In this video, I show you how to install a composting toilet in an rv. Our motorhome is a
2006 Fleetwood Flair and obviously the install may be slightly different for your RV.

List of things you may need to install your composting toilet:
Electrical wire to extend the reach of the 12 volt exhaust fan
Wire taps to tap into existing 12 volt wires
Wire cutters for electrical wire
Drill
Hole saw to cut vent holes to the outside of the coach
PVC to use as a vent to the outside
Plug for old opening into the black tank (ours was 3", yours may be different)
Plug for
1/2" water supply from old toilet
Wood to make a baseplate plate for composting toilet
Jigsaw or equivalent to cut wood
1 1/4" street elbow to redirect exhaust from composting toilet
Hopefully that about covers it. I'm not a professional so don't hold me to it. I highly recommend doing the install close to a
Lowe's,
Home Depot or other hardware store, just in case you need supplies.
