Power Yoga with Adriene features one full class called "HEART" from our Empower Yoga Series that we shot in the hot Texas summer!

It's sunny, it's sweaty and it is perfect for those trapped in by snow. Also just a challenging work out for those who don't like the gym or anyone needing that extra push to move it and groove it. HEART aims to get the heart rate up and invites you to sweat and get the blood pumping. A practice that invites you to open your mind and heart to new things. This "Power Yoga" sequence provides a full body experience to connect you to your spirit, burn calories and work it out. Connect you to your breath and get the blood pumping! This is my version of “Cardio Yoga” without all the frantic fitness frenzy!
Though this practice is swift, I encourage you to move at your own pace and listen to your body. Allow the vinyasa to move with ease and take your time growing this practice. This vinyasa fusion focuses on toning and building strength in the lower back body. Connect your feet to the earth as you build strength in the legs, the glutes and connect to your core to support lower back health.

It's sunny, it's sweaty and it is perfect for those trapped in by snow. Also just a challenging work out for those who don't like the gym or anyone needing that extra push to move it and groove it. HEART aims to get the heart rate up and invites you to sweat and get the blood pumping. A practice that invites you to open your mind and heart to new things. This "Power Yoga" sequence provides a full body experience to connect you to your spirit, burn calories and work it out. Connect you to your breath and get the blood pumping! This is my version of “Cardio Yoga” without all the frantic fitness frenzy!
Though this practice is swift, I encourage you to move at your own pace and listen to your body. Allow the vinyasa to move with ease and take your time growing this practice. This vinyasa fusion focuses on toning and building strength in the lower back body. Connect your feet to the earth as you build strength in the legs, the glutes and connect to your core to support lower back health.
I invite you to arrive on the mat for this practice with an open mind and HEART.

Jóvenes y adultos asisten los martes y jueves, de 14.10 a 15, al Campo Municipal de Deportes Nº 4 de Martínez para relajarse y mejorar el estiramiento de sus músculos a través de las técnicas que brinda esta disciplina milenaria.
En una actividad ideal para conectarse con uno mismo, relajarse, disminuir el estrés y estirar todos los músculos del cuerpo, en San Isidro continúan las clases semanales de yoga acuático.
Un promedio de 30 alumnos asisten todos los martes y jueves, de 14.10 a 15, al Campo de Deportes Municipal Nº 4 de Martínez (Córdoba 2055), para incorporar las variadas técnicas que brinda esta disciplina milenaria.

Carolina Lándola, de Martínez, comentó que lo que más le gusta del yoga acuático son los ejercicios que hace para estirar todo el cuerpo. “Vine porque me lo recomendó el traumatólogo, para aflojar contracturas, y me ayudó muchísimo”, enfatizó.
“Empecé el año pasado con yoga tradicional y ahora quise probar las clases en el agua. ¡Me encantaron! Antes tenía dolores corporales y ahora estoy bárbara“, aseguró María Fernanda de Oliveira, de Martínez.
Adriana Inés del Río, de Martínez, destacó la calidad de las técnicas que aprende y el hecho de que las clases sean municipales. “Está realmente bueno. En el agua movés las articulaciones más fácil y te distendés mejor”, resaltó.

"Jadi aku kalo iseng lihat dulu, terus ngumpulin materinya. Waktu itu pernah, bikin video Acha, aku kirim ke dia juga sih, 'Ca gimana videonya, dia ngakak'," tandasnya.
