Terracing up the hill at the Southern end of Wardanup Crescent, this property is part of a small complex of four units. This is a fantastic holiday option for a small family or small group holidays. Located 500m from the main swimming bay, it is a short stroll or bike ride down to the lagoon area, which is a safe swimming and snorkelling beach for children, with the surf break beyond the reef.
The unit is very comfortably equipped, with all that you should require for a relaxing break. With 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, the house can sleep 7 people, with all linen, towels, pillows, doonas etc. provided for you. The open plan kitchen/dining has a large fridge freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. With comfortable lounge, TV/DVD supplied, and reverse cycle air conditioning, everyone can enjoy themselves. Laundry facilities are provided for longer stay occupants.
The outside dining area has been built to maximise the ocean view down the valley, and is a very well-used feature of the house. A gas BBQ completes the picture. All units are free standing with their own yard and attached carport.

Awesomse location, perfect for a family holidayWe booked the unit at short notice and were not disappointed by any aspect of the property. It was immaculately clean on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials ( including glad wrap & foil, dish washer tablets, soap etc). The nespresso coffee machine was a bonus as the cafe was closed for winter and would have had to drive to get coffee. Although not the fanciest of places everything was sturdy and in good working condition - comfortable beds and couch. The view is to die for and makes this an outstanding property. Also a bonus that linen all included and no extra clean fee which I have encountered before. Property managers were excellent and responded to all enquiries immediately. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Fantastic locationThis is the second time we've stayed here and again it was perfect. An easy walk to the beach and playground for kids and a short walk to caves house for dinner and drinks. wineries and children's entertainment are only a short drive away. House is always clean and well maintained with all the basics and a few extras. We will definitely be back again.

Great view & locationWe had a great time, the outdoor decking had stunning views. It was on the walk up to Caves & walking distance to the beach. The house wasn't luxurious but had all the facilities & linen & towels were provided which was useful.

Excellent stayThe view from the deck just outside this home was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and well kept and was walking distance to most places including Caves Pub/Hotel.
