up the sport when he was just nine months old.
Arat has been perfecting his technique for more than half his life - and the Iranian toddler is taking social media by storm with his amazing stunts and flexibility.
'At that time I noticed the strength and power Arat had and was very surprised. Arat's favourite trick is performing a backwards somersault.
'He is very playful and does about 20 minutes of exercise a day.
'All the videos on our Instagram page show the first or second time he has performed a trick.
'Usually he can do it easily after 10 minutes of practise.'
Arat has perfected yoga poses such as balancing splits, as well as more traditional gymnastic moves like backwards walkovers and somersaults.
Many of his stunts are filmed in bizarre locations in the family's home in Babol in the Mazandaran Province and show him balancing on top of televisions, kitchen counters and stairs or climbing up walls.
Other videos show the tiny tot performing press ups with 6.5kg weights on his back and doing sit ups holding a large weight.
'Arat is an extra special person and in sport he will be unattainable - he will succeed,' Mohamad said.
'My wish is that Arat finds a lot of good friends in the world. Success is our goal and we can finish

CLIMBING MT DAMAVAND | IRAN | Travel Vlog
Climbing Mt. Damavand was everything we expected and more. We arrived in Iran wanting to climb this Volcano and quietly confident we would be able to reach the summit. Only after our first night at the camp did our doubts start to arise. The altitude got to us and we really struggled to sleep at night. We chose not to hire a guide after meeting some Polish guys who had just arrived back from Damav

My name's Michael and I'm the Marketing Manager for Wild Frontiers. I'm here at the magnificent site of Persepolis in Iran. I've been in Iran for two weeks now and so far I've been enchanted by this fascinating country.
CITIES
The capital Tehran is most people's starting point, and in this busy city you can see ostentatious ornaments from the royal household in the crown jewels museum, and wander around the Shah's old residence, Golestan Palace. Just north of Tehran you can visit the Elburz Mountains for skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.
But the real highlights lie elsewhere. In the off-the-beaten-track city of Yazd you'll find a cityscape dotted with the ingenious wind tunnels -- which could be described as the world's first air-conditioning system - the ancient Zoroastrian site of the Towers of Silence, the magnificent Friday Mosque and a number of beautiful palaces and gardens.
Shiraz meanwhile is a lovely university town, known as the city of poets, wine, literature and flowers, and is a real delight. I particularly loved visiting the atmospheric tomb of the Persian poet Hafez. In the evenings it has a magical atmosphere as people gather to read poetry and celebrate the life of this revered poet. Shiraz is also blessed with numerous picturesque mosques and beautiful gardens.
The jewel in the Persian crown is undoubtedly the beautiful city of Esfahan, which has one of the largest squares in the world in the breathtaking Naqsh Jahan Square and probably the most stunning Islamic architecture found anywhere. Esfahan is unbelievably picturesque, with its famed bridges and lively bazaars.
ANCIENT SITES
Iran has a long and rich history, with the Persian Empire at one point ruling over 44% of the world's population. The country is home to some world-class archaeological sites, including the rock-carved tombs of Nagsh e Rostam, where Darius the great is buried, and the spectacular Achamaenid palace complex at Persepolis. This ancient palace was built by Darius the Great to celebrate events such as the Persian New Year, when representatives from the four corners of the empire would congregate. This vast site merits at least a couple of hours to explore the ruins and bas reliefs.
SCENERY
But it's not only about the cities and ancient sites, the scenery of Iran is an unexpected highlight. From beautiful picnic spots such as the Murgon Waterfalls, to fertile valleys in the Bavanat Mountains, where you can encounter Kashqai nomads and see a way of life that has changed little over centuries. In the Dena mountains around Yasuj you'll find an alpine scenery of snow-capped mountains, lakes and streams. It is well worth spending some time away from the better-known cultural sites to explore this lesser-known side of Iran. It really is a beautiful country.
THE PEOPLE
The people of Iran are another real highlight, being welcoming and keen to engage in conversation about everything from politics to football. You are likely to be surrounded by schoolkids asking you questions, offered tea and invited to share in picnics with the locals pretty much wherever you go.
If ever a people were misrepresented by a regime it would be the Iranians. Thanks to a baby boom in the 80's, over 60% of its 70 million population are aged under 30. This generation is well-educated, worldly, and exposed to global media through the internet. Walking around the streets -- which are incidentally very safe - this certainly feels like a nation on the cusp of change.
So forget about any preconceptions you may have about safety, security, or the welcome you'll receive in Iran. I've found the people to be the friendliest and most hospitable I've found anywhere in the world. So check out Wild Frontiers' tours to Iran and discover for yourself this fascinating country.

When it comes to Tehran, it's impossible to avoid politics and easy to overlook the Iranian city's thriving culinary scene. In our first installment of The MUNCHIES Guide to Tehran, our host Gelareh Kiazand introduces us to the bustling street food offerings in the city.
We begin our journey at the capital city's Grand Bazaar, since that's where commodities first arrive. Gelareh beelines for the market's food stands, where she samples dried fruits and nuts while waiting out the line at Moslem Restaurant, frequented by up to 5,000 kebab connoisseurs daily—well worth it for her favorite tah chin. At the more modest and bygone Tajrish Bazaar, she's the proverbial kid in a candy store, wading through copper and carpet vendors in search of sweet snacks, such as grape molasses and lavasak (fruit leather).

Travel video about destination Yazd in Iran.
The ancient desert city of Yazd is located within the centre of the State Of Iran and is one of the country’s oldest cities, set like a string of pearls along the Kavir coast. It is also a centre for the followers of the Zarathustra faith, the pious predecessors of Islam who fled to the city to escape Arab persecution. A small square is situated in the middle of the Old Town district of Fahadan, flanked by historic buildings such as a prison where, according to legend, Alexander The Great held captive various Achaemenid dignitaries and which was later used as a school. The narrow streets of the historic Old Town mainly consist of mud-built buildings with partially covered corridors, domes and numerous wind towers. The maze of narrow streets in which several single-storey buildings are still inhabited has been designated as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. The city’s largest water storage tank is dominated by six wind towers that capture the slightest breeze that in turn cool down the stored water. Nearby, Agh-E-Dolat A-Bad, the magnificent palace residence of Mohamma Taqui Khan Bafqi who was Governor of Yazd from 1747 A.D. Yazd is not only an ancient culture, it is also an Oriental dream!

Climbing Mt. Damavand was everything we expected and more. We arrived in Iran wanting to climb this Volcano and quietly confident we would be able to reach the summit. Only after our first night at the camp did our doubts start to arise. The altitude got to us and we really struggled to sleep at night. We chose not to hire a guide after meeting some Polish guys who had just arrived back from Damavand. They assured us it was quite achievable without a guide, although i would recommend a guide for anyone who likes piece of mind. There were a few occasions on our adventure when a guide would have come in handy. But at the end of the day we made it and I’m sure anyone else could have. It was very physically demanding but in saying that, there was a group of european middle aged people doing the hike the same day as we did and some of them would have been 40-50 years old. Although they were hiking a lot slower they still reached the summit. I would recommend anyone going to Iran to at least go to the bottom of the mountain and check it out. The wild poppies are beautiful and the mountain itself is a masterpeice! Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further questions or information in regards to climbing Mount Damavand. We found it extremely hard to find good information before our climb so i will happily answer any questions to help inform anyone wishing to make the climb. Thank you Mt Damavand!

Iran will be allowed to use its own inspectors to investigate a site it has been accused of using to develop nuclear arms, operating under a secret agreement with the U.N. agency that normally carries out such work, according to a document seen by The Associated Press. The revelation today riled Republican lawmakers in the U.S. who have been severely critical of a broader agreement to limit Iran's future nuclear programs, signed by the Obama administration, Iran and five world powers in July. Those critics have complained that the wider deal is unwisely built on trust of the Iranians, while the administration has insisted it depends on reliable inspections.
A skeptical House Speaker John Boehner said, "President Obama boasts his deal includes 'unprecedented verification.' He claims it's not built on trust. But the administration's briefings on these side deals have been totally insufficient, and it still isn't clear whether anyone at the White House has seen the final documents."
House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce said "International inspections should be done by international inspectors. Period."
The newly disclosed side agreement, for an investigation of the Parchin nuclear site by the U.N.'s International Atomic Energy Agency, is linked to persistent allegations that Iran has worked on atomic weapons. That investigation is part of the overarching nuclear-limits deal.
Evidence of the inspections concession is sure to increase pressure from U.S. congressional opponents before a Senate vote of disapproval on the overall agreement in early September. If the resolution passes and President Barack Obama vetoes it, opponents would need a two-thirds majority to override it. Even Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, a Republican, has suggested opponents will likely lose a veto fight, though that was before today's disclosure.
John Cornyn of Texas, the second-ranking Republican senator, said, "Trusting Iran to inspect its own nuclear site and report to the U.N. in an open and transparent way is remarkably naive and incredibly reckless. This revelation only reinforces the deep-seated concerns the American people have about the agreement."
The Parchin agreement was worked out between the IAEA and Iran. The United States and the five other world powers were not party to it but were briefed by the IAEA and endorsed it as part of the larger package.

How can we understand the intricate web of agendas and interests between the US, Israel and Iran? Nuclear negotiations between Iran and the US are ongoing, as Israel continues to voice its concerns over the possibility of a nuclear armed neighbor. In Israel’s March 17 election, Prime Minister Netanyahu was re-elected to a fourth term in office, and his party now faces the delicate task of forming a coalition government. Add to the mix Netanyahu’s controversial appearance before US Congress and Republican senators’ recent letter to Tehran, and the questions are only magnified.
How might Netanyahu’s re-election, and the composition of the new government, impact Israel’s domestic and foreign policy decisions? Can the US come to an agreement with Iran without harming its longstanding friendship with Israel? What might an agreement mean for Iran politically and economically? In light of the overall instability in the Middle East, how do Israel on the one hand, and Iran on the other, think about their regional positions? Finally, what does the future look like for the complex ties between these three nations?
Speakers Abbas M. Milani, Research Fellow and Co-Director, Iran Democracy Project, Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and Janine Zacharia, Carlos Kelly McClatchy Visiting Lecturer, Department of Communications, Stanford University, will be in discussion.
Jane Wales, President and CEO of the World Affairs Council, will moderate the conversation.

French President Francois Hollande is holding an emergency meeting of his country’s defense council after newly published documents reveal American agents had spied on him and his two predecessors. According to the documents, released by Wikileaks between 2006 and 2012, the National Security Agency spied on the three French presidents by listening in on their work and personal phone calls. Boom Bust’s Ameera David weighs in.
Then, Erin Ade sits down with Jim Rickards – chief global strategist at West Shore Funds and author of "The Death of Money." Between Greece attempting to come to an agreement with creditors, lifting Iran sanctions, and a stable Chinese economy, Jim tells us where we are in the currency wars timeline and gives us his take on why we have trade agreements at all.
Afterwards, Bianca Facchinei takes a look at the rising cost of rent across the United States. Rent been on a steady rise for a while, causing an especially difficult time for the lower class. But coupled with other issues in our economy, the middle class is struggling now, too.
After the break, Ameera and Erin discuss the Senate voting to advance President Obama’s trade agenda by approving a measure to allow fast-track authority – paving the way for the Trans-Pacific Partnership to follow through.
Then, RT correspondent Lizzie Phelan looks into the latest from Greece, where officials met with Eurozone ministers today in yet another attempt to negotiate and strike a deal with its creditors.
And in The Big Deal, Ameera and Edward Harrison discuss countries that are at risk of defaulting. Greece is not the only one. It is not even the most likely to default. Greece is in the limelight because it is a member of the Eurozone.

Iran's Sex Change Solution
In Iran, the government denies the existence of homosexuality - being gay there can be punishable by death. But the state does offer a solution - a sex change operation paid for by the government. The pressure on gay Iranians to agree to a sex change as a cure for their homosexuality can be overwhelming. Reporter Ali Hamedani has been to Turkey to meet LGBT exiles who have fled Iran in fear of being forced to change sex.

Jack Van Impe Presents of May 2nd 2015. Today Rexella and Jack talk about: Mitt Romney says “Obama should say no to the deal with Iran”. Prime minister Netanyahu says Israel is being attacked on it's right to exist. Russia to boost nuclear space defense against The United States.
Christian you need to watch this video.
If you feel the Holy Spirit nudging you, then today is the day of Salvation. It's as easy as your ABC's to know if you are saved.
A. Admit you are a sinner, all of us have sinned and fallen short. Confess your sin to God and Repent.
B. Believe that God sent His Son Jesus to pay for your sin, a price you cannot pay, that Jesus died and rose again victorious, defeating death and the grave and even now stands at Gods right hand. His blood covering will clean you before God.
C. Call on Jesus Holy Name. Ask Jesus into your heart to be your Saviour. Confess with your mouth, believe in your heart, and you will be saved
Salvation cannot be lost...
It cannot be lost, you would have to declare the Grace of God insufficient.
Or find the Grace of Jesus Christ faulty.
Or get Christ to take back His Righteousness.
Or have the pardon removed from your sin.
You cannot lose your salvation, as God would have to take back His pardon, You would have to be aborted and removed from the family of God, by God since you were born again as Jesus told Nicodemus you must to be born again.
If you are saved then nothing can take you from the hand of God, nothing can remove the salvation and righteousness that God has given to you.

3:09 During the first few years that Murdoch's ownership of Fox's DC affiliate, he had a hands-off approach to new content; partially due to their success. One day orders came from Murdoch's offices that the network should cut away from their regularly scheduled program and broadcast the RNC's fawning tribute to Reagan: "we were ordered, from the top, to carry propaganda; Republican, right-wing propaganda". It foreshadowed what Fox News would later become.
6:30 Former Fox News reporters and bookers say that they are afraid to be seen "talking to the wrong people". Working for Fox meant you were constantly being monitored. It created a culture of fear. If you challenged the heads of the network On ideological matters, you were history.
10:45 “Some People Say” – FOX uses the phrase "some people say" to mask opinion as news.
19:04 Fox News contributors are under paid contract for their appearance; if they deviate from the party lines, they might not get asked back onto shows.
21:22 Fox News went after Richard Clarke as soon as it was apparent that he was going to paint the Bush administration in a bad light. For Fox News, "mudding" arguments is almost as good as winning them. So, they didn't need to definitely prove that Clarke, a former member of the Bush Administration, was angling for a position in a Kerry Whitehouse, they just had to make it look like a possibility.
22:28 They put weak-looking , lesser known liberals up against photogenic, self-assured conservatives.
26:29 Republicans accounted for 83% of the guests while Democrats accounted for 17% of guest on the network's most prestigious show. Of those democrats, most were either centrist or conservative.
27:50 Stories they Cover...Stories they Ignore - Management set the tone for stories: Jesse Jackson was always to be painted in a negative light, as were immigrants. Culture war issues - abortion, affirmative action, gay marriage - were often covered while ignoring issues regarding the economy, health care, and the environment.
34:38 O'Reilly's show is a good example of everything that is wrong with Fox News --
Stories are selected to prop-up the Republican party and their point of view; O'Reilly is very hostile to guest who disagrees with him; and he distorts and misrepresent things.
42:00 Many Fox News stories are meant to generate fear; for example, stories about what to do if there's a "dirty bomb" attack. Fear is a great motivator and organizer; even when there is no real evidence for it. Terrorism is the ultimate fear-baiting; and when people are fearful, they are more likely to support military interventions. Talking about terrorism also means that you can avoid talking about other issues, like the economy.
46:29 Fox made the decision to present the Iraq war as a success. "The senior producer told the two or three writers for her news hour...'now, just keep in mind that it's all good. This is such a fair and balance issue. Keep it positive. We got to emphasize all the good we are doing".
48:43 Knowledge Networks Poll - It's a simple survey about fact regarding current events. The more likely people were to watch Fox News, the more misinformed they were and the more likely they were to back the Bush Administration.
50:49 Fox News repeats and propagates the Republican Party platform. It was widely known that the Fox reporter covering the 2000 Bush campaign was married to a Bush campaigner. This wouldn't have been allowed at CNN.
52:47 Election Night 2000 - The first guy to call the election for Bush was the head of Fox's New's election analyze division; Bush's first cousin. He called it a clear win, when in fact it was too close too call.
59:16 The Republican send out "the message of the day" so that conservative talk radio, Fox News, and Republican elected officials will all be talking about the same issues, in the same way.
58:41 2004 Election; coverage of Bush was always glowing, while Kerry was shown in a negative light.
1:02:51 During the 2004 election, Fox News painted a very rosy picture of the American economy and by selecting statistics which showed just that. Of course, they credited Bush for the "good" economy. When the stock market had a bad day, they claimed it was because of fear over the prospect of a Kerry presidency.
1:05:28 Murdoch is foremost a politician and this is what makes him dangerous.
1:06:57 The Fox Effect - It made other news organization more conservative because they saw how well Fox did.
1:09:13 A Call to Action - Media control is a political issue. People need to demand accuracy.

The semi-private conference call with Barack Obama of yesterday evening that provided insights into the long-term comprehensive nuclear deal with Iran, which is designed to, "Verifiably prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon," and to ensure "that Iran's nuclear program will be exclusively peaceful going forward." Special interests are moving to block this agreement, simply for the sake of CORPORATE profits: regardless of the cost to others; and they are using any legal means at their disposal, regardless of ethics. The votes of legislators are being outright purchased via campaign contribution promises, or other corrupt practices such as revolving doors that offer high paying executive positions for retiring legislators in exchange for their vote. Huge amounts of air time are being purchased to disseminate disinformation: exploiting ignorance with the use of patriotic furor.
This is a HIGHLY POSITIVE peace deal and if it is blocked at the legislative level it could easily cause 15 years of probable peace in the Middle East to revert to a high probability of war within 6 months.
To anybody seeing this message: I cannot convey highly enough the importance of this deal being passed. It is important that you take the time to find out exactly how your Senators and Congressmen intend to vote; and if you can't get a straight answer from their offices, then that's a big red flag. This is about more than just lower gas prices, this is about lives! AGAIN: The probability that we will go to war increases to reprehensible levels if this deal is not passed and there is simply no logical reason, other than greed, why it would not be passed. I'm sure if you dig into this a bit, you will begin to understand what big-money is interested in seeing this fail and why WE CANNOT let corruption and blood money win on this one! CANNOT...CANNOT....CANNOT!
This needs to go viral: I do not care how. Share it, replicate it, do whatever you need to do to get it out there.
You know that I have not been very happy with Barack Obama for quite some time now, but this goes way beyond partisan politics! If you are toeing the line of your political party, then you need to stop! Look at the bigger picture! It does not matter who is president in this case: this deal is the only best move to make on this world chess board, any other move will mean check-mate for the 99.9% !!! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Thank you for getting the word out on this!

Segment 2- Dennis Prager speaks at Stop Iran Rally 7/26/15 in Los Angeles. Published on Jul 27, 2015
Dennis Prager lays out why the Iran deal is such a dangerous agreement. Please watch and share with those you think may need to hear specifics about it. For those who say diplomacy via this agreement was the only alternative to war, please consider more sanctions and isolation. Russia and China, plus much of Europe wants to make money off Iran and do not feel threatened by their military. Short sighted and clearly drove self interested deal.
Perhaps the fine print needs to be understood. For example, the U.S. agrees to help protect their facilities in Iran from attack. Also, no U.S. inspectors allowed in to Iran at all. Further, the 24 days notice and negotiation to see a suspected site allows for Iran to cover up their illegal work. Finally, when has Iran followed any nuclear agreement? Their track record with UN inspections is terrible, plus they continue to fund/carry out terrorism around the world.
Segment 3- Charles Krauthammer tells why the Iranian Nuclear Deal is so destructive.
Segment 4- George Will and Charles Krauthammer on Mike Huckabee and the Iranian Nuclear Deal.
Segment 5- Marco Rubio
Segment 6- Netanyahu Warns U.S. Against Iran Nuclear Deal

Prime minister Netanyahu tells Congress Israel cannot accept emerging deal.
